My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at this place, even while in the middle of a pandemic. Dr. Richardson is a great doctor and very friendly and understanding. The eye exam was thorough and kind of fun with their futuristic equipment. The staff is very top notch as well. They’re very helpful on the phones as well as in the store. They helped my girlfriend and I both find great frames, at very reasonable prices that look great. Honestly, it was the best experience I’ve had at a eye doctor/eyeglass store in 20 years. No joke. I’m sold.

Absolutely amazing!! Casey the optician is knowledgeable and friendly. They had my glasses ready within TWO HOURS of walking in off the street with no appointment! (Had the Rx already). They have a great selection of frames at an incredibly low price point while maintaining excellent quality. I love their commitment to providing eye care that is accessible to a wider range of people. I will certainly be back for my next pair of glasses - though I doubt I’ll need another for quite a while! I can tell they will last.

My partner and I just happened to walk by this store and decided to take a peek. The minute we stepped into this beautifully lit space filled with a ton of natural sunlight we were greeted. We never heard of this store but we were instantly intrigued by the space.Phillip immediately assisted us and provided really impressive options for frames. My partner has a child size head so its always been a challenge to find the right frames that fit just right without creating pressure around her ears or on her nose.Phillip is very knowledgeable and was able to educate her on her options.Phillip also offered my fresh carrot juice while I waited for my partner to try on frames.The store also supports local small business and sells handmade eye glass cases and night mask by rise and rewind.This place is must see.

This place is honestly so amazing. They went above and beyond to help me figure out my insurance and Dr. Richardson is super patient and thorough. Definitely will be getting my eye exams done here from now on!

I had a fantastic experience at Zak! They made the chore of getting an eye exam extremely pleasurable. They have the latest and greatest when it comes to frames + the staff was super knowledgable and easy to work with. The doctor gave a great exam and so thoroughly explained what was going on with my eyes. Ill definitely be going back annually for my exam.

This place has incredible service, the have a great selection of eye wear. They have incredible service and helped me when I had a problem with my eye issues and they were kind and helpful and had me back on my feet and ready to go. Id recommend this to anyone who wants some good glasses in LA
