I have a complicated relationship with treatment but I really do think this program changed my life. Residential helped regulate me, but I feel like this is where I Was challenged most. Staff was supportive and understanding but knew how to push me and I saw myself and other clients improve in a really inspiring way.Thank you for helping me get my life back :)

I felt very safe while in treatment. I could share honestly and openly without fear of judgment and receive support. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone on my team seemed to actually care about me. I learned a lot of things about my eating disorder that was subconscious before I was in the program like table behaviors, other maladaptive behaviors, and the difference between my healthy voice and eating disorder voice. I also learned beneficial coping skills for my recovery. I really loved the time I spent here, it was honestly one of the best decisions Ive ever made. The staff was amazing and really understood how to help me with my eating disorder.

The staff, for the most part, is amazing. Even the staff I didnt feel like did their job well, were super nice and caring people. I loved my individual sessions with Hannah and Emily. Those two are the best in the biz.

Ive already recommended Monte Nido to people I know with an eating disorder, and Id do it again. My support team that was available to me throughout my treatment and the clients who shared their personal struggles to help me learn from them were central to my recovery.
