This review is overdue. Having been in and out of treatment programs for a little over a decade, with months in between, I am so grateful a program like Keystone exists. They really do what it is they say they do. Michelle is the kindest soul, and so responsive. She really walked me through the entire intake process and was so kind. Tammy is amazing and so collaborative. She really makes you feel like you are a part of the team deciding what to do, and the program is so flexible to fit in with your schedule. I got so much one on one care and it was so high quality. Marco and Claire, Zainy, Alessa, and Merrilee are all amazing and knowledgeable. I feel like I got something so valuable out of every single group! Taryn, the dietitian, is the best I have ever worked with (which is hard to say at an eating disorder facility). Ultimately this place allowed me to get the skills necessary to handle the underlying issues, and I have never expereinced this freedom in my life before. For the first time in years I’m able to challenge my fears, and enjoy my life fully. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable! Called 5 programs, and this was the only place I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. I forget the name of the person I spoke to, but she spent time on the phone at 9pm on. Friday evening. Answered all of my questions and was incredibly warm and helpful.

Keystone is an amazing program with people that truly care about you. Tammy is incredibly helpful throughout the intake process and throughout treatment. Alessa is the best therapist I’ve ever had and I love art with Zaney! I’ve been told for years I needed this type of treatment and no one has really offered what they say. Keystone is a shelter for people like me. Thank you so much!

Awesome program and group of people that changed my life. I’ve been in and out of programs for depression and over exercising and this program stopped that cycle. DBT therapy is top notch here!
