Good place to work but I dont know why managers/directors and leadership is always changing.Must be something happening shadow shadow that they dont want to make it public.It is nice place if you like to work but I dont see any growing done here. Only your white hair and bad posture.

LADMC downtown location was awesome.Thank you all for saving my mothers life.She had only good things to say about the staff and Doctors during her 12 day stay due to Covid.Great people who care about their patients.Even the parking lot is efficient and plentiful, never had an issue.Thank you all once again. 👍

Staff not wearing masks. No professionalism. Dr who finally saw us was disinterested in listening and helping. The interior is falling apart. Dirty. Don’t come here if you don’t have to.

Most dismissive, unhelpful, rude medical professionals. Literally ignored my questions and when I couldnt walk after the shot they gave me they just pushed me out. Zero concern for my wellbeing. Fast food workers have shown greater levels of service and care than these folk. Disgusting.

At first it was really wierdWhen he first went in they asked me to general questions about insurancethe nurse told me that they have been pretty informed that I was on my way there and when I was on my way there for and that I would be admitted strange part about that was nobody know Im going there then after the X-rays and so forth I sat there with my pants around my ankles without seeing a doctor or anyone I noticed $20 was missingoff my person and I decided it was time to go I got up and walked out

Went today for urgent care it was good doctor there not waited for hours but onlyLess hours thank you doctor

Highly recommended work place. The owner Ms Vicki Rollins is very supportive and generous with the all the staffs. As an RN that worked at LADMC for years, I will remember the generosity of this facility. During lock downs we were fed all the shifts AM & NOC shift with abundance of food! We were given as well a 1k COVID relief and 1k Christmas bonus! I have worked in US since 2003 and never had this kind of work place that somehow sees the value of it’s members. Thus, the more you would like to contribute, you would like to be an asset and to give more than take. That’s how I feel and thankful for the experience. LADMC Team, continue being a solution than a problem. So we can provide a better care for patients entrusted to our care!mhcaillesrn

They were constantly short staffed. Especially on the ICU floor. My father was neglected quite a bit at the hospital as well during his time in the ICU before he would pass away. Worst hospital Ive ever visited, I would highly recommend you go to a different hospital, especially if it is for a surgery, or for anything really other than Urgent Care.

Best group of hospital staff we ever dealt with!!! We were greeted with a warm smile in the lobby and got directed to their Urgent Care. Waited only few minutes and we were taken care of. Will definitely recommend to all our families and friends. Thank you LADMC staff for your compassion, keep up the great way of spreading kindness to each and every client. Trust me, it carried us a long way!

Absolutely the worst hospital Ive been in. They didnt even treat what I went in for. Once admitted to the medical unit, I was told to stay in my room, there was no call light. Nurses did not come by, it got worse, way worse, dont go there!

This is not a busy hospital. some doctors offices can be found here. went here for their urgent care. patient was helped immediately but took a while because of the paperworks. clean and helpful staff. may be they need additional security for their facilities. I dont see any guards in the parking lot.

Pleasant staff but at least at the late-night time I went, massively overworked, understaffed, and the facility was really too grimy for my comfort. This will unfortunately go to the bottom of the list of urgent care facilities I’ll consider in the future.

They dont care about patients time. Their appointment system is horrible. Even though the endoscopy was scheduled at 10:00am they made patients wait more than 2 and half hours. Its absurd.

This place is so ghetto!!
