I am Extremely satisfied with the service that I receive from South Park Doggie for my fur baby Rocky .He has been going there for about 5 months now. The Facility is nice they have been Remodeling adding new Equipment. Rocky just loves adventureland. When we pull up he is so excited and literally dragging me to hurry up so he can get inside to play. The staff is AWESOME!!!!! They are always so friendly when I arrive and pick up. Always willing to tell me how his day was. I receive report cards on him with the best pictures of him playing with others. They also have web cams if you want to spy on your baby as my daughter says. But Rocky Excitement when I mention camp is enough for me to know he is in good hands. Thanks a bunch......

My wife and I were in need of boarding services for our two chihuhua mix rescue dogs Milo & Luna. They can be shy and Luna in particular tends to be anxious around new people and dogs. We walked in to South Park Doggie Playland DTLA to see the place and get some information. Camille helped us and was very friendly and informative. She answered all of our questions and told us we could bring the dogs in for a free trial day to be evaluated and see how they would do there. We called and made an appointment to bring them in the next week.Elizabeth was there when we came in for the trial day and was just as kind and professional as Camille had been. She was patient with our two dogs and with us as we had a few more questions. My wife stayed a while to watch them from the window. It was reassuring that we could check on the dogs on the live webcams just to see how they were doing. When we picked them up in the evening even though Brian was busy with other dog parents picking up their pets we never felt rushed as we discussed how they did and packages for daycare (they recommended the Bronze package ahead of our boarding them for 6 days for an upcoming trip we are taking.) The owner Gary happened to be there and we were able to talk to him about the business and the new location they had opened. We live a few blocks from this location on Grand so it will be our go to location. All in all they were kind and professional with us and patient and caring with our dogs. I feel very comfortable leaving our dogs in the care of Southpark Doggie Playland DTLA which is a big relief for me and my wife.

We left out dog Suki there for boarding while we went on vacation for a week and she had a great time! I loved that I was able to watch her on the cameras during the day which gave me piece of mind. I will definitely be taking her back!

Our Chihuahua had a great time. The facility has many fun activities for the dogs and they even sent us a report via email to let us know how he was doing. Will definitely come back.

My puppy loves this place! She’s been going here for over a month and she is always excited to go hangout at South Park Doggie Daycare! My next step is to have her do her training here especially since she’s already use to all the people here.The staff here seem to really love dogs! She’s my first puppy so I’m one of those can you teach me what to do first timers with everything so it’s great to be able to get advice from dog lovers!If you are considering bringing your dog here the answer is “YES”

Loved their services and my dog Ava had a great time when my family was away on vacation. Having the WebCam was also great because we were able to keep an ion her as she played with the rest of the dogs all day. We will definitely be using this place in the future and we highly recommend them.

Conveniently nestled in DTLA. The staff is very friendly and takes time to answer any questions you might have. Great process for screening and evaluating pets before they are admitted to the park. Very timely and detailed updates to keep you posted about your pets stay.

I absolutely LOVED!! LOVED!! LOVED this doggy day care. I had an emergency and my dog had to be out of my unit so the landlord could fix something while everyone was at work. I called and withing minutes I had all the info I needed. Liz sounded so jolly and excited to be at work😆. She was very polite and helpful. I created my dogs profile and they were able to take her in a few minutes later. Throughout the day I was able to check on my dog through their live cameras and I could see how sweet they were to my dog. They even sent me a report card with pictures of her throughout the day and the way she was behaving. When I picked her up, I could see how much attention she was getting from the staff through their cameras. Im so happy I found this place. I paid $43 for a full day and Ill definitely be taking her back so that she could burn up all her energy. I was in love with the amount of space she had to roam free and the doggy park set they have indoors for them. My dog came back really calm and tired and Im a happy dog mom. She was safe and well taken care of and I am so greatful for that 🥰

I’ve recently relocated to LA and needed to find somewhere that would be good to my pup. I have a shihtzu and he loves coming every time. He’s always so excited to run inside which lets me know he enjoys his stay here. I’ve been using them ever since I moved and will continue to do so!

When staying in LA during the fires in Santa Barbara, I found this wonderful, affordable day care for my dog. Kind people, convenient and centrally located. The web cam have me peace of mind and I have used them again when back in LA for a longer stay.

