Kausar is really friendly and welcoming.Dyed my hair with red henna professional but question he dying technique as she just slapped the henna on my head; I dont really know if my white hairs got fully covered.she also put me under the dryer for 45 minutes and washed and shampooed my hair for me.Told me to not wash my hair for 3 days to let the color set but I also asked her to trim my hair so I rinsed it under running water in the shower because she cut my hair. The color runs and bleeds for a few days.I have shoulder length hair to my chest the henna dying was $55.00 while the hair trim was $20.00 not a bad price for both.She also does facials too which I plan to call her for next. Well see how it goes.

I love Kausar she is a pure soul with lots of hair care and knowledge. She worked on me swiftly and gave me a lot of tips for healthy hair.It was my first time doing a Keratin treatment and I love the results I am definitely seeing her monthly now.

I went here for partial highlights and she Ruined my hair. Now It’s just patches of color here and there and I look like a joke. She doesn’t know how to do it. Expected something like this when I saw her chitchatting on phone while she was bleaching my hair.Which professional does that?? Wouldn’t recommend going here at all.

This lady is not at all professional and does not keep up the way she needs to handle the customers. She posts very less on Groupon and on checking with her for the appointment ,she asks to send the picture of the hair .Then quotes a price which is 3 times the groupon price. When you try to initiate a negotiation she does not respond or pick your calls, Even after you agree to the price that she quoted and ask for appointment, she does not respond to you. This is very egoistic and does not sound professional .

Horrible !!!! I don’t even think that she knows what she is doing , does she even have a license to cut hair? She doesn’t think to k os what the blimp she is doing, the scissors goes in any direction , she just ruined my hair , cut to much and everything is uneven , it completely ruined my day!I am supper upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RUN, dont walk away form this place! Came here through Groupon deal but please do not make my mistake!The lady who cut my hair who I believe is Esther was very rude. Made negative comments about my oily scalp and told me to get off my phone and look up. (Just ask me to put my head up?) God forbid I would have asked for layers, bangs, or anything that needed technical skill. She was done within 5 minutes. My one-length hair trim came out CROOKED. Luckily, my hair will grow but hopefully not this business!

I left the salon with the intention of providing a good review, but once I went home and looked at myself in the mirror that completely changed. My eyebrows and upper lip had been threaded very carelessly and there were large portions that still had a lot of hair. The threading was patchy and I have to pay again to get it threaded at another place. The person who did my threading was very quick, and unfortunately not meticulous. I was not provided a hand mirror to check my threading after the service and now I understand why.I also got my hair done and while the job was satisfactory, I realized that the color I had was shades lighter than the one I had requested. I had asked for a dark red/mahogany and got a copper highlight instead. My greys were not covered either.I am very disappointed with this place as I had hoped that it would be my regular go-to salon. I did leave a very large tip after my service, which I regretted once I had time to look at myself carefully.

I have been here a few times for eyebrow threading and once for a haircut and keratin treatment. I was happy with the results every time and her prices are amazing! MUST GIVE IT A TRY.

I won’t come back there. She didn’t even pay attention when I showed how I want my hair done. I could get better haircut by myself.

This is the worst hair salon I have ever been too. I would rate it a zero if I could. Very unprofessional! Do yourself a favor and find another hair salon.
