Personally I like the hard wax much better than soft wax (Brazilian and full legs). Its also much less painful than sugaring (Sugared + Bronzed so painful). It definitely helps that Lili here is a certified waxing expert and she really takes amazing care of you. Lili is so knowledgeable that it barely hurts at all anymore. I wont go to anyone else.

Consistency is key! My very first experience was amazing. Staci did the best wax job I have ever had. So, I scheduled my second appointment with her. When I arrived, another lady came out to greet me and told me she would be doing my wax. I had to inquire about the person I made my appointment with because she wasnt it. The staff told me that she no longer worked there anymore. I expressed my frustration because I should have been notified. I let the new girl do my wax and the results were definitely not the same. I had to tweeze hair that should have been removed. So if anyone is reading this review and know how to get in contact with Staci that used to work there please let me know.

One of the worst waxes I have ever gotten. The esthetician was rude to me and didn’t do a good job. She left wax all over me and kept pulling the wax before it was ready, which left me with a lot of random patches of hair that she didn’t clean up. Overpriced for what you get. Wax shop in Beverly Hills is cheaper and does a way better job because they wax according to the person instead of “standardized strips.”

Jana was great. I was a walk in and she took me right away with a big smile on her face. She was very informative about the service the company provides. She also suggested a few samples for me to try.

I don’t write reviews...but she’s worth it. Lily. Just ask for Lily. She’s always busy and she’s that good. No one else waxes me and it’s been that way for over two years because she’s that freaking good!

European Wax Center is amazing. It was my first time with hard wax and it was almost painless. The hairs also grew out much slower and thinner. All the wax specialists are very friendly and professional. The facility is always kept extremely clean and sanitary. Wont be going anywhere else!

OMG! Love European Wax Center Westwood! They are all super friendly, helpful and professional. These girls are pretty much experts in what they do. I will never chi ok anywhere else!

I wasnt seen by the waxer till 10 minutes after my scheduled appt. The waxer was nice and had a good attitude, but didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. She was supposed to do a full wax and only did half the job and didnt bother to take out the rest of the hair. I paid to get a job well done at least and didnt even get that.

They are very friendly and welcoming. The experience is as smooth as it gets, literally and figuratively.

First time at this facility and I have to say the ppl are nice and the atmosphere is great. Their downfall is the poor quality of there work. I got a Brazilian wax and the waxer missed so many spots. I will never go back. It was a waste of money
