Nice selection of cannabis, edibles, vapes, and concentrates. The ladies at the register are friendly and helpful. The security guard is always friendly and attentive. I love that they accept debit cards! They have awesome daily deals at this location. 7am-9am is the early bird special. Order online for a discount as well. Leave them a review on Weedmaps and get 25% off your next order. Also, they are very pet friendly.

Smartweed has the most wonderful cannabis in this shop. This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Los Angeles California. Come over and get some research, Smartweed is the best in town.

Came in recently and received wonderful service from Delaney while making my selection. She was extremely attentive but always made sure to keep her distance in order to make me feel comfortable and not at risk of infection. I told her what I wanted, and she promptly provided multiple options and a variety of products without being over pushy. I highly recommend this business and would refer you to Delaney for all of your cannabis needs!

Here is how I see it: the first person that I see when I walk into an establishment, is the first person that should be dishing out all of the formalities and Hospitality that I deserve.That is not the case with this dispensary. The first person that I saw in this dispensary was a security guard, who was simply having a very nonchalant conversation with a delivery man.They werent talking about anything seriously, which means the security guard could have cut that conversation short to at least properly introduced me to The Dispensary.That was my first time ever being there. Whats the delivery driver left, the security guard then took my ID but did not greet me or even salutate me one bit. Once I went inside to make my purchase, the three people at the front desk were kind of standoffish as well.Only one of them made direct eye contact with me and that was the lady that sold me my big cartridge. Shes also kind enough to make sure I received the two free pre-rolls as a first-time patient.That is what I appreciate it, and that is why they received one extra star instead of none. Definitely wont be going back to this place at all. We are living in a very trying time in this country right now and the warmth of the human spirit is everything, especially when walking through someone elses establishment that you have never been to before.

The facilities were truly excellent, and kudos to those who made them possible. Thank you so much for the wonderful gentlemen! Thanks You Much Anyway!

Listen i just moved to LA andi am a professional weed smoker I do this and out of all the weedshops I have experienced this is the absolute best no reason to lie actually hope more ppl do not shop here so there is more for me also shout out the incredible staff u will not find a place were the caregivers will come out of there pocket if your short a dollar amazing vibe.

I hit up Smartweed every time I’m in town visiting family (makes seeing them a bit easier) and it’s always such a quick and easy experience. Try and ask for Ruby if you can. She was really knowledgeable.

Best dispensary around honestly

It was my first time visiting this dispensary. A good friend of mine works here so I went in and fell in love! Social distancing put in place, great choices of cannabis, and high testing cannabis. CINDY was my bud tender. She’s the epitome of AWESOME! She really helped me with really good choices! I ended up spending $200! Lol love it here. I’ll be back!

Great customer service, quick and efficient, great selection, AND they threw in a couple of free pre-rolls that I was thrilled to see in my bag when I got home. Smartweed now has my loyalty and I’ll spend all my moneys there. I used to go to another one religiously that is closer to my house but my roommate told me they gave her a free pre-roll. Moral of the story: Never underestimate the power of free weed! Customer 4 lyfeeeee! Woohoo!

As someone who undoubtedly makes choice selections with regularity, it may come as no surprise that I demanded the best top shelf premium specimen they had in stock. In total I settled with five different strains, plus the PAX live resin, multiple types of diamonds, and a few other goodies- not a bad haul. Premium quality = premium prices. I got everything I wanted, but came in just shy of a $1k visit. If youre not looking to compromise form or function, take my advice, and take the best they have.

Security person is behind plexiglass, but unmasked or with mask below nose. No hand sanitizer in sight near him. Handles id without cleaning hands. Hands it back without cleaning. Theyre not enforcing 6 separation between customers in the shop. Sign at registers asks people to please wait 6 back if theres already someone there. A customer came in as I was at the register and came right up next to me. I asked for more space, and they looked at me like I was demented. Rather than asking the 2nd person to please step back and wait her turn, they kept going. I left without buying. I only stopped in because I found it by happenstance. Ill keep shopping elsewhere, where they dont actively endanger customers.

Best weed in LA

Ordered from there online site for pickup and got something completely different ! Was quoted $110 for connected cannabis indoor and got $75 outdoor half ounce. Rep in store told me sherbinski had over priced cannabis and there selection is better. I’m sorry to inform the whole store that your selection is nowhere near as good as sherbinski and the flower is what I reserve and pay for! I don’t mind paying more for what I ordered and good product! Either fix online or in store cause this was my first time and I’ll probably never come back!

I visited the store for the first time today and found that they make no effort at social distancing. The security guard asked me to check in even though another customer who wasnt wearing his mask over his nose stood right there chatting with him. Then, at the counter where I was to pick up my online order, I once again was asked to stand a mere inches away from that same customer. I prefer to shop at a dispensary that cares for the health of their customers.

I have a completely valid ID and there security guard at the front wouldn’t let me in. He was super rude when all I had was my perfectly legal documents to get in. Very ridiculous. Definitely do not recommend this place. Security at front desk very rude and inconsiderate.

I just bought an eighths and two disposable pens for 150$. Right when I left the store, I tried one of the pens and it was barley hitting compared to the other one, clearly there is a problem with it. They refused to exchange it for the same exact pen and they made it seem like I was a lair despite the fact I come 2-3 times a week and spend at least 100$ every time. What a shame, I shouldn’t have even mentioned it to them and just never came back. And I left that pen with the bud tender, let them have and keep that damaged pen in return they lost me as a customer.

They used to be my go to. Spent much money with these folks over the year. Now its a complete joke. Takes em forever to except an order (well over an hour... sometimes 2.) Once they accept theyre usually 40 minutes late from ETA given. Then when it does arrive the price is usually off by - $20. I dont mind saving money but Im left there with a delivery guy and/or girl asking if I want change... by then the math I did beforehand, tip included, is out the window. Im standing in the middle of S Los Angeles St. trying to figure out the pricing while cars, scooters, bikes, and people fly by.An on going problem... Its been an issue the last 4 times. Maybe theyre under new management. Maybe they need new management. Either way they lost me.Thank you kindly,M

I never thought Id be writing this review but I am extremely disappointed. I am a regular at smartweed, love the selection which is why If i cant make it i do delivery. Well this time i actually called in an order for a specific strain of marley flower n I placed 2, 8ths of it on hold. When I get there both 8ths were dried up n literally not good at all. I was really upset that no one called me to tell me this. N when I get there all I got was these were displays not actual flower!!!! How do I go from speaking to someone live there n placing 2 8ths on hold n when I arrive its not wat I wanted,? Horrible!! I wasted my time n got excited for nothing! Thanks alot. To top it off I didnt even get offered ant type of discount or freebie!!

I had a great experience today at SmartWeed. Came highly recommend by a good friend so it was time to restock. Great location (close to freeway access and they have parking in the back!)The shop itself made me feel like I was walking into an Apple store. Clean and a had great vibe to it.The staff was more than helpful to go over all of my questions about their inventory. Friendly and knowedgable. Loved the display cases with light and magnifier.They carry a wide variety of flowers, concentrates, pens, edibles, you name it. Happy with my purchase and will be back again!
