Great cosmetic filling for a chip on my front tooth. He spent considerable time shaping it so that it aligned well with my Other teeth, and had me check and add input throughout the process. Very satisfied

I came for teeth cleaning first time as moved from East Coast . Office is clean and nice . Staff is amazing. I proceeded to change a crown . Office equipped to the latest. Crown turned really nice. After I saw the result ( I quite done dental work ). I went ahead and changed additional 2 crowns ( one on implant was chipped ) . Shape , color , fitting was great. Dr Schlang did not like the color on one crown. Actually , it would be hard to see it when you smile . But he redone the crown to the perfect .Dr.Schlang is very skilled dentist also he would not put any pressure on you . He and his staff communicate well via email and answer any question. I certainly Highly recommend Dr. Schlang .

Hands-down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I used to have terrible anxiety going to the dentist. Dr. David Schlang genuinely cares about his patients. His work is awesome, his bedside manner is just as amazing. If I ever move out of LA, I would commute into town just to continue getting dental work from him.

Dr David Schlang is the nicest kindest most patient doctor I’ve ever met in my whole entire life. He took the time to explain everything to me. Seems like a perfectionist to me and very thorough. Maria at the front desk and the dental assistant, I can’t remember her name, very nice. Just a very pleasant atmosphere all in all. I would definitely recommend this office.

His office is clean, comfortable and his friendly staff has been with him for many years. He utilizes the latest technological tools to diagnose and treat. For example, he has this cool 3-D printer that can provide you with a new crown on the same day. His office staff will set up an appointment months in advance and will text you with a reminder. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. Most important, Dr. Schlang is professional, personable and painless! I’ve had an implant, several crowns and tons of cleanings. He’s taken a genuine interest in my dental care and always calls after a complex procedure to check if I’m comfortable. Several of my local neighbors use him, too.Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do and even with insurance, it can get rather pricey. However, I’ve found Dr. Schlang to be very easy to work with and I’m happy recommend him for quality dental services.

Ive been going to Dr. Schlang for the past 3 years and I love him! Every visit Im greater with a high five and a wonderful smile from Maria, the receptionist. Dr. Schlang found some previous dental work done for me that turned out to be doing more harm than fixing the problem. Dr. so kindly explained to me what he was going to do and worked with my insurance to cover costs. I now have a beautiful crown and no more pain!Highly recommended! Amazing, friendly, attentive service. Was referred here by a friend who has been a long time client of Dr. Schlang, and I was impressed every step along the way - from the front desk receptionist who helped me make an appointment and prepare me for what to expect, to the hygienists who were friendly but also super knowledgeable sharing preventative tips, to Dr. Schlang himself who was very approachable, easy to talk to, and you can tell he truly cares about his craft and his patients. He gave me a full run down of my teeth, gums, and bones based off the X-rays and a quick oral exam, letting me know what I can improve on in my routine, and what I can expect in the next couple years in terms of replacing fillings, etc. Their offices are clean and comfortable. Overall the experience was seamless. I will note - try to find street parking and walk over because they do not validate building parking and its very expensive (I paid $22 for a 2 hour visit).

Great office. Professional and they leverage the newest technology to give you the best understanding of where your dental health is. Dr. Schlang is a nice doctor, professional and he tries to give you the best options for your budget and your health. He does emphasize health over budget which is okay in my book.

I never wrote bed review in my life but not in this case.I was scheduled my appointment at 06/06/2019 to clean teeth. The office manager Maria called a day before twice during the morning and ask some questions about X RAY. Finally she called me again and canceled my appointment. I don’t have any chance to talk with her supervisor or manager to know why?! Only one thing she was replying I’m professional you need to respect me.Really disappointed about this place because I took day off to visit dentist.Don’t recommend.

I moved to the Los Angeles area a few years ago and needed a dentist for a cracked tooth. After looking and looking I found one that was terrible. Dentist after dentist I looked with no luck. Then by chance I came across Dr. schlang. What a God send. Try him! You wont be disappointed!

I had a front tooth break off in Hawaii on vacation. I am a night grinder and it broke off at the gum line. I called home to Ohio and was informed that it couldn’t be fixed and would need extraction. We had a layover in LA so I got to searching online and found this office. I was seen that day thanks to the fantastic people at this office. Dr Schlang was able to save what was left of the tooth and made me a beautiful crown. My husband took one look and said “he is doing your teeth from now on.”I just made another trip to LA specifically to see him, another crown and to redo some work another dentist did. He exceeded my expectations by a longshot. I had braces on almost 7 years and they did some serious damage and staining to my teeth. My teeth have looked that way over a decade, he got almost everything off my teeth. My mouth feels soooo much better. This dentist cares about his patients. He has checked on me everyday since I returned home. I will be returning to LA again after the first of the year for my implants. I THANK GOD FOR THAT BROKEN TOOTH!!! So glad I found you guys! I have been a patient of Dr. Schlangs for almost 3 years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I first came to Dr. Schlangs office in an emergency situation and he and his entire team handled it with the utmost professionalism, warmth and care. They made me feel completely safe and informed throughout the entire process and Dr. Schlang even provided me his personal phone number in case I needed to reach him with any issues after my surgery. After that first experience, I knew I would continue to return to Dr. Schlang for all my dental needs. Beyond their expertise, they are all extremely nice and genuine people. Maria (front desk) and the hygienists are so warm and kind, always making it a pleasure to stop by the office (usually not what one associates with going to the dentist). All in all, 5 stars - these guys are great.