We love you for how much you love our dog. She loves going and that makes us so happy! She has boarded here twice and goes to daycare here regularly. Everyone knows her and are super friendly. They gave us a really detailed report card for her boarding and I know they pay attention because everything they said is true. We would highly recommend daycare or boarding here!

This place has been great for my puppy’s development. She is very shy, but being around the people and the dogs has allowed her to come out of her shell.The staff is very nice and she loves them! I recommend this dog daycare if you really want to socialize your puppy.

Our pup loves South Park Doggie Playland! We have tried a few different daycares, and our nervous dog actually loves going to South Park! The staff and the dogs seem happy to be there which is what sets apart South Park from other boarding/daycare providers.

My small dog Charlie has really enjoyed his time at South Park Doggie so far! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and caring about the dogs there as well as the owners. They hold fun events for the dogs on holidays and are reliable and convenient if you live in DTLA. I loved getting a report card for my dog after his first day - so cute!

I cant say enough about this place. Duke jumps in my lap to get out the car as soon as i turn onto Grand Ave. He runs to the door waiting eagerly for Liz, his morning buddy. The ENTIRE staff is AMAZING. Gary, the owner, is a GOD SEND for puppy parents. SP DTLA is always emaculate and the new additions are wonderful. Duke is exhausted when he gets home. Lol. My dog got kennel cough at this daycare and I thought it was a one off thing so I wasnt going to post about it. But I just found out my friends dog got kennel cough here a few months ago and her dog also got fleas.

I love this place! I had an emergency which was bringing me out of town on Saturday morning. So I had to quickly set it up & drop off my doggy Friday night. They were more than accommodating and have been great ever since. Ive called to check in, theyve given me detailed accounts of whats going on. They have a cool webcam setup that links to YouTube where you can see your pup during the day. And above all, the pricing is reasonable and its close to my place. All around awesome experience!

My experience with South Park Doggie DTLA has been great they reached out promptly once I submitted my request online and provided detailed information regarding the facilities and answered all my questions. They were able to help me board my two dogs during the holidays and set up a trial day for the dogs to get familiar with the space. It was also great being able to check in via the live stream while I was away.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! They have an incredibly friendly staff who is willing to work with you depending on what your needs are in. Big play area for small and large dogs a like. Gary, the owner of the business, is incredibly passionate on making sure each animal has the best experience possible! I really hope he expands his locations to Northern California!

When I got Rocky, he was a shy doggie. When Rocky started to go to South Park Doggie DTLA, he became a calmer dog. He loves to go there to go play, but also he loves the people there. The people are really nice and the place is always clean and on top of the dogs. South Park Doggie is the first place that my dog feels love and protected.

Felt very comfortable when I checked this place out for the first time. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating when asked questions.Lots of space and interaction with the dogs.

I have been bringing my Lab mix to South Park Doggie LAX several times in the last year. After trying various types of pet-boarding, we figured out that she loves cage-free the best. It is relatively convenient for us when were traveling. They offer parking! We can check on her via the web cam and know she is safe and happy. Best of all, she loves it here. Cant get any better than that!

Our baby is so happy here and it makes us so happy to see how happy she is on YouTube when we have to be away from her. Liz is a rockstar and every bit as good with the people as she is with the dogs. The new online reservation system is a little buggy, but Liz is not. Awesome option for daycare or boarding

I have used South Park Doggie DTLA Daycare for nearly a year, after finding them through their other location at LAX. These guys are great- at both locations! My dog loves it, and they are very accommodating. Their streaming video service is a very welcomed bonus, too.Highly recommended.

We’re happy with South Park Doggie DTLA Daycare so far. We’ve been using their service for little over a week now. Our 4-month old labradoodle seems to be happy there. Staff seems to be nice to us (people & dogs). My husband & I particularly like the fact that we can watch our little fur ball playing/interacting with other dogs/staff at the daycare via YouTube. Only complain/concern we have is when my husband came to pick up our little fur ball for the first time, the staff didn’t ask for his relationship to the dog or check his ID. It was his first time stepping in the daycare. We would like to see the staff more vigilant about who is picking up dogs from their facility.

