I did an overnight stay. The mats were thick enough and their is an option to sleep on the reclining chairs. I felt it was too much noise. People talking or the cart rolling from one place to the next. Its a small space however, street traffic wasnt a problem. The robes are nice. Three bath water settings. A steam room and a hot room. Great if you just want to relax for a few hours. The scrub guy was awesome, first time ever. Wish I had more to tip. Use a towel to block out light and they do rent blankets to keep warm.

This spa is always clean & fully stocked! Ive gotten acupressure & many facial skincares done here & I enjoyed it very much. The facials have actually really helped my skin! The staff that I encountered were helpful & friendly, especially the womans manager. They used to serve really good food here but theyre remodeling the downstairs restaurant so its at a pause... I was told it should be up & running in the coming months. I like this spa better than some of the others because you get your privacy & peace. Its one of the longest running spas in ktown, theres a good reason for it.

They used to be $12 (to $20) admission fee before and it was a great deal. But now when nothing has changed in terms of services or renovations, but the price was now $30 due to a recent price increase, Ill NEVER step foot into this place again although this used to be my frequent haunt. There are many other Korean Spas that have that do $25-$35 admissions with many more facilities like different types of saunas, in house restaurant etc. And several have even Groupon deals for $19 admissions or like Natura Spa where I got admission, body scrub, mineral oil massage and a mini facial for $59 total. So as long as the pricing doesnt drop back down, they have surely lost my patronage.

So happy to be back to my body care regimen at Grand Spa. Since reopening there have been several noticeable improvements: new TV in the spa area with CC in English, appropriate temperature settings for warm, hot, cold spas, steam & dry saunas, and everywhere is extremely clean. So relaxing and peaceful; a very comfortable, uncrowded feeling of wellbeing. The body scub & care is a heavenly must after a year without, and Linda their facialist is excellent. She has great hands, very knowledgeable, speaks English & offers a very relaxing experience.Since reopening, most noticeably prices have remained the same. Unlike other spas in the area with restricted access to weekends only and huge price inreases (body scrub/body care $140 to $210)!Grand Spa is a must to feel your best.

Place is much smaller than other spas ive been. Although im stoked its a 24hr place and probably a good place to rest, relax and im sure meet other men- this place is in disrepair. What i can visually see makes me cringe at the thought of what is actually there when it is not so dimly lit. The dust in the corners has hardened since it has combined with moisture, and never wiped down. Tiles missing every where, including laying at the bottom of the hot salt pool. Water stains on the ceiling, bathroom was dirty, pee on the floor and sink looks like has not been scrubbed in a week or so and stall doors were broken. The jets on the spas were broken and a layer of dirt was floating at the top of the cold pool. Half the showers were broken and floor was slimy because it needed to be scrubbed. Broken counters, all the walls were stained and needed a fresh coat of paint. Also, chipped and broken lockers with a layer of hardened dirt under the over hang at the floor since it is cleaned so poorly so often. Mind you it was not heavily trafficked at the time of my visit and it was not a weekend. I came at 230 on a thursday. It has plenty of potential and may have been great at one time but it appears to be poorly maintained which only leads me to think hygiene to be a concern. All the pics i have provided are only in 2 rooms where a phone was allowed

Not my first choice of Korean Spas in the area. There is no common area with themed saunas but it does have a huge shopping area for products. There is a smoking patio that does not have great ventilation. There are three small, dimly lit thubs, one large dry sauna, and one steamy wet sauna. You must purchase razors and leave a $5 deposit for blankets. There are several large sleeping areas with cushioned mats but wall outlets are limited.

The pros-Good place to relax and de-stress oneself. Lots of rest areas for overnight sleeping as well. The cons-Overnight price increased from $20 to $30 but service decreased. The warm tub doesnt have bubbles working. Theres never any seat covers on the toilet. How is that not a health code violation? And the temperature of the sleeping rooms were too warm. Only one had the air-conditioning on. Otherwise its a great way to relax and enjoy. But they shouldnt change an arm and a leg when everything doesnt work properly.

You have access to a large shower area, around 3 lounge rooms, 3 mat rooms for sleeping, a hot Jacuzzi , a warm Jacuzzi and a cold Jacuzzi. This spa is ok. My problem is that the two women in the morning are rude. Case in point. Last week I went to the front desk for towels so I could shower. This woman whom Im told name is Julia, handed me two hand towels. I handed them back to her and asked if she had a large towels. She said, you asked for two towels. I told her I needed a large towel. So she gave me a large towel. OK. so she trying to be cute with me. In a hurry. So I let it go.BUT THIS MORNING, I went to the counter asked for towels, she was on the phone talking. She acted as if I was interrupting her conversation and shoved the towels at me. I waited til I was leaving because someone from management would be there. The assistant mgr was there. I told her how rude she was. Julia then apologized. The two women at that front desk in the mornings are the rudest.Morning staff should be more customer service oriented. After all people start their day off from there when they stay overnight. With all the competition in the area these morning people dont seem to care at all about how the spa is perceived by other customers. I will search for another spa. If this was my business, they would hitting blocks looking for another job.

It is nice an quite at this spa compared to the other Asian spas in the area. Less traffic. Hardly any people come here due to the very unprofessional front desk staff. The night front desk staff will insult you, speak sarcastically to you and they hate to answer questions about products and services. They act as if they hate both their job and the patrons as well. Very unpleasant experience. I have come 3 times in the evening and each time the front desk staff is mean and very unhappy acting. One can only think that they are slaves or mistreated by management and underpaid. I enjoy going to Wii Spa much better as they are amenable and highly professional unlike Grand Spa where they believe they are doing you a favor instead of you paying them for services. Do not ask them about products they have for sale or they will grit their teeth and try to ignore you. They border on abusive in tone. You have to ask them many times for information as they are ignoring you while focusing on their phones playing games. It is very clean there and the cleaning care is at least kind and diligent. Avoid this place unless you enjoy unprofessionalism!

I called the spa couple days later but the staff/manager/owners response and reaction that shocks me the most. The manager was like so what? and didnt even say sorry. The manager told me the owner is not available and would call me back. Nobody reached me back even after calling them several times. (Staff kept saying leave your number, I will call you back.)
