I had the best experience when I visited Crenshaw Professional Dental. All the staff were nice and knowledgeable. All my dental needs were addressed.

I am usually skeptical about going to dentist and dental procedures, but I really needed to see a dentist. I had no idea where to go and I definitely was not going back to the 2 I had seen in the past. A friend recommended Dr. Black. I honestly can say I was very impressed!! From the time you walk in they are all about safety due to this pandemic, When you walk in there is a small desk to sanitize your hands, and when you walk up to front desk Amanda is very nice as well as all the staff there, a warm friendly atmosphere is what you will feel! Dr. Black is very nice, a dentist who interacts in making his customers feel at ease, and cared about, a very detail dentist in presenting information that is needed for you to know in which the last dentist I seen was not. I had to call my friend and thank her for recommending him to me. If you are looking for a dentist, I recommend this HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL dentist, Dr. Black is the one, you will not regret it!!

Dr Blackman is an excellent dentist. The dental assistants are amazing I do recommend his service you will feel no pain.Front office on the other hand needs some TLC whoever is running insurance needs an assistant because things do not get handled in a timely matter my authorization was approved on the 3rd and here we are with still no appointment and Im in excruciating pain called the front office and left a message and lets see how long it takes for him to handle this situation totally disappointed ☹️

I drive one hour to get to Dr.Black. This practice is well organized and is using the best trained and highly qualified practitioners. My insurance send me to a Beverly Hills practice at first. I have to admit that this practice is highly qualified and better service than any other dentist I used in the past.

The office was pretty cool. The ladies at the front desk was very nice. As a former dental employee, I can say the overall feeling of the office was nice. Dr.Williams was awful...just playn...really cool guy! I enjoyed him.However, the only thing I will say is I waited about 45 before I was seen and I had to ask the lady (I don’t know her name) what was happening? She said “the Dr has another patient before you) really??? LOL I kinda gathered that! Its a dental office. She was very nice too. I can say, when there’s an extended wait, it’s very easy to keep patient satisfied by simply saying “dr is running a lil late, he be with you shortly” and not keep the patient in the dark.Lastly, Not 1 person greeted me with their name, I didn’t know who was who! Felt really impersonal.Overall, I really like the office. Dr. Williams keep the music, nice touch!👍🏾

The office staff is courteous and arent just trying to sell you treatments. The back staff are knowledgeable and dont leave your mouth sore. And the doctors are great people. They do great work.

My mother and I have been going here for years. Everyone is always so kind and caring, especially Dr. Black. Hes not just concerned about your teeth but also about your overall health and wellness...Ill never go anywhere else.

I was pleased with Dr. BlackI was disappointed with the black woman at the front desk who had very little knowledge of the office procedures, front office staff should be able to at least answer questions. I also was not pleased with one of the dental assistant s she didnt find it necessary to wear gloves when passing Instruments to the doctor . The table should have been set with every thing Doctor needed. After this I made a decision that although Dr Black was. wonderful dentist I could not longer deal with this unprofessional behavior

I want to say that Dr. Black is a honest man with integrity. I unfortunately went to another dentist due to Dr. Black not being available for Saturday appointments, I know now to just take the time off from work. I went to see another dentist and they were trying to tell me that I needed almost $6,000 worth of work done, removing previous dental work that was done in the past some before Dr. Black’s office and work that was done in his office. I felt this to be very suspicious because the doctors and staff and Dr. Black’s office never wanted to do all this extra stuff so why is this new person criticizing everything and trying to rake me over the coals along with trying to sell me stuff that I haven’t asked for in all these years. I felt bad telling Dr. Black that I went somewhere else but I came back because he is a healthcare professional that can be trusted. Please be careful and do not be gullible when it comes to dentist visits. Thank you Dr. Black and Staff for being honest, friendly, reliable, and devoted to your patients. P.S. I learned 2 valuable lessons, patience and flexibility.

I got 4 tooth extraction done yesterday. Let me just say my Doctor was amazing!! I had little to no swelling. I was afraid to get my teeth removed. But everyone made me feel relaxed I didnt feel no pain I highly recommended this place!!. Staff is very friendly Doctor was super amazing.!! Definitely Worth The Drive.
