Fraud....thats all. They charged my mother for an out-of-Pocket visit that she should have only paid her copay for and in addition to that we reviewed the insurance statement where they are charged additional procedures that were not even part of her treatment. PLEASE be CAUTIOUS - they ONLY take patients that are easy prey.

Dr. Alza is the best 👍🏼 I recommend him to everyone who needs a good doctor. I am blessed to have Dr. Alza in the care of my family.

Awesome place. Dr. Alza is very kind and spends much time with each patient. You feel very safe under Dr. Alzas care. The staff is so kind and respectful. Its like one happy family. It also comforts me much to know Dr. Alza is a caring Catholic with a background of Jesuit teachings, helps me when it comes to ethical questions as well. Dr. Alza is much like a caring friend and visiting him is a pleasure if only for the conversation. His knowledge is very well rounded and he treats the whole person, physically and emotionally. O dont write a lot of these but when I do it is heart felt. Dr. Alza is more then an awesome Physician he is an awesome person who care for healing reaches far past his own clinics and into the whole community.

This doctor treated my aunt with total disrespect and disdain. He insulted her in English when she only speaks Spanish. Called her looser Lucifer and gave her meds just for pain only, never for her chronic problems because she is on medical. He told her that he makes no money with medical patients and that they should only go to the general hospital for treatment. We are filing a lawsuit against this doctor. It’s shameful.

I had to wait about 30 minutes to see the Doctor because patients who had appointments were given preference; however, after being brought in I understood why Doctor Alza is known as one of the best Doctors in the area.I was impressed by the doctors demeanor as he spent over 30 minutes listening to me as I discussed my condition.He not only diagnosed me, but also prescribed medication which cured one of my conditions. He also referred me to a specialist who helped me cure another health problem I was having.5 stars!Now he is my first choice whenever I need a Doctor.

At the end of the day I come to this Dr. Alza and his practice because of a genuine desire to treat and help. A human being using his life gifted to him to help other human beings.

This office had me sign a waiver saying that I had to pay them out of pocket if my insurance didnt pay them as much as they wanted for my procedure. So, despite having a contract with my insurance about how payment would work, they forced me to pay them *again*, after my insurance had already covered it.They also only gave me half a years prescription of my standard birth control to try to force me to come back for an unnecessary second appointment, despite me specifically requesting a full year.On top of that, when they got my results back they gave me scary misinformation about what it meant. I only cleared it all up when I went to another doctor, who told me that the test was unnecessary in the first place!Never again. Please avoid this scam of an office

The first time I went to see Dr. Alza I was in a very bad shape, healthwise. From the first minute I meet him, I knew right away that I was in the perfect hands. His patience and care for my wellbeing were like no other doctor in this city can provide me. He takes the time to talk to you but, most important, to listen to you.Every time I had my appointment with him to check on my progress I felt better and better; I took home with me his kind words of encouragement and this were my keywords to my improvement. I can not stress enough how gentle, compassionate and caring Dr. Alza is. He is a very wise man, he may tell you things that you dont want to hear, but if you use them to your advantage, you will see he was right.Dr. Alza has been my primary doctor for quite some time, I can see that his profession is also his vocation, I have the feeling that he practices Medicine to cure and to help people because that is his life call. Behind a great man, there is a great woman. In this case, he got three amazing women running the office and I can not say which one is more caring, diligent and professional than the other.Thank you Dr. Alza and to your wonderful team.
