Let me start by saying I am someone who never leaves reviews but because of the time Ive spent waiting I feel I had to warn others so they didnt face the same thing I just did. If I could give 0 stars I would! Im unbelievably irritated and beyond upset. Ive spent the last 2 1/2 hours waiting for this woman to join our Zocdoc video visit and still nothing. I called and since its now after 5pm the office is closed and isnt picking up. I mean I get everyone having to wait with the pandemic but I think anything over an hour is a little bit ridiculous.Note the time of the appointment and the time thats on my computer... no this isnt a joke. I will be calling them tomorrow just to complain about this BS people should never have to wait 2-3 hours thats completely unacceptable. DO NOT SEE THIS WOMAN!!!!!

The staff and Dr. Mobasser are really great. Everyone is so helpful (including the front office staff) as well as the nurses and doctor. I can tell Dr. Mobasser really cares about her patients, provides great medical care and advice, and has a genuine interest in helping her patients. Definitely recommend, especially if you live in the downtown LA area. Its very difficult to find a good doctor with a nice office here. I was so happy and relieved to find Dr. Mobassers office.

First, let me say Dr. Mobasser seems like a caring and competent doctor. Ive been her patient for nearly ten years and I thank her for her service. I brought my wife to her many years ago because I was so impressed. My negative review stems from perpetual problems with billing, year after year, which cause me a great deal of stress.Years ago, when I got a bill after getting a physical, after Obamacare was passed, I was a little surprised because I thought annual physicals were covered under the new Affordable Care Act. But I think I accepted it and paid the bill after it was explained that the doctor had done some things beyond the scope of a typical preventive physical. Thats fine - my mistake.Since then, when scheduling physicals, I make sure to clearly state that I only want to receive preventive services that are fully covered by insurance under my free annual physical. Yet I continue to receive bills after these appointments. When I call to dispute the issue almost every time, I eventually am told not to worry about the extra charges. After lots of calls and aggravation, year after year, and being told not to worry about the charges, I still get billed for those very same charges I was told to ignore many years later - they never went away after all. It has come to a point where I dont feel comfortable scheduling physicals here because I cant trust the office. I think I need to find another doctor.I dont want to associate Dr. Mobasser with what Ive seen from her office because I like her and want to assume the best. I dont know if she knows whats going on with the billing process behind the scenes but I think transparency should be a concern.

Dr Mobasser is comprehensive and easy to communicate with. These are extremely important qualities because it means I am heard and understood; I don’t forget the questions I mean to ask, I get answers that I understand, and all the dots are connected.

Dr Mobasser is amazing. She took her time to actually talk to me about my condition and set a plan of action immediately. So glad to have found such a great PCP!

Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. Been coming here for years. Office and doctors all care a great deal. Always had a good experience.

Dr. Mobasser, her physician assistant, and staff offer excellent and thoughtful care. I selected her from my health insurance plan as she is not only an authorized primary care physician but also has a subspecialty in dermatology. She personally follows-up and asks all the right questions to treat a patient. Well worth the drive from Pasadena to receive such wonderful care.

My daughter makes an appointment on a Monday, to see the DOCTOR, the dermatologist, However, the doctor isnt in on Mondays, which they never tell her. She pays $100 and sees an ASSISTANT who is taking pictures of her rash and sending them to wherever the doctor is.....WTH !!! DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE

The office staff are horrible. A one-star review is honestly too much credibility for them. They were disrespectful, unprofessional and did not take any responsibility. If you ever schedule an appointment with them, be sure to triple confirm. Honestly, Id say dont even bother at all.

I like the doctor, however, the front desk person is rude. They also dont answer their phone when you call! I asked if it worked and the front desk person rudely told me it did and refused to explain.

First, it was nice to get in quickly to get a TB shot last minute (as per new teaching organization required for new hires). Even with last minute notice the understanding Doctor and staff worked to accommodate me for the special situation. As usual I was greeted by the warm and friendly medical assistant Mary who I have never witnessed in any other mood besides welcoming. This is one of the main reasons, along with Doctor (Mobasser) who makes it seem that she desires also to have a personable relationship with her patients (rather than strictly professional), that I have found myself coming back time and time again to this office. Yet I want to stress that it is people such as Mary who deal with me so comfortably (always knowing my name and other information about me) that are huge assets to any employer. Although other office staff have been courteous it is Mary that sticks out because it is apparent to myself that she goes beyond her normal duties. Well, I did not see Dr. Mobasser today (and I do actually look forward to seeing her) but I did see Mary for she was the one who gave me my TB shot and put me in this good mood. So I thought I would put this in a review before I got too busy and forgot about it. Thank you Dr. Mobasser, Mary and the rest of the office staff.
