Awful customer service. I was a new patient and when I showed up for my appointment, I had to wait several minutes while the receptionist talked with someone in the office. She never once indicated I was there or offered a simple “I’ll be with you in a moment.” When she was done talking, she sat down at the desk and began working on something, still without acknowledging me. I finally knocked on the glass and told her I was a new patient and it would be nice if someone would at least acknowledge my presence. She responded rudely and defensively. Since I did not want to invest in a new doctor who allows his patients to be treated this way, I said thank you and left. He may be a wonderful doctor for all I know, but I never found out.

Dr. Levy is a great doctor but his assistant/receptionist Cynthia makes the entire visit dreadful - so distasteful that I have to leave a 1-star to bring it to attention. Im not referring to Isabelle -- shes the nice one. Cynthia should NOT be in a client-facing role. Her entire reluctant, cant-be-bothered, short & snotty attitude is unwarranted for and frankly I wonder why she has not been fired yet. Maybe she has leverage over Dr. Levy? Or is it as simple as there are not many qualified candidates that also speak French? The person that recommended me to Dr. Levy had warned me about her as well. She acts like youre doing HER a favor by working with Dr. Levy which conjunctively pays HER bills. We all have miserable life experiences that we can choose to compartmentalize like a PROFESSIONAL or act, like Cynthia, and wear it on her sleeve and make it everyone else that she interacts withs problem. Ive witnessed first hand nearly every time Ive been in the waiting room her acting unnecessarily abrasive to incoming patients asking simple and reasonable questions. Cynthia -- WE GET IT -- you had some traumatic life experiences that turned you into this miserable, wretched woman. Youre not the only one.Stop showing off. Keep that ish at home and be a g*ddamn professional.

I never got the chance to know Dr Levy as the staff was so rude over the phone. A person named Isabelle cancelled my appointment 24h prior (when I waited 2 weeks to finally get an appointment..) but well, I can understand as emergencies happen. But what I cannot understand and accept is the way this person treated me over the phone. She was so rude, unpolite and spiteful. Too bad for the Dr Levy because he probably lose many customers because of her despicable assistant Isabelle...

Dr Maurice Levy is The best Doctor I have ever met. And, I have known him for 30 years. He saved me multiple times !

Absolutely the best doctor I have ever seen. Office staff is professional, and access to Dr Levy is easy.

Maurice is a doctor who really, truly cares. I couldnt wish for a better doctor.

For well over 20 years Dr. Levy has been there heart and soul for my family. We love him so much. From birth the cancer, through thick and thin his demeanor has benefited us mentally and emotionally.He is a a great man and an admirable physician in any realm.I highly recommend you call and make an appointment for your family, be prepared to be welcome and cared for by the entire staff.
