I was always lucky to have good dentists, but Dean is the next level. He is the best! Everyone I have met in his office was very well trained and friendly, too. Highly recommend!

They do not validate parking. Fee is charged every 15 min. The first appointment is 1 hour. When I call them to ask, their phone line hangs up. They are open at 8 but state their phones are off until 9. They do not have an answering service. What kind of clinic does this? One that will never be viable in the future. They also have you sign contacts that when you don’t show, you will be charged ~150 for late fee. They have you sign contracts that prevent you from suing them. Definitely not a welcoming clinic.

I have never had my teeth brushed as professionally as in this clinic. It was the LALA worker who did the job. Thank you very much. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Always had issues with my teeth since the age of 10... Never found a dentist I could trust until I met Dr Salo. There is no one I trust more than Dr Salo. Should have meet him a long time ago. Dr Salo will tell you on your first visit what needs to be done, he explained in details the state of my mouth, and yes I was worried about the work needed to be done, he gave me different options and most of all his personal opinion. I listened, understood and I put my trust in him. He performed surgeries on me and replace all my upper arch and work on my lower as well. His knowledge, his personality, his kindness, makes me recommend him 100%. The team around Dr Salo is wonderful, full of attention, friendly, awesome staff. His back office managed by Susan is supportive, and ready to help with your appointments. I have only one word for Dr Salo, his technical team (Lisa, Hector), Susan (administrative team) and for all other one working in this office... THANK YOU !

Fabulous! This Entire office Staff and Dr Salo consistently perform all areas of dental work with professional and caring excellence. Accompanied by organized scheduling and well managed billing applying insurance coverages is always the cherry on top. No stress is best when dealing with dental care. A+ All inclusive dental care for over the past 20+ years in my experience even when I suffered from struggles in other health areas, their staff is most accommodating. Once a detailed survey of my mouth was completed on my first appointment with Dr. Salo over 10 years ago when he bought the practice I was with, he sat me down and explained the state of my mouth and how long i could expect good dental health. Since then, he takes his time to make sure he has all the facts, tells me whats going on and proceeds with care. Ive had several challenges and hes been great throughout.Dr. Salo just completely rehabilitated my smile. I hated my last vacation pictures and decided to bite the bullet and get new crowns. Boy, it is gorgeous. And this was a difficult and complex case for many reasons.I so appreciate this doctor and his work ethic. Theres no surprises, hes available when i need him and the work is fantastic. He even called me several days after completion to make sure everything was okay and I was happy. Im happy. I have been a patient at this office for over 3 years now. Every time i come, they do a great job. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. They never waste my time. I have worked with two awesome hygienists (Ines and Ruby). I like them both. They have different styles, but they both do a great job... so much so, that i now like doing my cleanings more often. I always feel healthier when i leave. No drama. No alarming findings. The office manager Renata is very sweet and animated and fun to be around. She always makes me feel welcome.Dr. Salo is the the best part. He is cool and easy to talk to. He gets really passionate about his dentistry. You can tell he likes his job a lot. He helped me a lot when i first started, more than other dentists I have had. Now I am on cruise control, but he always checks in one me to make sure all is going well. Sometimes he even calls me with an idea about how to make my dental health even even better. That is what prompted this review. He called me out of the blue to check in on me and that I am following through on my tasks. One thing I like is that he has a 3 month vision for how i can improve little things (brushing technique, flossing, food choices), and then a 20 year plan (tooth grinding prevention, chewing, gum recession, bone health, etc). It feels very comprehensive. They make suggestions for what i should do and when i should do it, but there has never been any pressure to get it done (which i have come to appreciate). My schedule is busy but i eventually follow up on the things the team recommends. This office is efficient. I have referred two friends over the last few years and they also had good experiences. I have never had a negative experience in over 12 visits.

I have being a patient for more than 10 years, its very important to have a dentist who cares and trustworthy. Dr. Salo has a wonderful friendly personality as well as an excellent medial skills, I trust his expertise. Ive had visits after my major spine surgeries, during financial difficulties and he would always ask his stuff to take a good care of me, like making financial plans and coordination of medications. I consider myself as a complicated case, I get very nervous and scared during my procedures, but DR Salo and his stuff were always beyond and above to give me the best possible care.

I have been fortunate to be a client of Dr. Salos for about seven years and Ive never had an experience working with him that Id wished it resulted in another way. From the work itself to the maintenence beyond, always professional, well-guided and efficient. Not to mention he is an all around solid family man.

Im not a fan of dental work, but Dr Dean Salo really makes it bearable. I had a bone graft done in my lower jaw for tooth implants and I was honestly scared thinking about the procedure. Fortunately it turn out to be a positive experience thanks to Dr Salo and his staff. They made feel comfortable, at ease and went through the procedure with no hiccups. Im very satisfied with results. For those in need of serious dental work or any dental work, I would definitely recommend Dr Salo and staff, theyre definitely an excellent choice.

I went to Personal Dental and Dr. Salo for 5 years nearly every month. They did multiple crowns, a root canal and even an implant. I also got braces through Dr. Wu. I wish I could post a before and after pic of my teeth. It would be like Nosferatu smiling next to Justin Timberlake 😬 They did everything perfectly, even gracefully dealt with my personality! 😆 Theres really no reason to go anywhere else though, for reals 😎🤘🏻
