I have been seeing him for about 2 or 3 years and he has always been pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff and the nurses are always pleasant. It may be the attitude of the patients and how you treat them that creates the relationship

Dr. Sheibani was extremely professional with me. I went in for a physical and he ordered blood work and sent me for several other necessary female health checkups. He gave me a thorough health survey and reviewed it with me in his office before he also sent me to a specialist for one of my health problems. He also prescribed the medication I needed for me without me having to ask. I thought I needed to go to see a psychiatrist but he was able to fill all of the needed prescriptions for me without me having to find a new psychiatrist. I really appreciated my prescriptions being filled since they were all about to expire and I was afraid I wouldnt have needed meds. I was disappointed to find that he doesnt offer in office COVID-19 testing but I was able to find an appointment through the CA department of public health website instead. Overall I would definitely recommend him because it is so rare to have a Doctor spend that much time with you trying to really get a complete picture. I read these horrible reviews after my visit and was so shocked because my perceptions of him are so drastically different than what I see written online. Dr. Sheibani is truly a caring, knowledgeable, doctor.

DO NOT GO HERE! I made an appointment to get COVID-19 testing here. I called before I scheduled an appointment to ask if they do COVID testing in the first place. They said the doctor would need to see me first and then write me a doctors order to get a COVID test at their lab. When I asked about the lab they made it seem like they had a separate lab I would go to to take the test at. I explained that wanted to take my test with a doctor since urgent care centers were so busy, and decided to continue with making my appointment with Dr. Sheibani. Before my appointment, I met with a UCLA doctor virtually and got a COVID order over the phone. I then called Dr. Sheibanis office to see if I can just go into their lab since I have a note from another doctor. Since UCLA was completely booked at their testing centers. The receptionist said I would still need to come in to see the doctor and have him write me his own COVID order before going into their lab to get tested. I called multiple times confirming this. When I got to Dr. Sheibanis office everything was a MESS. Super dirty, old, and didnt look clean. I waited over 20 minutes to get my new patient forms (which I had to ask for myself) and the front staff seemed to not care at all. I waited over an hour to see the doctor, and when he came in to the room he told me to meet him in his office. Not a patient room, his office. Which was so run down and creepy!Dr. Sheibani should 100% retire. He can barely hear and understand anything you say. It took him 2 minutes to even write down my name on paper. His assistants have to shout at him for him to even hear. He wrote me a COVID doctors note for the lab, but the lab was just an URGENT CARE down the street?! Which I could have just gone to in the first place. The front office assistants had no idea what was going on and claimed they didnt know I wanted a COVID test which is the only reason I came into the office in the first place. One of the assistants barely apologized and said sorry that she was new.Long story short this doctor is so old he should have retired over 10 years ago. Terrible doctor, terrible and RUDE staff, and I will never EVER go back there again.

After reading all the bad reviews i still went in. I was actually pleased. It was not too time consuming, ladies in front were nice and doctor was caring. Even though he is over 90, he,himself looked healthier than most of us...and was really helpful and patient

This is my first time ever to make a public review about a business. This office is a disaster. One of the staff is very unprofessional and rude (I do not want to mention her name here). They dont know some of the simple procedures. The Doctor himself is not fit to practice at all. He forgets things and he does not hear well. Its unfortunate that we were subject to such unprofessionalism which regards to healthcare. Some higher authorities need to investigate Dr. Sheibanis fitness to practice. Thanks

Dr. Sheibani has been my GP for about 2 years and he is great. He is quick, to the point and helpful. His nursing staff is great, they are extremely friendly and caring and have no problem hitting a vein. The front office staff is good, though they made it difficult to get some paper work for disability signed within an important time frame, but still very nice. Id recommend Dr. Sheibani to anyone. And as for the woman claiming he is a pervert, I am a male and he did a similar exam on me the first time I saw him, I do not think he was trying to cop a feel. And in response to the woman who didnt get the pills she wanted, Hr has always taken my requests into consideration and if he doesnt think it is going to help or be appropriate for your Issues , he will not prescribe them.

This guy is a pervert! I went in for a few referrals and a general physical. He said that he didnt recommend anyone other than himself for other health care services. Also when doing my physical, he acted very inappropriately. While taking my heartbeat, he touched my breasts. He then asked me to lay down and he put unnecessary pressure on my uterus repeatedly, asking me if I felt any pain. He then asked me to unbutton and unzip my pants. I asked him why...he said that he needed to continue checking something. He put more pressure on my uterus even after I had already told him that I didnt feel pain. It was awful! He should be fired!

I am ashamed. This guy is from the same country I am. He probebly got his degree in Iran and I don’t know how he passed the exam here in USA! He is very old and dont know why they still let him practice. I just moved near his office. I had my previous doctor sent all my medical records to him so he can sign off on my handicap card. When I went to see him HE LIED to me and said he reviewed my record and I cut him in his lies because he never study my record to see whats wrong with me. He just makes appointments to bring patient and collects Medi-Cal and insurance money and gives useless prescription. He is a crook.

Very disappointed....On more than one occasion I asked the dr for a medication that would aid me in getting my health back together. and was refused!!! I am well aware of the side effects and am willing to take the risk. He still would not prescribe this medicine. And NO! it was not a narcotic I was asking for. I believe I have a right to this medication, but evidently he does not. Otherwise my visits were average..
