This place is a world-renowned center for hearing loss. Im not sure what the other low ratings are about. Ive had nothing but excellent service and experience with them each and every time. I can go to an ENT locally within 15 minutes of me but I would rather drive through LAs infamous rush hour morning traffic and take close to an hour to get to House than do that because of how wonderful it is there.The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. They are so nice and really happy. You can see they love what they do here. It really shows, esp when dealing with children. My son was comfortable with them and without hyperbolizing, I can say that theyve changed his life. They are exceptionally on top of everything. They take thorough notes, they follow up, there are no screw-ups. They are just the best. I wouldnt want to take my son anywhere else.The one con is that parking is not to free and cash only, every time.

Very noisy contractors/construction/maintenance staff working late hours 11pm-on on a daily basis for months. Inconsiderate of neighboring residences. This is not acceptable.

PARKING SHOULD BE FREE for Patients visiting this place for therapy in weekly basis.$10.00 for parking...Staff is very Friendly and Knowledged.Also they are very experienced, and the waiting time is very little.