I wish I could give 10 stars! I moved to Los Angeles a few years ago and was very nervous about seeing a new dentist since I didn’t have the greatest experiences in the past. I kept putting it off and finally I reached out to my sister in law who referred me to Dr. Schlang and I’m so thankful she did! They fit me in right away because I was having some teeth sensitivity and needed a cleaning very badly! The office location is very easy to find, (try to leave extra early to get street parking, otherwise there is a parking garage). The office is very nice, and everyone is so sweet and welcoming. The visit with Dr. Schlang was very thorough, he covered all of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable with everything. Sarah, the Hygienist is also very sweet, did an amazing job, and it was completely painless! They went over their recommendations that were made specifically for my needs and gave me info to take home, they didn’t make me feel pushed or rushed into anything at all, which I really appreciate. After the visit, Dr. Schlang also emailed me home care instructions to start following to keep my teeth healthy. They all truly went above and beyond my expectations. It was a really great experience and looking forward to my next visit, which is something I never thought I would say about going to the dentist. :) I‘m definitely recommending him to all my friends and family too!

I found this office through Groupon (I was a bit weary about using Groupon for dental services but desperate times call for desperate measures) I had an idea of what my dental problems were but I needed expert consultation.Dr. Schlang is an upbeat individual whose honesty is refreshing. He walked me through my problems and proposed several solutions with timelines. I felt I was given options and told to think it over before committing to costly procedures. Indeed, the procedures were costly but I trusted my intuition and his expert advice.The procedures went extremely well.Dr. Schlang gave me breaks when I requested and he was diligent about perfecting the procedures. Dr. Schlang personally followed up and made some adjustments as needed. The dental hygienist, assistant and office manager were courteous without being pushy. Bottom line, no one likes spending time at the dentist but Dr. Schlang and the staff made the experience less stressful.

This is great, friendly and well run office. Dr. Schlang, Maria and Ellisa have all been great. I never had to wait in the waiting room or not for long. The billing is very clear and there have never been surprise bills for additional procedures or equipment. They text follow up questions and give email reminders for appointments without being intrusive. I had several implants done and I could see through the experience that implants are not as simple as it may seem and that things have to be done right or there can be big trouble ahead. Dr. Schlang was meticulous and really careful and really cared that I was happy with both how they looked and felt. I had many (free) follow up visits to check on each step throughout the process. I of course have had many dentists through out the years but this office really goes above and beyond. Any one who has seen me smile from last year to this knows how happy I am with the results.

What an absolute blessing it has been to find Dr. Schlang.Prior to this week, I have had some traumatic experiences with other dentists and when a recent gum inflammation popped up while I was traveling abroad, I was absolutely dreading having it taken care of once I got back.Right when I landed at LAX, I ran a search for a dentist and found Dr. Schlang who, minutes before his office closing, took the time to speak to me on the phone about my issue. He kindly offered to stay late since it sounded like I could be in pain. I came into his office that evening for him to take a look at my teeth. I never thought Id ever show up to a dental office with massive luggage in tow after nearly 20 hours of travel but here I was. His staff is also so kind and instantly makes you feel welcomed, even in odd circumstances such as mine.After inspecting my teeth, he eased my nerves and told me that this was all fixable. He sent me home with some medicated mouthwash to help with the inflammation and we made an appt for a full debribement of tartar. I was really nervous that it may be painful but knew I was in great care.Over the weekend, Dr. Schlang sent me an email with customized instructions on how to care for my teeth. I have never had a medical professional care so much and go above and beyond in this way before. Dr. Schlang sincerely cares about his patients, and takes the time to share his vast knowledge of dental health with patients who want to learn.The debribement felt like a walk in the park, compared to what I imagined it would feel like. By the end of it, my teeth were sparkling again and following his instructions really helped the inflammation go down.Dr. Schlang took an additional 15/20 minutes after the appt to explain the root of my problem to me, and how to adequately care for my teeth. He answered every neurotic question I had, and I can honestly say that at 28, I now know things about my teeth that I wish I knew a decade sooner.Thanks to Dr. Schlang, I am excited for my dental future (lol), and hes inspired a huge motivation to me to do everything that I need to in order keep my teeth healthy and beautiful.Dr. Schlang is a gem of a dental professional and I couldnt recommend him enough.
