I usually go to CVS pharmacy to pick up my orders. This local pharmacy was new to me, but it’s where my new doctor sent my prescription. I went in for pick up and wow, what a major difference. It felt so much cleaner at this pharmacy (as someone who has health anxiety especially with COVID-19) this was great. I especially enjoyed the pharmcist’s conversation with me about my new prescription. They were thorough and didn’t seem rushed and I felt comfortable. I feel more confident in trying out my new prescription.They’re also doing COVID-19 vaccines here!

That’s why I said “fresh start” yesterday. But then you came at me about the review, that’s my right. You did better THIS time and now that’s my review. This is the first time I have ever left a review about the price or spoke to Roseanne about the price. Roseanne asked me today when picking up my medication to leave “an honest review”. Although everything previously mentioned is 100% accurate and true; I will say that Roseanne and the rest of her staff @ Vine Discount Pharmacy are very efficient, fast, and are taking the necessary PPE COVID-19 precautions.

The Pharmacist Roseanne has been taking care of me for the past fifteen years. I contribute my good health to two things. Seeing a doctor on a regular basis and having the best, and most caring Pharmacist. She is always ready to answer any health questions you may have with a caring and a vast knowledge of medicine. The staff always has a smile for me and i never leave with a bad feeling not once in fifteen years. Thanks to all the staff.... You girls rock!!!! This is a nice little pharmacy in the Hollywood area. Generally my husband waits about 10 minutes for his monthly prescriptions to be filled. He has always had good interactions with the staff and no problems or delays. There is seating inside for clients as they wait. There are also anywhere from 2 - 3 pharmacists on site. If you need an over the counter item, this pharmacy also has a small assortment of goods in the lobby. You will find aspirin, antacids, toothpaste and the like.

Theyre one of the best pharmacies around that knows how to help you navigate the complex insurance/ medical system complex. Very helpful, nice, and quick. I dont ever have to wait hardly any time at all, probably as a result of being well staffed (no waiting around endlessly for a simple prescription like in the big box pharmacies). The Dr. knew my name right away, helping me feel like Im getting personal service and always helpful in understanding the prescription.

I was ask very personal questions about my medication by this latino lady. she asked me if i abuse my medication to get high. i told her why are you asking me such an offensive question and she replied because im a trump supporter. and on top of that everytime my medication is due she always has a secret conversation with her employee and then suddenly she claims that the medication is not here that they ran out. which is a lie because not only does this pattern happen only to me but i waited and witnrssed another customer arrive and ask for the same medication and he got his. then i confronted the latina lady and she claims that it was already waiting for him before me. then i asked the man about his medication and he said his doctor bearly oredered ten minites ago and yet i was there 1 hour prior. this is an outrage and illegal.
