I adore this place and its so close to home. Nothing is better than going to the spa after work and just chilling until they close (10pm). Its co-ed and no kids allowed (which Im all for!). The womens locker room is spacious, clean, lots of vanity space, water to replenish your fluids after a good steam! The bathing area is spacious. Nice hot tub, cool pool, and both a dry and wet sauna. The common area is mad cool. You can watch TV, get something to snacky snack on, or just sleep (plenty of people do that). Theres 4 other saunas in the common area (co-ed). Theres the ice room, red mud room, Himalayan salt (personal fave), and the charcoal room. $30 all day. You cant beat that! Wednesdays its $20. I love this place. And for those of you who maybe on the larger end of the weight scale, their spa clothes go up to a XL. Its a safe space for women (I cannot stress this enough). The staff is great, never had a problem here and Ive been here at least 8 times so... Great, drama-free place.

I recently had a scrub and massage done here. Since this was my first time, the man providing the services gave me a small tour of the facilities and explained the different rooms and areas. There are segregated areas based on gender; the mens side has a steam room, sauna, hot tub, cold tub and showers. The common area has several different types of relaxing rooms, as well as a cafeteria if you are feeling hungry. When entering the common area, you are given a shirt and shorts to wear, otherwise you will have to be comfortable being naked during the rest of the experience. My scrubbing was done quite thoroughly, so my skin is feeling quite smooth these days! I would definitely come back in the near future.

I did the $90 scrub and massage (70mins). So impressed! I got Lisa, she was very thorough and experienced. I enjoyed the salt room, charcoal room and the cool down room. Also everything was so CLEAN.Prepare to spend a few hours here, it’s well worth it! This is an authentic Korean experience - be prepared to see some nudity.Free parking in the garage.

Much more low key and less crowded than Wii Spa. They have slightly less amenities (like no gym, no rooftop, and less hot rooms) and the common area outside the hot rooms is a little underwhelming, but overall it was great and I was so relaxed after. The wet sauna, himilayan salt room, and charcoal room were my favorite! The pomegranate health vinegar was yummy as was the cold noodle soup. My boyfriend ordered the hot rock veggies with rice bowl and it was SUPER yummy.

Really enjoyed working out and relaxing here. I dont have a real basis for comparison as this was my first k-town spa, but I went on a Sunday and found it clean, not very busy (had several of the pools and rooms to myself at times), and very calming and peaceful. In the sex segregated sections they had hot pool, cold pool, wet and dry saunas, and showers. In the communal areas they had cafe, lounge space, and charcoal, clay, and salt hot rooms, as well as a cool room. Aveda toiletries were a nice touch, as were free razors and toothbrushes. Also enjoyed that they had a basic but functional gym that you could use as well. Plus, the food in the café was very tasty. Staff explained protocol well to this newbie. All in all a really good experience and a very relaxing place to be.

If you live on the east side of Los Angeles, there is no reason why you should get you eyebrows shaped by anyone other than Janette at Crystal Spa in Los Felix. She cares about the work. Ive visited Crystal spot in early December 2019 while on vacation in LA. This was my first experience in a Korean spa. I found a locker room, showers, Jacuzzi and massage area to be clean. I had a scrub and a full body massage. Mimi was my masseuse and she did a great job. She kept asking me if I was comfortable or if something hurt, so she was intently asking for my feedback the whole time and I appreciated that. I like deep massages and she definitely got into the knots I had. Along with the massage and scrub I also had my hair shampooed and a facemask. Days after my visit my skin still felt as soft as ever and my hair felt super healthy.

Love this quiet spa and I go regularly. It isnt perfect or huge, but that helps keep the crowds smaller so it is a more enjoyable experience compared to bigger places. The salt room has some condensation or a roof leak that has dissolved part of a few bricks, there is one jacuzzi and one cold tub that arent very big, the uniforms sometimes have holes or considerable ware and some of the shower areas arent working, mixing shower heads, etc. Generally, though the facility is well maintained, clean and uses decent products. It isnt super high end, but approachable and easy. Food is good too, though Im not a big fan of their shaved ice.

My first experience with a Korean bathhouse and Im glad it was here. Smaller than many of the other ones in LA (and not 24 hour) but with great services and amenities. This place USED TO BE NICE. I started to visit this spa since its opened in 2009. But now that they obviously changed the owner & changed so much for the worse. First of all, the front desk people used to be young and very pleasant. Now they are usually old women and all they have the attitude. Second of all, they used to have an unlimited towels for every guests to use, but now they give you 1 big towel & 2 small ones & when asked for more, they actually argue with you. Very Bad service!

