If you’re ever in town I definitely recommend going here. They literally treat you like royalty! Took my sister here for her birthday. We had a glass of champagne and great service.

Everything about this place is great.Making the appointment was easy breezy, locating the place was no problem, and falling in love with their service was inevitable.If you wanna get pampered this is the place to come; the staff welcomes you with a happy smile, you’re offered a drink as soon as you step in (mimosas included), and they make sure you’re well taken care of.The color selection is wide, their materials as well as the entire salon is clean, sanitized, and well organized. Everyone working was very friendly and professional.There’s only street parking but they even offer to add more time to the meter so you don’t have to worry about anything while being here, I mean how can you not love this place?Overall, I give it 10 out of 10, there’s nothing I would change.

This is a great place to get to relax while getting a spa day. The entire salon is so nice but the work done is even better. They take their time with doing your nails. Best believe they’ll come out nice too. They also are very kind and make sure you enjoy your time there. I would totally recommend coming here.

Great experience Ive recommended friends and Mel has come thru. Great service good prices and late hours which is always a plus. The techs are on point and the champagne always is a plus. Waxing and lashes is also a service they provide walk in are welcome but for convenience Ive them a call and book. Different from the locations around and cool environment.

Totally love the vibe. When we walked in for our appointment we were greeted and offered our choice of drink! My friend got a mimosa, and I gotthe champagne. I sipped as I enjoyed my pedicure. I even got glitter nail polish I will def be back!Update: the nail polish came off my toes a few days later when I removed my socks... Like the whole nail had absolutely no polish. I dont know how that happened. Ive never seen anything like it. 😂

Besides having a beautiful fancy look, Swank Beauty Bar provides outstanding customer service. I passed by to groom myself for a self care day and that mightve been the best decision Ive made all year! The workers are friendly and the prices are worth paying for . I will definitely be coming again whenever in need of a manicure/pedicure ! I fell in love with the stupendous work!

Came for a pedicure for the first time in a loooong time. Eden was so meticulous and spent so much time making sure my toes were perfect. The massage almost put me to sleep and the champagne felt so luxurious! Will return! 😊

I LOVE Swank! Every time I come here the staff is incredibly kind. They offer me a variety of beverages & always help me choose a color because I’m so indecisive with colors. I’m extremely picky I admit, but they seem to strive for perfection so its always a win! Thank you ladies for always being AWESOME!

This is NOT professional advertising. Its 11pm. It says they are open until 12 AM, I have been calling them for the last hour and nobody answered. All the lights are off completely. There is no sign even on the door. If you close early at least tell people so they’re aware. But this is unprofessional business. You lost potential customers by being flakes.

I came to Swank Beauty Bar for a quick mani pedi with Mel and Eden and got way more than I bargained for! The ladys really catered to my needs and held great conversations. So I heard about this beautiful salon that has really good service that is now offering unbelievable rates for nail memberships. I called and spoke to someone and got detailed information. I was off work and not too far so came in same day. It was so great the could see me with little notice. The service was top notch, my nails are perfection and I left feeling amazing. I bought the 1 year membership for unlimited mani pedi with the nail extensions. I got a full set of acrylic and pedicure with a divine sugar scrub. I almost cant believe that I pay only 1 time and I get this anytime I need it. I paid $500 but its for the entire year! Im told even if I break a nail just book and come in. Im in love with this program. Deal of a lifetime. There are restrictions though. For example you can cant come more than 2 times per week but who needs that. Once every 2 weeks Im good. Love what they are doing and love the place and staff. HIGHLY recommend.

Mel squeezed me in last minute and was extremely helpful! Really dope music playing and both technicians were so kind. Will be back!

Honestly a disappointment. I’ve been here with friends as walk ins and had a wonderful experience. But when I’ve made an appointment days in advance, there is not a soul in sight of the establishment. Albeit I am the first appointment at store opening, but wouldn’t that be common practice to be at the least 10 mins open before the first appointment?There are people more deserving of the business and location who are motivated to give excellent service and show passion for their line of work.

The staff is so sweet and welcoming ! The salon is so beautiful with pretty decorations and the staff are so sweet. They do the prettiest French tip nails too !

Terrible. I cAme in because it was the only salon that was open after 8 pm. My nails were uneven in length, messy with the polish, and broke within 2 days. After the owner told me that they should last for a long time. I had to deal with being on vacation with broken nails that were messy. My appointment was at 9:30 pm and I left at 11:30 pm. I paid 60$ in total and it was such a waste of my time and money. I will never come back

Wow, what a great team. We came as a group of four (recommendation calling in advanced) and the work was just right and so was the price. Had mani w gel, sugar wax and 3 pedis (includes champagne) with lovely kind techs.

I work at the thai place next door, i was excited to go and get my nails done there, it looks so fancy. But it’s never opened. The reviews that give it a 5 star looks sketchy i mean i work across the street and it hasn’t been opened since 2 months ago. So how are the people who posted a week a go saying that? I mean i would know i pass by everyday.. so it’s kind of weird.

This place was wonderful !! They were able to take home in late when I got out of work they have champagne and white and red wine . A got a full set of acrylics and they left them amazing I love swank . The staff is very friendly they have great music the place is very beautiful this is now my go to salon 💜

ALL THE 5 star reviews are fake.I thought this would be a great experience for my husband and I because its a block away from our home and I met the owner during my first stroll through the neighborhood. She said the place had just opened and was currently in the process of making a price list, but she could tell me about a few services they offer. I asked her how much for a regular manicure and she told me $25. I asked for the price of a regular mani-pedi and she told me $35. Nice and decent pricing! She even gave me a flyer for 10% off for first timers when I decide to make an appointment. Although I read all the bad reviews, it mostly consisted of scheduling/time for walk-ins. Therefore I made an appointment for us both to avoid that conflict. The website doesnt let you book for 2 people at a time or even have the service mani-pedi listed. So I had to write it in the special requests section and called Swank just to make sure we were all set.This is where it goes downhill. My tech (very sweet) confirmed with me that Im getting hard gel at the beginning of the appointment, but used a soft gel in a polish bottle for my service. Ive had hard gel lots of times at my usual place MOD Nails in Studio City (thee best). Hard gel comes in a small steel like jar and gets really hot when cured under the UV light. Anyway, my tech was sweet and attentive but it wasnt a clean finish. But even then I wasnt upset.What makes me angry is that my husbands toes were bleeding and his hands look they werent even touched. The fact that his toes were cut down so low probably chipping away his skin and bloody cuticles. He said it was hurting but didnt know he was bleeding. Poor guy. I didnt see this until after our walk home otherwise I would have complained.And all of this cost me $90 ---that doesnt sound like what the owner told me huh? Turns out the manicure was $25, then you pay another $35 for the pedicure. Smh. I asked her if she used the 10% off flyer that was included and she said oh do you want me to apply it? Lol ummm yes Mam.I knew we werent coming back ever after seeing that outrageous amount and feeling duped, but I just feel the need to warn others before you leave with an infection or foot amputation.
