The worst ever!Rudest receptionist and nurses.Dr.Cho is very rude and has temper to patients.Doesn’t listen to patients concerns.Never felt this unpleasant before in my life!!!Never want to visit or recommend to others.Not even to enemy.Still shaking of what she has treated me today.Searching up google and youtube is much helpful then Dr.Cho!!

Even if this is place is the last dermatologist in the world, please don’t go. You’re better off consulting YouTube about your skin problems.The receptionist and doctor doesn’t even listen, tells you the wrong information, and just.... just please don’t go.I wouldn’t even send an enemy here.

This place is terrible. Don’t let your Korean parents go here. The office is not clean, staff and doctor are rude. Not worth anyone’s time and money. Also they don’t take credit cards. What’s that about? I guess they haven’t heard of Covid-19 and that cashless payments are now preferred.

Dr. Cho is a compassionate doctor, who attentively listened to my concerns and addressed them all. After reading some of the comments here, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Dr. Cho listened, answered all my questions, and offered a solution. I recommend this doctor.

I am a bit surprised at the negative reviews. The dermatologist Dr. Song Cho has been nothing but helpful. I explained that I had an urgent skin issue and the clinic was able to make room for me the same day. She even conducted a microscope test while I was there! Most doctors would take at least a week to get the results and try to charge you for the follow up visit. I was able to get my result right away, which I appreciate because my skin issue was time-sensitive and had to be treated immediately. The clinic prices themselves are very reasonable, especially for those with difficult insurance plans.If I had to guess why this dermatologist is getting bad reviews, i think it could be that the front desk is a little cold (but still professional). Some people may be put off by that. However, they still do a good job following up and the doctor herself is top notch.

Dr. Cho and her staff may not be the overly friendly, put on a smile, speak with exaggerated insincere intonation kind of people that most people expect to encounter when getting skin care, but they definitely get their job done. In my opinion, from reading some of the reviews on here, I think theyre just misunderstood. Their soft-spoken, straight to the point questions and answers with their clients may come off rude to some, but honestly, theyre just keeping it real. They show professionalism and sincerity in their somewhat unemotional demeanor. When getting my skin care done, they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They explained every single step of the procedure which made me gain so much confidence and trust in them. Its been 2 weeks since my procedure and I am so happy with the results. My sister saw what a great job they did on me so that convinced her to go too. Ive already made another appointment with them and so did my sister.Thank you Dr. Cho! You and your staff are awesome. I appreciate your honesty and sincerity. I cant wait for the next appointment!

Wow, complete utter disappointment. I shouldve listened to the other reviews before coming here for a check up. The staff was rude, the doctors were especially obnoxious, and the diagnosis they gave me turned out to be false. Dont waste your money here, its better spent somewhere else.

I hate giving bad reviews but felt it was a MUST! to warn others from this Doctor. Keep your grandparents away!! Doctor shouldnt be practicing. rushes through patients, not a good listener, and WORST of all gave a false diagnosis stating it was skin cancer, when later we found at at Cedars it wasnt. Be careful and get a second opinion if youve already seen this doctor.

Atopic dermatitis, which had disappeared in the United States, recurred, and I visited Cho Sung-sims dermatologist. After seeing the doctor and taking prescription drugs, my condition improves a lot in 2 days and I am doing well without any inconvenience.
