He advised testing which is extremely important to me as I know my skin condition is difficult. On a busy Friday, he made sure that I got new prescriptions. Dr. Eitches’ explanations and advice were clear. The staff of Tower Allergy is responsive and friendly. Their automated procedures support effective use of time. I am grateful to Dr. Eitches for accepting me as a new patient. Dr.Eitches is great! He’s thorough and covers all your questions. We’ve typically seen him in the office and this time was a zoom visit and it was still great. We started going to him as we were referred by a friend for the allergy drops and those have also helped my son tremendously! Happy we found him!

We have been seeing Dr. Eitches for almost 10 years. Bringing minors to get an allergy assessment comes with great anxiety for both the parents and children. From the moment, we entered, the receptionists smiled and greeted us. The nurses are knowledgable and helpful.This time around, Lupe was amazing! Many people are nice, but less are kind. My family can rave about Dr. Eitches all day. He has connected with us & that’s one of the reasons, we keep coming back. He leaves room for questions and the conversation soon becomes dialogue, even with the children! He is very engaging and his expertise is obviously, top tier. My only negative remark; my boys were not fans of the lollipops. If that’s the only problem we found, then this practice is doing great!

I have gone to this practice for over 25 years. There has never been a need to look elsewhere. Dr. Baum and Dr. Eitches are the best of the best! Their staff and nurses are excellent. They are very thorough, investigative, and progressive all while being very safe and cautious and giving you lots of options as to what your best treatment can be. I find that they really listen to me and my experience. They don’t act like they know everything, even though they do, and they have a very kind an open disposition. You leave with the impression that they are passionate about what they do. I just love them.

We had an excellent experience for our first appointment. We were able to get a ton of great feedback and information from our initial zoom consult. More than we were able to get from a previous doc we had tried. Great communication and ease of appointment access.

Took my 17 yo daughter for a first time allergy test referred by her doctor Dr. Baum and her assistants were so competent and careful and caring - and we found out some invaluable information!!! Best thing to do and best doctor to go to - she explained everything and we felt it was such a positive experience to learn what exactly my daughter is allergic to and just how many allergies and levels she has and what to do and further follow up for even more information.Our whole family will be going to Dr. Baum now, as we have such confidence with her and the process she used and definitely can all benefit from the testing as we all have allergies in some form! Dr. Eitches is the best! He changed my life. I highly recommend him! I suffered immensely with allergy symptoms and visited multiple other providers only continuing to get worse. He correctly diagnosed me on the first visit and put me on a treatment protocol that greatly improved my quality of life in a very short time. After a few short months, I was able to cut back on the medication and find a maintenance protocol. After moving, I just revisited him after 6 years through telehealth and was completely satisfied and will continue to chose him as my provider.

We had our 9 month old son tested for egg allergy (and milk and nuts for good measure) and it was as good an experience as we could have hoped for. Super experience with Dr. Robert Eitches on a tele conferencing appointment, this was my initial consultation with the doctor, which was a great experience, very personable and in dept, considering the distance.The meeting was about 30 min I think, Dr. Eitches and his assistance on two separate screens, taking their time and asking questions, I did some breathing exercises etc and I definitely got the feeling I was being examined.Even though I have only met the doctor in a virtual meeting, I feel confident I am in good hands.
