I am a first time hearing aid buyer. Dr. Shalom and her assistant gave me a complete hearing test and then fully explained what aids could and could not do. They then fitted me with a pair to try for a month. Half way into the trial period Dr. Shalom called to see if all was well: It was. I highly recommend Dr. Shalom.

After I could no longer hear the opening tone from the right ear hearing aid, I took the hearing aid in and Dr. Fraizer informed me that the connecting tube was broken. He fixed it and increased the loudness of each hearing aid to the comfortable level. It was wonderful to be able to hear better again. Then Dr. Griffiths removed from my ear a hearing aid cover and he did it without causing me any pain. Great work!

The after test consultation she took the time to not just put it out there but to teach me what the problem is so I understand it . I took my son here for a hearing test and to check on his tinnitus. The staff was incredibly friendly and the doctors and technicians were excellent! We felt very taken care of and they spent quality time with us - we never felt rushed. I have been using Lyric Hearing aids for 3 years. I have a hearing loss of 80% in my left ear and 30% in my right ear. Prior to using the hearing aids I had used 4 different kinds of hearing aids over a 10 year period. Each of these aids manufacturers caused a variety of problems in my ability to hear. I own a large company, and listening in person or on the phone is critical. I work with Ms. Marlan at Pacific Hearing Inc. and she has been attentive to all my hearing needs. She sends me new aids within 24 hours from when I call. Ms. Harlan keeps data on hearing loss for any positive changes in the aids that may help me, and finally she is available any time I might have questions. I cant speak more highly of any product I use and Ms. Harlan with her vast knowledge to meet my hearing needs

Dr. Skille is expert, experienced, efficient and friendly. She has been my audiologist for 5 years and is always available, patient and responsive.

The testing was thorough, understandable, and professional. I was there to have a full diagnosis of my vertigo, and the Pacific Hearing portion of the exam helped my physician (Nathan Pierce, MD) learn more about how and why I was having attacks of vertigo. This was a total team effort, and worth the extra time and money to have such a thorough exam.I live in the Palm Springs area and drove nearly 3 hours each way to get such outstanding care. There is nobody in the Coachella Valley with the level of expertise and training that PHI and Pacific Eye & Ear displayed. It was worth the drive!

Great, they helped me schedule an appointment as soon as I needed and everything went smooth and fast. Both my husband and me get great care. Nurses and Dr. Pierce are very nice and helpful.

I had a small puncture in my eardrum and made two trips to Urgent Care. They sent me off with antibiotic drops that left my ear with a terrible burning pain. To make matters worse, I was scheduled to fly overseas the next day - I called Pacific Hearing at 4pm in desperate search for a last minute appointment with an ENT to make sure I would be okay to fly. I was turned away by a few different offices before the receptionist at Pacific Hearing took the time to listen to my situation and found time for me first thing the next morning. The entire staff and Dr. Mehdizadeh were so incredibly accommodating and thorough in their explanations and I left with the peace of mind I needed to make my trip. It was honestly the best medical experience I think Ive ever had in the States. Highly recommend!
