Brought my mom to this specialist a little bit over 6 months ago, my mom had perforations in her retina we know that any laser procedure in eyes can be harmful if its wrongly done and i was scared for her, but thank God and Dr Thomas Chu who is a very professional person everything came out good!!! My mom keeps going back for follow ups and she feels in a safe environment because they are very professional people!!!

I have been a patient since for long time. There are so many doctors but Dr. Novac for me he is the best. He treats all his patients as a friend and as a human being. The only problem is it takes from two three hrs to see a Dr. .

Avoid at your own salvation! You are better off making the longer trip to the pasadena or beverly hills office...the doctors are at various locations but the support staff (receptionist) are difficult and deceitful here. I arrived today in order to pick up some paperwork that they had previously lost and I was told that I needed to go to another location and that I should have gotten a phone call earlier from Tony to do so. that was a lie and the person just wanted me to go to Pasadena to pick up some paperwork that was already scanned onto the system.The person requested an apology from me because I was rude the day before. I told her that I was not there the day before -but the last time I was there I was upset that she lost my paperwork. I was not rude to her in fact I did not even talk to her very much and I only complained to the human resources person. She was rude to me because I complained to the human resources person. And was under the impression that I had to apologize for that.She made me get upset again and when I returned at 3:50 pm to file a complaint she stood at the doorway, said she was closing and refused to give me the human resources persons email and told me there were no other means to complain in writing.