This is a korean spa where men and women go into separate rooms to take showers, enjoy sauna (steam and dry), jacuzzis and enjoy treatment...but you will need to get used to being completely nude in that area. Theres also a resting common area where men and women wear a the spas shorts and shirt and can sleep, enjoy hot and cold rooms, and also eat at the cafeteria. They have pretty good food that comes straight from the food court area of the mall.

Here is a review for the guys by a guy (gals can read it too).Cool place to come and just relax with lady...I know they love to go to spa places. Although I only been to 3 different Korea Spas here in California, this one will rank #1 out of the 3 I been to. Here is why:1. Classy- (Most) Girls like to go to top notch places, just like fancy restaurants.2. Silence- I suggest you come on a Sunday, like I do, since there is no crowd and absolutely no kids running around in this spa. All the 2 kids I saw were angels and had manners.3. 4 Rooms- Bring in your lady to have a relaxing, but regenerating time in the Red Clay, Salt, Ice, and Charcoal (out favorite) Rooms.Remember guys, money is no issue when you are spending it on her, so spit out $30 for admission.

The body scrub was very good, I would rate it 5/5The body scrub is what made the visit awesome, afterwards you feel very clean and can relax away. The massage was sub-par to medium, I would rate it 2/5I doesnt seem that the staff were trained masseuses, compared to something you would expect from a spa, or hotel. (stick with the body scrub only!)I would otherwise give Crystal Spa a 4/5, however, they ask you to tip when you pay up-front for the massage and body scrub, then again give you an envelope to specifically tip the masseuse/body scrub staff. I am happy to tip, but Im not sure what the first tip went towards... We spent around $350 for the three of us, which is reasonable, I just wish we werent hounded for gratuities. It kind of brought a damper on the experience, which is why I rated it 3/5Hope this helps!

One hot tub, ice tub, steam room & dry sauna. There is also relaxing room for people taking naps.On the co-ed area, there is a cafe selling drinks and food. There are ice room, red mud room, salt room and charcoal room. The facilities are very clean. The Parking: 6 hours parking validation. Underground parking (2 floors). B2 has lots of parking spaces!!! This spa inside a mall just blocks away from purple line Wilshire and Normandie. I am a Korean spa noob and the check-in person kindly explained the amenities. You get a bracelet with a locker number on it. The bracelet is a key for your locker! Also acts as a ID for any services like massage/scrubs. Not sure what order ppl use the amenities, but I showered, hot tubbed, changed into spa clothes, and then used the various heated rooms (salt, charcoal, mud). The heated rooms are HOT. Then went back to locker room for a body scrub. It included shampooing my hair which I wasnt expecting. The Aveda products smell amazing! The scrub was about 40-50 min I think. Theres a mini massage with some sort of creamy gel after the lady scrubs the hell out of your skin. In case youre wondering how you tip the spa worker when youre naked and wet, she hands you an envelope when the scrub is finished and you put the tip in there to leave at the front desk. Probably obvious for other ppl but this was something I was thinking about during my scrub. Overall this was a great value!

I visited on a Saturday, and a Sunday, in early august. What they have: Soaking tubs, spa services, saunas (wet, dry) private areas, co-ed areas, ice room, charcoal room... this place isnt over the top, and hots every thing most important in a korean-style day spa. This is like a nice, well-maintained jimjilbang in South Korea, but the Aveda addition is a nice one! Using the Aveda products for everything (you shower yourself before gettgin in, after, and they sell products and let you sample the products such as lotion and the like in the entrance and in the getting ready areas of the locker room) The Avenda products felt and smelled amazing, left my hair smooth and silky. I paid extra for the body scrub service, which is top notch. The tv with the hot tub and ice bath makes up for only having two bath options! I went back again the next day. This time I got the oil massage (I think it was a half hour of heaven) came with a facial that left me glowing, both services included a free shampoo/conditioner aka a delightful head massage. I didnt sleep over or stay into night time, but I considered it--the sleeping rooms are inside of the gendered locker areas and labeled for relaxation. Blankets available! Great, kind staff, really helpful, treated you well. The food at the snack area was tasty, I really enjoyed the shaved ice, it was HUGE and I shared it with a friend. If I lived in LA I would go here every weekend.
