They dont deserve a one. Ive been with them nearly 5 years and Im still waiting for a physical. They make too many administrative mistakes, life-risking, costly mistakes with medication, with patient information, transferring of records, I could go on. The only reasons why Im there with them still is because my references are good doctors that Ill likely lose by dumping my GP. Dont waste your time or health. They practice this incompetency with other patients as well that Im also aware of. Im reporting them to authorities even as Im preparing for plural surgeries. Buyer beware.

Called in advance to make an appointment for later today all of my kids are very sick fever chills I was told to just walk in at 12 that they’d all be seen well I showed up 11:30 come to find out the person who answered the phone gave me the wrong time turns out they don’t see anyone until 1 so sense my kids are sick I stayed hoping to be called soon it is now 1:30 pm my kids are uncomfortable!! This place still takes 2 to 3 hours regardless if you have appointments! staff here are incredibly rude literally see them talking amongst themselves when they see big line of people waiting to be checked in ....

I went there because they treated me well while I was pregnant... once my son was born ... idk what happen ..I asked for an allergy test ... was given 3 appointments in different days ... in those 3 different days I waisted my time ... excuses after excuses .. waited for almost 2 hours on the 3rd day just to be told “we’re almost closing and he will have to come again another day” like seriously ??! What’s an APPOINTMENT for . I instantly moved clinics

Everytime i bring my kids it’s always more than an hr that i have to wait for them to get seen by the doctor. When they need shots they usually run out and make another appointment for it but take more than a month for another appointment for it.

It’s nearly impossible to solve anything over the phone with them. They keep transferring me to an endless ringing phone line. When they finally answer after various attempts they just take my name and transfer me back to the line nobody answers. Better luck calling the 1800 number on their page. At least those people seem to care. And if you manage to get an appointment, make sure you have at least $10 cash with you to cover parking wherever you manage to find a spot. You’ll more than likely be there for a while.

U can have an appointment but you’ll still wait over 2 hours. Ridiculous

Ive been coming to this clinic since I was a child. It was a great clinic but now the waiting times are ridiculous.

Horrible I been coming here since 2013 when they had the smaller office on Exposition blvd , but ever since they expanded to 1414 s grand ave their whole operative changed the doctor I had Dr. Trabanino was a good doctor at one point and now he’s not as attentive as before in that I’ll wait nearly 2 hours to see him and he sees me for 5 minutes and is rushing me out the door .Also he doesn’t explain thoroughly test results and procedures that he referred me to. I no longer see this doctor and am looking for a more competent and caring doctor which is challenging seeing as how I’m on state Medicaid and these doctors contracted with state Medicaid just don’t care about their patients.

This place has lost its quality over time. The front desk employees and nurses, for the most part are still pretty helpful and nice (when they are in a good cheery mood). I grew up coming to this clinic for check ups/appointments. Years ago appointments were done on their scheduled time, doctors did their work professionally and with empathy, and it was not hard to schedule an appointment at all. The clinic has done a complete 180.

It does not deserve 1 star. The placed use to be ok. The staff is rude and their gossiping instead attendingpatients. Over 2 hrs for vaccines. Disappointed 😞

Good staff and doctors conveniently located in downtown LA. Spic&Span clean office.Been coming here for years and they call you by your number assigned to you after you check in at front desk for your appointment, not your name in which all medical offices should do to protect and respect privacy.

They never answer the phones. How will anyone get an appointment when there is a bunch of lazy receptionist. The phone will ring a trillion times before they decide to a set. This is preposterous!!!! A bunch of ppl in scrubs just to say they are in the “Medical field” yet can’t even answer a phone properly. Yuck!

Ive never had to wait more than about 30 minutes to see my doctor, even without an appointment. Never had an issue with them picking up the phone in a reasonable amount of time. Appointments werent hard to get. Doctor I saw was friendly, professional, and acted like he cared. He also appeared to be up on current medical science.

I give them one star just because I have to give something but it should be zero. I have been coming to this clinic for sometime now and this year that it get so bad. I love my doctor but the clinic is awful, front desk people take forever to call you and the wait is ridiculous. Appointment people over book appointments and make things worse.

Very unprofessional Jacqueline is very rude , been calling for my immunization records and they say they dont have them & I’ve been going there since a kid im changing clinics!!!!! Dont go to this clinic it’s HORRIBLE

Margie, the front. Desk receptionist is the most unfriendly and rude person in the organization. She is slow and she dislikes blacks. This clinic needs to get this woman out of the jor. Because its a reflection of the clinic having y unprofessional people like represent the organization. While had a appointment it took her 15 minutes to process me all the time she was talking to her co workers about go out and whats was coming up on the weekend. This place is the worst now not caring about patients whatsoever.