Was trying to get a last minute daycare and finally found SPD DTLA. Called and spoke to Brian who was able to get me in and helped expedite the process after I uploaded all immunization paperwork and etc. Brought my baby at 7am and picked her up around 5/6 ish. It was clean, well maintained, super professional and playful. My baby loved it here. You can also check in on them through video surveillance! Since Im allergic to some dogs (obv not my hypo- poodle), I made a request to have the groomer clean her right before I picked her up!When I picked her up she was beautiful (groomer put in some work). Brian greeted me, gave me a walk-by-step of how everything went, emailed me a report card and talked me through everything. Ive never tried daycare for her and he could tell I was super nervous, so he completely put me at ease with how everything went and even gave me notes on how the other workers felt about her (even eating habits).All in all, BEST DOGGIE DAYCARE EVER! Also, Brians pretty hot (bonus) so if you need some eye candy (respectfully), give this daycare a try. With her being an older dog (13 years old), I am def more comfortable with her in daycare knowing she wont be overwhelmed by bigger/younger dogs.

Ive been bringing my dogs here for the past three years and I must say my dogs love being here. They know when were coming here, and they know when were nearby! When are things that I love the most about this facility is the staff!! They are so friendly and they love my dogs and thats very important to me. I chose this facility because its a cage free doggy daycare, and I just could not bear the thought of having my dogs caged up for the entire time I leave them. Which is why we love bringing them to this facility. Another thing that I love is the fact that they do training, pool days, they allow the dogs to be inside and outside. Did I mention they take pictures of your dogs and post them on Instagram and tag you! I love that

Winston is my 6 month King Charles Spaniel. He loves being here. He learns pack behavior- how to be a dog. He gets plenty of exercise and comes home exhausted. The staff is outgoing, friendly, and helpful. From the first meeting they recognized my dog and knew his name. He’s an individual here. I love watching him on live feed. My only negative comment would be that I wish he was physically held more often. He needs human companionship more than most breeds.

Im really glad to have found such a great place to take my dog during the day. She has a blast here and all of the workers care about the dogs there. Theyre all very friendly and helpful as well. They also have the best hours in the area.

Marenda and Lilly have been so welcoming and helpful with my 10 month old puppy. Due to working weird hours I had requested odd pickup/dropoff hours and their flexibility has been a lifesaver for me, and more importantly has made my puppy’s life more fulfilled and stimulated! South Park DTLA is fantastic. The flexible hours are the best Ive found in 3 cities (LA, DC, and Houston), which is so so helpful. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they really seem to care about the dogs. I have 2 special needs dogs (behavioral issues). The folks at South Park DD were so sweet and accommodating. They helped me slowly/safely intro one of my dogs to the large group play situation (she has fear issues). They allowed my other dog to board privately because she cant hang with other dogs (private boarding only for dogs under 40-pounds FYI).

My experience with South Park Doggie Daycare has been nothing less than Excellent. The staff is courteous, patient, understanding and always professional. I LUV the Doggy Cam because I can see my pooches whenever I choose. Plus they have late pickup which is a real plus on those days when my schedule changes. I have recommended this place to all my doggy parents.

Great staff!!! I have been taking my pups there on and off for over a year and have always been greeted by the most professional and good humored dog lovers. Their knowledge of dogs and pack behavior leaves me feeling relieved that my pups are going to be safe, have fun, and be well cared for while there.

They are always so good to my dog, Charlie, and she loves to go to daycare. I have also had her bathed there and he does such a great job. Such friendly staff, and they obviously adore all the dogs in their care.

Love how they have separate rooms for small, medium, and large dogs, since my little dachshund is shy of larger dogs, and the camera is a great plus too. I looked long and hard for a good doggy daycare. I wanted my dog to be able to roam free (instead of being locked in a cage) and I wanted the people working there to really care about my dog, even when I wasnt looking. When I visited South Park I knew I had found the right place. Gary and his staff are outstanding. Ive been using South Park for daycare, boarding for a few weeks now . I love the place and so does my dog. As soon as we step into the building, I stop existing for him. He just wants to run inside and start playing. I love the updates during pick up time. I know the names of my dogs friends, who he played with that day, where he likes to take naps etc. There have been numerous times when South Park staff has gone above and beyond the call of duty including hand feeding him (multiple times) when they notice he hasnt eaten his lunch and treating an insect bite so that he would be more comfortable while playing with his friends.I am glad they opened so close to my neighborhood I can just drop him off before work and pick him up after.

