I have gone to many Thai massages places all over LA as I truly enjoy the non-fussy atmosphere as compared to an over-priced spa & the benefits of Thai modalities just work for me. Nothing beats the services at Bai Po! Seriously just incredible, I left feeling a new woman after Levi gave me the greatest massage experience EVER! She recommended the Hot Stone if I was feeling pain & I almost cried it was that good. Ask for her if you want a life altering massage!

I walked out of here limping. I asked for deep tissue on my BACK ONLY and got my back tickled and then my arms and legs are bruised and sore. this is after asking MANY times for them to stop, slow down, not touch my limbs etc. do not go here

I got a massage here a year or so ago and it was amazing, my masseuse was exquisite, extremely professional and took such good care of me. I had such a great experience i booked a couples massage for my wife and i. I called on the 29th of June to see if they would be open July 4th and they said they would be, so I scheduled our massage for the 4th at 11am. They called me back right after to confirm so I thought everything was good to go. This morning when we arrived they claimed we werent in their system and the man at the front desk kept suggesting that I was lying or that I didnt have an appointment. Even after I showed him the call log on my phone with their phone number returning my call, he claimed there was nothing they could do because I wasnt in their schedule. That we might be able to be seen if we came back at 4pm. I have never felt so unwelcome in an establishment as I did today and to think I had already paid for the massage and was being treated like this. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Massage was great 👍 someone walk in on my husband without knocking. Place was noisy for being a relaxing atmosphere. My massagest kept getting calls and someone was moving a furniture while getting a massage. And the lady I got kept lifting the sheets exposing my breast

Worst Thai massage I have had in a long time. She was super slow about getting towels and lotions, and she basically was rubbing me with oil 90% of the time. I told her at least three times to put some pressure and work on the muscles, but nothing changed. I didn’t feel any better after the massage. This totally defeats the purpose of getting Thai massage. Was really frustrated about the experience.The only reason why I am not giving one star is that I went there once before and the other lady was pretty good.

I started visiting this spa about two years ago, and the massage was decent at best, but pre-Covid, I returned and asked for the usual combo massage. I didnt quite recognize the ladies who worked there, and as always, I was charming to them. A new masseuse gave me a message, and I mentioned that my legs and feet hurt since my combo massage entailed body, back, and legs. I also asked if she could walk on my back as theyve always done. She did so and never complained. I gave my usual 20% tip, and no one mentioned anything about the massage. A couple of weeks later, I called repeatedly to secure an appointment. They kept on saying they were fully booked, so I called again today to see if I could get an appointment for the next day, and she confirmed my name and then said, you always ask for a hard massage and get the combo, so we cant see you anymore. Wao! I was shocked, and when I tried to let her know that Ive never requested a hard message, she kept repeating that they could not see me anymore. The funny thing is that whenever the masseuse asked what range I prefer, I always say medium. Not only is this the worst customer experience Ive ever had, but I believe there is an element of racial prejudice at this establishment, judging by the looks and rude behavior I got the last time I was there. Although I chalked it to them having a bad day-- now I know better. Please dont waste your hard-earned money here; they are unprofessional and will put their noses up even with a 20% tip. They had a couple of good masseuse persons in the past, but these days, their massages are no better than any other Thai massage place. Extremely rude front desk personnel with constantly changing staff.

Fantastic massage! She massaged all the knots and spent a lot of time on my back and shoulders. I walked out feeling new. The parking is in the back.

First time in my life had a massage in a tent in the back of a parking lot in the city of Los Angeles in broad daylight. I was a little hesitant to go but it is totally private tent and has good ventilation. Deep tissue Massage was divine . I needed it so bad my job is physically challenging. Will definitely go again but toward the end of the day . There are people who park and go to the restaurant next door so the ones who are very picky about it being totally quiet might not like it .

Had our first couples massage there this morning. It was an effective and intense massage, but we feel great after! The staff knew what they were doing and made sure we were comfortable. The pricing was very affordable, as well.The location is a plus- we hopped over to House of Pies after for some coffee and pie :)

I got the combination massage, nothing beats the price! They went in hard, but afterwards I felt so relaxed. It was a little painful at the time, but super good massage. They are not shy with you, so only go if you are comfortable with that. They also get up on the table with you, and like sit on you during the Thai massage, it was great but I just want to warn those who dont expect it!

The actual massage was perfect. Each masseuse made sure they were using our preferred amount of pressure. The couples room was cute with mats on the floor. They give you shorts and a sheet to cover up with. We both left feeling relaxed and impressed with this place. Not a fancy spa, but just what we needed. Well be back for sure.

Not good and not bad

These ladies are wizards! I had a kink in my back and my thighs felt like steel belt tires, so I made an appointment. They took me that day and the front desk girl was sweet. The masseuse came in and went right to work or wizardry. Knots were elevated, kinks were smoothed out, and stress relieved. Bang for yo forty bucks. Ill be back. Pun intended.

Great rates and wonderful massage. I got the one hour combination massage with reflexology. Pressure was just right (I like it medium hard)

I got the 90 minute body scrub / combination massage. Hell Yeahhhhhhhh! She got IN there, from foot to cranium, found my office/stress balled up in my neck & back and GOT IN THERE. Loved the Thai/Swedish combination... what a dream. Someone give Kate a medal - 5 stars for the glorious feeling I had leaving Bai Po, thank you!You can use a credit card to pay and tip afterwards with card or cash. Small, courteous, no frills place.
