Probably the best massage Ive ever had. Pablo was awesome! The spa is beautiful and comfortable. Also enjoyed the steam shower. Great experience.

Staff was very friendly and it was super clean I got a great night sleep and enjoyed the peace and quiet I will deff be coming back for another stay this place is perfect if you have limited funds and are in a bind better to be safe Inside than unsafe out where the creeps are

The lady at counter was very very very rude and impolite. 4 different staffs at the counter were same. lack of English and rude as hell. shower area were dirty and unorganized. it was looked a like a jail shower. i will recommend not to use this. $45 per person to enter

I came here because I had heard good things about this place. I walked in, first time, greeted the lady at the front desk pleasantly, and got no response. The look her on face was as if I had dirt all over me, she just said, 20.00...I gave her my debit card with my PICTURE ON IT, she still asked me for my i.d. I smiled and told her, my pic was on the card, looked at my card, then looked at me again. I swear to look she gave afterwards was so degrading and disgusting. She then made a copy of my debit card...🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️... I opened my locker only to find dirty clothes, cups of water. I told her about it. She had it cleaned but afterwards, no apologies whatsoever, no informations as to where to go, especially for a first timer, NOTHING!...😫😫Her attitude just me feel not welcome, but she took my money however....I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! Customer service is very big with me. The world is choatic as it is, and to come here and be treated as if I was scum, really digs at me. NEVER! EVER!

If you need a hotel and only want to spend 60 for it this is a place for you. Hot tub, spa, showers. This men only cubical hotel gives you the essentials while beimg walking distance to all of Koreatown.

I had a terrible experience and I feel slightly racially profiled. I passed through last night to ask about prices and availability and a gentleman told me it would cost $20 for the night. I came back today and a lady told me the same thing. When I asked to pay early she said “no you have to pay tonight if you’re coming tonight, you can pay from 9pm”. I came back and another lady was there. I’d had a rough night and was exhausted and just wanted to get some sleep. I have my Afro out I’m clearly exhausted, I’m wearing sport like attire and I’m pulling around my heavy suitcase with me. On arrival it was apparent that the receptionist was clearly disturbed or uncomfortable by me even being there it was written all over her face. When I said I was there to book the spatel for the night she said “ no we’re fully booked for tonight ” baring in mind I was earlier told that I could only book from 9pm and I arrived specifically at 8:50 so that I could be early and avoid any issues” I now have no where to stay. So to prove my theory correct I called up and put on a different accent and asked if the spatel was available and how much she said “yes and it’s $20 you come here ” I went back and there was the man there from the previous night. I said I’m going to pay for my room. I could tell he didn’t want me to stay there. I gave him my payment and he asked for my I.d so I gave him my drivers lisense (Texas state) and he said we only accept “California state i.d” I said “this is my drivers lisense how is this not a valid form of I.d? Additionally the vast majority of people that stay here are from Korea ? ” And he looked at me and smiled as if to say “please leave” I will be taking my complaint further.

Not your gay dads kinda spa. Its clean, wholesome, and Korean.

They cut holes in the uniforms as theft prevention, they photocopy your ID and communal bar soap skeeves me out. Otherwise just racist as hell. So done.

Best Place to rest better then 1st class of Airplane.L.A Spatel Just $45 for 1night and Sauna and great Korean style of Breakfast.$10 for DongSuh(EastWest) Sauna only. (If u dont need to sleep in L.A Spatel)

Its too messy and hygiene is a problem. I was scolded for being bitten by an insect...The clothes are too dirty.

I highly recommend it to people with poor pockets like me. Quiet and cozy. First of all, the blankets are clean. Recommended for those who have to pay for a motel.

Dont go if there is no breakfast No coffee.

Accessibility is low, but the price is cheap and the facilities are neat, but it is slightly cold due to the air conditioner when sleeping at night.