Very friendly. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs. They were also very flexible given our holiday schedule and even have cameras for us to watch our dog. It doesnt hurt that they are conveniently located by LAX either. We will definitely be going back again

Daycare and boarding are top notch. We have boarded our young dog here and take her in for daycare about one day a week.The staff is awesome and friendly. They tell us about her day and are really great with her.They have webcams so you can check in throughout the day and see who your dog is playing with.I felt so guilty the first time I took her here for boarding, but Im going out of town next week and I know shell be in great hands and will probably be having more fun playing all day than she would if I were in town.

Have boarded my dog here every Christmas. They take great care of my dog and its not expensive compared to other kennels at the airport. They also offer parking and a shuttle is within walking distance so you really cant beat taking your dog here.

My pup had an amazing time here. She spent over 12 hours playing with pups her own size. I love that they are in an open area to play and that they take them out for walks. From what I can tell online, the prices are the best in the area. My pup will be coming back.

Five star business for sure!!!! I wish I could remember everyones name. I have been bringing my pup for months. The lady who always answers the phone always knows my pup by name. Corey the Night and Bath Care Executive is awesome with my pup as well as the other Care Executive. I say Executives because they exhibit awareness, care and professionalism. This is the only other place my pup gets excited to come to besides home. I trust the people here. When I was nervous, they answered all of my questions with the knowledge and experience I was looking for. They also treat me with respect. I feel they really value the people and animals who come through. 😁😁🤗🤗

The dogs seem to be closely monitored and well taken care of. They constantly mop and ensure the dogs interact well together. Its also comforting you can looking on them via YouTube during playtime.

South Park is a is a great place to board! Your dog will be safe and well cared for. The staff is courteous and educated. There are web cams to monitor your dogs stay. Separate rooms for large, medium and small dogs. Play areas with day beds, and your boarding dogs can have private room if needed, not to mention an overnight staff that stays with dogs. Prices by far are the lowest I have seen in LA for extended long term boarding. I cannot recommend it enough.

My dog loved boarding here! And being able to see her from the webcam on my phone at any time of the day definitely put me at ease and confirmed my decision to send her here any time I have to go out of town. Plus she slept all day when I picked her up because she was tired from playing all day long (which obviously gave them even more bonus points)! Happy dog and happy owner :)

Ive been coming to this daycare for about a year now and I couldnt be happier with their services. I moved away but I continue to drive downtown just for them because my dog has so much fun there. The staff is all great and I will continue to send them more customers so my baby can have more playmates in the big dog section. They always have deals going on so check them out!

I have been bringing my dog here for boarding over the past couple of years and keep coming back. The location is very convenient for me and they are very accommodating with dropoff and pickup times since there is staff on site 24/7. The dogs are directly supervised during the day in daycare. Its nice to be able to get a private room at night and to bring my pups own bedding and toys. The webcam is also great, so I can check up on my little guy every day. Gary and his team have also always been pleasant and helpful.

My pup LOVES daycare days! All I have to do is swing by and hand him off to the staff, and they take care of the rest. They have the best rates in town and I know my baby is in safe hands.

Our dog usually goes to doggy daycare closer to home (South Orange County), but when we come to LA for work, this is our go-to spot! Even though we dont come on a very regular basis (once or twice a month), the staff remember her by name, are super friendly, and very accommodating. The location is also very convenient - right on by Grand and Pico with easy access to the Financial District/Bunker Hill, and the major freeway on/off ramps.

I was pleased to find South Park Doggie DTLA with my expectations. I didnt realized how large this boarding was until I was given a tour to the back of the facility. There they had many playpens and many cells in multiple sizes for pets who desired to be alone. They also provided dog bath after the boarding. The big petpeev of mine is the customer parking, they didnt have one. It was very difficult to find near by parking.

My dog Oliver did great. It was his first time boarding. I felt at comfortable to watch himplay on the webcam with his new friends. He played all day and slept all night in his ownprivate suite. I will use them again and again. Oliver said thank you South Park.

I travel frequently for work and Im so glad I can leave town knowing my 12 year pup, Roxy, is in great hands with the staff at South Park Doggie Daycare. They have three main play rooms based on the size of the dogs (small, medium, large) and have an open kennel policy so the pups are allowed to play and roam around free. They also have webcams in each of the play rooms so you can check in on your pup throughout the day and see how theyre doing. This also provides hilarious entertainment!
