I always come here! Although theres an eyebrow threading place right next to this one I end up getting my eyebrows done here all the time. I dislike that Nike trend eyebrow... You know, I noticed the eyebrow threading places always make it so arched. Bleh. Despite me saying just clean it up they give me an arch thats almost akin to the alphabet letter V but upside down.Ive taken many friends here as this place charges a fair price. Ten bucks for eyebrow waxing. The lady that I go to, shes a Hmong or Mongolian lady that works on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays! Shes excellent! The owner is also great and very friendly. Shes a sweet lady that greets every customer warmly.I know why some people think this establishment has a rude manager, I believe theyre not referring to the lady that I mentioned up above. The sweet lady I talk about: she has short medium hair and is a bit on the taller side. She wears glasses.Now, the lady people may be referring to as rude could be the middle aged woman who has short black hair. Shes a tough cookie.

Walked in last minute. They took me in right away. Great service, clean and cute boutique, good nails, easy parking, competitive price, loyalty card available... they do not charge to take off gel polish if you got it there. My new favorite place.

This was my second time visiting, but first time in a while. I remembered loving the pedicure, but my full set and nail design was forgettable. I decided to come back anyway for the deluxe pedicure because of how much I remembered enjoying it, and Im glad I did.

I’m currently on holiday in LA, and I was desperate to get my acrylic nails off, literally just wanted them melted off. I searched for nail salons near my hotel and found this one, I could see the reviews and thought it would be the place to go. Unfortunately, walking in and asking if I could get my nails off I received two responses within one sentence, one being “no we don’t do acrylic nails” and the second reply being “I am fully booked” so I am not sure which one it was. Again I did not want re-fills just wanted them dissolved. The lady wasn’t very helpful and not pleasant, I can’t help but think it was the way we were dressed, we just finished the Hollywood Hike and we were in our gym clothes. I am pretty sure the response given by her was generated by the way we looked, if so that’s pretty terrible. Anyway I got them dissolved up the road.

I am so disappointed again from the owner Lee who I spoke to two weeks ago, and she promised to pay for my ruined eyebrows.When I went to show her the place where I wanted to fix the damage her worker did, she handed me a pice of paper and pen to write my name and address because I am harassing them. She told me that she never promised to pay for the damage her worker did to me. She even admitted about the lack of knowledge her worker had by telling me two weeks ago that she had no idea what she was doing when she waxed my eyebrows. My eyebrows had not grew a hair since September 2019, this should be a crime against a costumer. This business is running I guess a shade business if they can treat their costumers like this, absolute disappointment.

I believe you get what you pay for! Vy or Danny always does a phenomenal job! I love the atmosphere, theyre pedi are very pampering as well! Best nail salon ive been too.

I am so glad I found this place. It is clean and pleasant and they do a great job. Glad I ignored the negative reviews because that has not been my experience at all.

My favorite local nail spot. Friendly staff and very reasonably priced.I call ahead to book an appointment and they almost always have a space for me.

OVERALL - They get the job done; however if you want to feel pampered this isnt the place for you.My pedi in particular, was actually painful. The woman who did my mani ignored me after she finished the dry coat; it was so bizarre!

I had the well priced $20 Spa Pedicure. No complains but also nothing outstanding, so thats why a 3* review.

Pretty mediocre service Ive been here several times. They are open Sundays which is nice. They anger me because I call and make an apt. I arrive on time, the manicurist is coming to do my nails and the woman insists she does someone else first. Why? I was there I made an appt. the woman got out 30 min before me yet came after me. Has happened on more than a few occasions. This time I notice they left polish in my hand. Over them. Going back to nailvana, always friendly and manicures last forever
