Appreciate the appointment way better then the other options. The actual test was fast and efficient. The line up w the cars could have a tiny bit of efficiency though. My appointment was 1215 and I was in line around noon and it took an hour for everything. Again not bad but could have some improvement on moving the line along. Cars that were behind me finished before me. In fact 2 cars behind me finished their test before me. Otherwise it was a good experience.

The people at the test site are wonderful, but there just isnt enough of them. I had an appointment and showed up early, but still wound up waiting there for more than 2 hours. Unfortunately, this also meant that by the time I was at the front of the line I had been holding my pee for over an hour. The test itself would have been fine, but the massive discomfort of being trapped in my car with a full bladder made the experience incredibly upsetting. There were a lot of logistics that the people there were managing, and I am sure there is a more efficient way for the process of waiting for the test to be handled. However, in light of the fact that there were only 6 staff working the test site, there will continue to be issues on some level unless more staff are added. Give these people the help they deserve! They are doing the best they can, but there is too much to handle for just 6 people.On an administrative level, I was surprised and upset that my test results have not come back in the time that the people told me they would. I was told it would be 24-48 hours but the results have still not come and it has been over 48 hours.

I been tested two times at this spot . Honestly have No complaints. This guys get the job done fast. On time . I highly advise you to be 30 minutes before you appointment. Have you ID and appointment number ready . Process should be on the 35- 65 min.

I work a graveyard shift and the person working here and driving this car decides to park outside our building with the music all blasted up how professional is this ? Its bad enough that we have to deal with this container parked right outside our window that has biohazar in it now we have to deal with stupid people and loud music. I used the county website and found a testing site in Boyle Heights with available appointments the same afternoon . When I arrived the line had only 2 xars in front of me. It was the wait for the phone assessment that took 45 minutes. After that the test was quick. I received my results 2 days later. The staff was friendly and the doctor who did the phone interview was very pleasant. Good experience. Only negative is no public restrooms during the wait.

The whole process from start to finish was seamless.I scheduled my own appointment on coronavirustestingla.com that best fits my schedule.I was called many a physician assistant for a screening consultation. I drove to the testing site in Boyle heights. It was easy to find the location with an entrance drive through sign. The site was well organized with cones to follow.I was approached by a runner to ask for my name and DOB. I was confirmed for my appointment then a tester greeted me and explained to me what she was going to be doing for the nasal swab. She performed the swab. I experienced no pain. She did a great job.I was told I would receive my results through the online portal I first used to make my appointment within 3 to 5 business days.I received my result in 2 days.Definitely will tell my friends and family to test at Total Testing Solution.It was such and great experience in these times of worry and distress.

Do not waste your time. What’s the point of getting a test if I won’t get my results until 5 days later? No email to notify you of your recent test. I called on Wednesday to get some info and no answer after almost 30 minutes on hold. I recorded a message with my contact info and a request for a call back. I have not received a call. But yet, I’ve already received two emails asking me to leave them a review.I suggest anyone that feels they have not handled your results correctly to Contact the Los Angeles Department of Health.

Testing was quick and efficient. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I had a nasal swab and it felt like I got chlorine up my nose - much better than what I was anticipating based on the horror stories Ive heard - so Im glad it wasnt that bad at all. Quick and easy site to get to. You can drive or walk up Staff are friendly and do the nose swab quick. Yes a little uncomfortable but nothing too bad and it’s fast. Definitely getting my tests done here again.

Whole process was simple and fast. Its been 5 days and still havent received my results. My son, daughter and nieces went elsewhere and got their results the next day. I called my mother about her experience at testing site next to white Memorial and she said they took almost 10 days for her result. You can try calling them but you may only leave a message, hoping someone may return a courtesy call. Only thing I received was a link where I may write a review. Well here it is!

The drive through testing was easy to schedule, fast and convenient. The technician who took swab samples from us was personable and gentle which was very much appreciated.The test results were available within a few days from having the samples taken and we were also called with the results.Overall, it was a much better experience than anticipated.

