Worst Place To Go See A Doctor, They Only Care For The Money Not For The Patients, They Also Make You Change To There Insurance Cause Its More Benefits. Worst Customer Services At The Front Desk, They Also Take Forever To Send Your Referral To See A Specialist. I Recommend Everyone Not To Visit This Clinic, Go See Another Clinic With Good Service And Good Doctors.

This is by far the worst experience in any service capacity Ive ever had! They have the most unprofessional staff that are highly incompetent. The doctors are even worst. This shop honestly seems like a scam. I dont know why Molina has them on their list. Molina needs to audit them because they arent taking care of their patients. I know I seem like a disgruntle patient with an axe to grind, but let me give you an example to show you how incompetent the staff is. When I asked the office manager whats the difference between the CT scan and MRI, she said verbatim, Umm...the MRI checks some things and CT scan checks others...Are you serious!?!? And thats just one of many!If you live in East La and are looking for a primary physician, I would steer clear for this place. Youre better off getting better service from a toddler (thats not meant to be a joke).

I usually like going here when Im having problems with my medical insurance because they are low cost. Theres one doctor here that is very attentive and shows he cares about his patients well being. I was hoping to get him the last time I visited. But he wasnt there. Instead I got another doctor (forgot his name) but he is younger and has a nice accent either from Spain or Argentina 🤔 anyways hes okay but I didnt like how he scared me telling me I will never walk the same again without seeing xrays (I took a fall so went to this clinic). He said my foot was broken and sent me to xrays which is not in this location but in another one which was closed even though he said it would be open. I was in so much pain still so I took myself to the ER where I got xrays and was told my ankle was broken and that Ill be okay and walking normally in a couple of weeks. The doctor at the hospital thought it was bizarre that the doctor from this place gave me a prognosis without waiting for xrays. He also made me feel bad for not going in sooner although the ER doctor told me I went in at a good time.

My mom loved the way they treated her here, she said Dr. Alexander was kind and explained patiently her symptoms, also the ladies in the front counter are sweet, theyre so kind when they call in prescriptions at Walgreens. I know because Im a tech at Walgreens. Oh and another thing, when i took my daughter due to her asthma they referred me to a low cost clinic where I payed almost nothing for my daughters care and meds

Clinic the faith has one of the best doctors Ive seen. When it is on, there is a waiting list of up to 3 hours but it is worth it. ALL my family is grateful for the great treatment that the doctor gives us. We prefer to drive from afar, wait a few hours and relieve ourselves; to be going just a while to other clinics. THANK YOU!!