Ive been coming here for a couple of years now unfortunately for me. The staff is very unpleasant, no people skills what so ever. No parking you have to pay for parking no validation. Ive waited in a cold room undressed while I wait for Dr. to come and she ran 1hr and 50minutes late unbelievable. My appointment was at 1:00pm She didnt get to my room until 2:56 I almost got dressed and walked out. I will change doctors for sure now. I cant keep putting myself through this torture. Oh and I had to give at least 1 star, if up to me they would have gotten a zero.

I came one day when it wasnt busy to enroll in Obamacare. I had to make an appointment for the next week just to talk to someone. Then they had to reschedule because the staff designated to help me was no longer coming in that day. Then, lo and behold, I need emergency health care the day of my appointment. They cant help me, refer me to a horrible clinic, and when Im late to this one — after calling to see if I was still OK to come — they said I had to reschedule again, and there wasnt another opening for two weeks now. Forget that.

I was not happy with this clinic. I had a training nurse who pretty much interrogated me about some questions I answered in a form that I had to fill out. I dont understand why they have to ask the same questions over and over again (on every visit) when its already in a chart that you fill out as a new patient! This place is horrible (with an exception of a few good employees that work the front desk). Would never recommend this place to anyone! I guess this is the kind of treatment you get while on medi-cal!

Thee worst clinic and service yet! Staff is lazy, rude amd unprofessional. Here you are a number and not a person. Even thou you have a appointment, you still wait 45 mins to get seen. Doctors are ok but not consistent. So do yourself and family a favor and go elsewhere.

Whats the point of having an appointment at a certain time and you end up seeing the doc one hour or more later? If it wasnt for Dr Houser thats shes so good at her job,shes patient, she cares, shes amazing I wouldnt be coming .

The workers there dont know anything, they make mistakes and dont own up to them. Ive lost my time and money because they want to make me come down there and say the dr that was suppose to see me had left. Really? Whos going to pay for my parking and gas I just spent going there?. They have such bad attitudes with people and cant resolve anything. Such a poor clinic, dont come here to waste your time.

I do not recommend this place because they give bad services the doctors are good but the nurses do not even make you wait a long time if it is by phone the same since it is your turn they hang up if you arrive late they do not let you in if they are inside no they let you go is a terrible service they discriminate against you because you speak Spanish and they think you are ignorant

Terrible service you have a sick child and you have to wait a week for them to receive it. If your child feels bad tell him to wait a week so that he feels better

Bad staff I have respiratory problems and they have to be checking me often the doctor left me the appointment for a month and they did not want to make me that until three months they had space for appointments, and although one goes by appointment it costs a lot to go.

For years it was my favorite Clinic, it hurts that their office staff some despots, I had a bad experience I need a copy of a physical check-up of my son and it has been more than 10 days and no one can help me they leave me waiting in line, they cut the calls and I went to the clinic twice and they only take my information and that they are going to call me today I went and said that I have to make my request 4 to 5. days in advance I told them that I have been 10 days trying to get a copy and The lady who attended me told me that she lived far away and that it was too late to help me, too bad people like her are in charge of an office.

Today my daughter had an appointment at 7:30 am they did not attend her because she was going with my son over 20 years old and that she had to bring a letter from me, I called them and told them to have an exception that they would attend me sometimes one does not have the happiness to ask permission at work and thats why I sent her to my son but I didnt know they were going to ask for that letter and from so much insisting that they look at it and they no no I didnt tell my daughter to ask for an excuse for school I had already asked between the calls that I made that since they did not want it, they would extend it to me if they could give me a note for school and the girl said yes and it turns out that they did not give her anything now as a boy to excuse school It is not difficult for my daughter to take the note and put the reason that they did not attend her because she was missing a note that my son had to bring but that I was only there excusing my daughter so that she had a justification that is what they had told me on the phone And now as I go to excuse my daughter at school and to finish it, the staff they have is very despotic, very arrogant and if you wonder how I know that if I was not there, why did they answer my daughter? : 30 and I arrived at 2:25 pm no more supposedly it was a follow-up and they did not hurry until 3:20 when they called me I was already changing the appointment I could not stay longer I had to return to my work the nurses think that nothing else They work because they do not think about the others that we have commitments and they only talking between themselves and the other talking on the phone saying hello that I just wanted to know that I was holding and laugh and laugh