I scheduled via phone, I had a consult with Brian, he was quick and to the point. His assistant sent me my work note same day. I went to the Down town location on James M wood. The whole process was quick. I was approached by the tester. She got my info then did my test. No pain. Quick and easy. I got my results in like 3 days via their portal. I would recommend this place for your covid tests.

I am thankful that I was able to get a Covid test through my insurance. That being said, I had a specific appointment time and there was no clear place to let the staff know, considering they wanted us to stay in our cars. I ended up waiting 25 minutes without anyone approaching me. The test itself was done in 15 seconds, so that part was great.Edit: the test results came back in less than 48 hours. Very impressed with that!

The process of getting tested was easy.The process of getting results was a pain in the neck. I got a text that my results were in, I followed the link, I was unable to register an account. I still don’t have my results.🙀

The wait time was horrendous 3 hours!!!! There should be lines for those that registered vs. any walk ups. Additionally, if there are multiple persons (more than 2) in a vehicle there should be a line for them as well. Once I got acknowledged, it only took 7 minutes. The staff were friendly despite the long day. But waiting for sooooo long was tiring.

I got a tad bit early yo my appointment they were very nice. The check in was fast then a nurse came and made sure I was comfortable. He explained the test and did the swab and that was it. Very professional

This place was the absolute worst. They told me I can receive my results in 3-5 days, I have yet to receive them. It defeats the purpose of taking the exam if the results will take 2 weeks! The staff at this location are far from helpful. Staff took forever to acknowledge me I had to walk up to them! I heard of other locations who produce results faster. If you can avoid this location you’ll save some time and anger.

I got the test, the results came back within the specified time period. So: it worked out. But their attempts to automate the registration and facilitate the test didnt work.Web registration didnt work: I signed up for a COVID-19 test (explicitly, using their drop down menu), and was somehow signed up for something else. The web registration asks you to pick from technical options that only an epidemiologist would understand-- without a way to find out what these options mean.I called and discovered that the registration didnt work: I re-registered over the phone. Then I had to re-register, because they scheduled me for a location farther from me, instead of the one down the street. The person scheduled me with a pre-test phone call the day before my testing appointment. I waited for that call: never came. The next day, when I went to the appointment, they asked if Id gotten the call: I got the sense that they knew what the answer would be: no. No problem: they had someone call me on the spot and interview me.Nice people. Not managed well.

Good experience! I was able to book an appointment relatively quick as in for the following day at 8 am 10/1/2020. My covid testing location was the empty lot across from White Memorial. Upon entering, I was the first car and pulled up to the sign. After a little bit of waiting, I was instructed by one of the health workers there that Id be getting a phone call (pre-screening questions before the test). Upon answering the questions (between 5-10), one of the health workers came to my window and swabbed up both sides of my nose. It wasnt bad at all (hurt the tiniest bit) based on hearing other peoples experiences. Was in and out in about 20 minutes. I got my results Saturday morning at 10 am via text notification and a call.

The test itself was fast, efficient and the staff was super friendly. The results, however, were laughably hard to locate on the web portal and while the results came back the next day, I didn’t find them for 3 days. The results were under “Images” rather than something logical like “results” or “messages.” This is a pretty big and frustrating flaw. Otherwise the first part of the testing was excellent. I called early in the morning and reached a person (Maria, who was great!) to book me an appointment for the next day and also a pre-screen phone appointment for the same day. They were also an in-network provider suggested by my health insurance. The testing is right beside White Memorial and was straightforward (took about 15 minutes, since it’s one car at a time). It took two weeks to get the testing, which is quite a long time, but there are lots of people getting tested with few clinicians who can humanly produce quick results, so its best to be understanding.Update: I was mailed a bill after completing the COVID test, even though their website says that no charges will be incurred by the patient, make sure you give them a call. The woman I spoke to was super nice and explained that its been happening to some patients. They will contact your insurance on your behalf.

