Where do I even begin...hands down the most disorganized and dishonest office I have ever dealt with. Im pretty sure Dr. Sandram never goes to this office because it is only PAs who are there as far as I can tell. Book smart sure but thats where it ends. I cant even advocate for myself because they dont even answer the phone.

Super disappointed. On their bad and unfocus work. Made me and an appointment on a holiday. I didn’t think nothing of it and went in on my appointment made and it was close. I called and they said they called everyone days before to cancel their mistake but I have no calls or a voicemail from them. Woke up early & excited to see my baby in the ultrasound for nothing.

Before coming to this office I was unsure how it might go based on previous reviews, but after my visit I would like to say it was a great experience. I had my annual physical done with the Physician Assistant which was very attentive and informative when answering my questions and concerns. I also enjoyed this office staff and their great customer service even though some arent as bubbly as the others,but they were helpful and nice in their own way! Only small downside was the wait but well worth it!(Dont judge a book by its cover)

I was assigned to Dr. Juan All the staff refer to him as a doctor but they fail to explain that he is a certified Physician Assistant not a doctor. I stopped coming here due to his lack of knowledge and because he failed to give me a diagnose.

Worst doctor ever I have fibroids every day with you for the past five years go ahead and they are not updated with the files I took a Pap smear would year and they lost by specimen then I had to take another Pap smear try I have my fibroids taken out and they just say I have to wait for approval to weeks two weeks pass and I never get one now I’m Phinne go here and try to have them give me some birth control I have been bleeding for 15 daysAnd I’m still going to get the same results but soon I will be changing my OB/GYN which I think none of the doctors in there or OB/GYN’s I can tell you that I’m pretty much done with this place

The girl in the front not only has an unwelcoming face she also does not know anything. The only girl from the team that knows a bit more is Jasmine. If she is not there good luck getting any question answered.

It’s sad to say that staff (except for the one girl that truly cares about her job) in this clinic care more about anything else than the comfort and wellbeing of their patients. Yesterday (4/24/18) was my second time visiting and it was just as disappointing as the first time. There’s a PA named Juan Aparicio that instead of learning about the patient (to deliver a diagnosis or prescribe medicine, he spends time telling you the definitions of terms (just for his reassurance that he’s doing a good job, arrogant and unprofessional if you’d asked me) he learned at med-school.

Come here if you have a simple cold, if you have anything more serous save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

Dont go to this clinic the doctor has no idea what shes doing I took my son twice to her she totally gave me a wrong diagnosis saying it was just allergies both times I ended up taking my son to the ER turns out my son had ear infection (both ears) throat infection and a cough he was put on Augmentin. Worse doctor ever!