I went to get a covid test Dec2. I called and left a message on Friday to find out my results. No one has called me back to say at least there not ready. My daughter went some where else and got her results in 1 day ... I recommend to go dodger stadium or csla

Tried to test a group of six for an essential travel deadline and 5/6 of us got their results on time, but one took over five days. Guess who hasnt had their results yet so theyre stranded! The toll on us has been exhausting, I never want to deal with TTSs inconsistency again.Sidenote my nurse went too hard on the swab to begin with. Id been tested this way before but it didnt cause me Actual Pain then.

I got there early and was the first one there. Didn’t have to wait at all. They took my information, asked me to park, had a nurse call me to ask questions (she was very patient and and addressed the concerns I had), then once I hung up with the nurse, someone came by to swab my nostril. He was very gentle and it didn’t hurt as much as I thought. Overall very efficient and probably took less than 10 mins cause I was the first one. There were people behind me afterwards but it doesn’t seem like it gets too crowded. Now just waiting for my results.

I took my COVID test last Thursday (12/3). It is now 12/8 and I have not heard anything from Total Testing Solutions other than a text asking me to review them, so here I am. I waited about 45 minutes (without an appointment). If I had COVID, I’m sure the symptoms would be gone by now, rendering the test useless. I had to get another test done to try to get results faster. I did it through Fulgent Genetics yesterday and already received my results (negative thankfully). If you like companies that take their sweet time without a care in the world for their clients, then this place is for you. If you prefer fast service with quick results like I do, go through Fulgent Genetics☺️

Was very fast. No lines and I was early and they took me. Only complaint was the sign up on the web for an appt. was totally confusing? They text you back and state your appt has been confirmed? Ok... So, I show up and they ask me, did I receive a call from the Doctor ? I said, No. So, they said, thats Ok, they will have the doctor call me right now. This was my very FIRST COVID test & since Mayor Garcetti made it possible for anyone to take this test for free, I contacted this place & after waiting about an hour, a friendly staff member promptly made my appointment. Later, another rep Brianna not only tried to reassign my appointment from Ladera to Boyle Heights (closer to me), but also provided consistent and reassuring support, answering any & all questions I had ranging from where the exact location was to what to expect and even apologizing for my near 3-hr wait (drive-thru) even though it was NOT of her doing. I felt like Bri was holding my hand! She even answered more questions I had AFTER the test! I recommended this place to a close friend of mine because I was in such good hands-even the personnel at the drive-thru site (1724 Pennsylvania Ave) were extremely polite & resourceful. They never emailed me the results of the test like they told me they would! And they did not tell the results to the hospital that requested the test either, so that means I missed my needed colonoscopy today due to their negligence! Here is why I gave 1 star to this company. I went to get my test ALMOST A WEEK AGO. At the site, they say you will have your results within 3 days and also receive an email to set up an account to check your results. After 3 days passed, I did not receive neither results or email. I called the customer service, guess what they been saying WE DONT KNOW WHY TAKING SO Long. It has been A WEEK NOW. I am furious. It is pretty annoying. Go to dodger stadium go get tested, takes 1 day to get results.

I went to TTS for drive-thru Covid-19 testing. Very organized process from beginning to end. The appointment was ready to make online. The intake call was ready and professional. The location was easy to find. Once I arrived onsite, I didnt have to wait long and the staff was very kind and professional. I paid for super fast test results and they were delivered in less than 24 hours. I received a call, text and email once my results were available. The patient portal was also easy to use. I hope I dont have to, but I would go back to them for service.

Awful hold music. Trying to call in for testing question and its the usual music but with a recorded your call is important to us message every 8 seconds - making it impossible to actually do anything in the back ground.

Getting tested and having to have your nose swabbed is enough to make you uncomfortable. The process with TTS was very efficient and quick!

The nasal swab could have been done longer and deeper into the nasal cavity to ensure a good sample. Uncomfortable, yes, but I dont mind it if it gives the best sample for a test thats already not as sensitive as the mouth swab test.

It’s been 4 days since I’ve been tested and have yet to see my results, had an appointment and I was still in line for about an hour.

It took almost a month from when I signed up for the appt to actually getting an appt. Once at appt it was a quick process.
