I am extremely disappointed with an ”up to 2day” response time from Drs-Primary Care. For 88yr old senior citizens to wait 2days for a response is NOT WORLD CLASS SERVICE‼️ WE HAVE FOLLOWED OUR PRIMARY CARE DR FROM ANOTHER TOWN; guess Their too busy to return messages.....sadly need to consider finding another Dr. with this ”quote” policy window‼️‼️‼️ We referred Her over and over.....We at least expect a call from a nurse or other staff about WE Care about You. Right‼️‼️‼️

I am again disappointed. I don’t know why I’m treated more like a person looking for drugs than a person who is actually wanting and needing help. I went in with a pain. I was given morphine and to be totally honest they didn’t have to give me that all it did was made me sick. They did do a scan of my area of complaint but no care to further access the problem. They just sent me home still in pain. Unfortunately there is really not a place I can recommend to go to to get treated properly in Longview but this is definitely not the place. I rely on reviews a lot so I like to share my experiences because so many people need honest guidance. I believe if I ever experience another emergent situation I pray God leads me to a better option I have to have faith there is somewhere here in this town with people who love their job and love “all” people and will treat them with thorough care knowing they did all they could do. This is sad and not that it matters but I have insurance. The search for good quality thorough care with bed side manner continues and when found I will definitely share across the world until then people if you’re sick don’t come here. Trust me

My wife had an allergic reaction to medication that she had been taking for years. Her tongue was swollen, and it was beginning to impact breathing. We went to North Park because of prior good experiences. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had her on the road to recover fast. So, why the negative review? Good Shepherd is in plan. You assume that the doctors are also. They were not, and we were not notified. She saw a couple of nurses and one PA. The doctor associated with the PA billed $1600!!!! Since that doctor is not in plan, insurance will not even try to negotiate. The $3000 emergency bill cost us about $450 (in plan). Personally, I think the use of doctors that are not in plan, when the facility is in plan constitutes fraud. This doctor will not negotiate a reasonable fee, and we will not pay $1600. DO NOT GO TO NORTH PARK!

My husband went to ER at North Park and was very happy with his experience. He was seen by Dr Frank and his nurses name was also Frank. He said that everyone he had contact with was very professional and very nice. Thank you for taking excellent care of him.

I went to the ER at north park for pain in my back that had been told by other practices in town was muscle problems. The doctor here promptly got imaging that showed a spinal disk problem and directed me to a surgeon. I credit this place for allowing me to still be able to walk right!

I had to call for 3 days in a row to get ahold of someone in the clinic I needed to speak with, & then when you get to the appointment you have to wait 45 minutes past your scheduled appointment time to see a doctor. Do not reccomend.

I was just in this facility about an hour or two ago. Where I was treated like a common criminal. My daughter is severely asthmatic. Upon bring her into the er I checked her o2 and it was 95. However, she has been know to dip low very rapidly.The man that checked her in (Jimmy) was very rude and seemed bothered. I told him her fever was 102.0 and that she was coughing he then handed me a piece of paper and told me to go out to the lobby. (Totally fine.)I then turned around to ask him to please check her o2 levels. He then proceeded to roll his eyes and acted totally bothered yet again. I told him he didnt have to be rude he was snatching equipment to check her o2 and I got my child up and told him not to worry about it that he didnt need to be a jerk! And if he was going to be in the health care profession that he needs to be more kinder, not rude or a jerk!Everytime I have brought my daughter in 75% of the time she was admitted.I then take my child into the lobby where I was asked by a cop if I could come with him! (Again totally fine!)He told me that I was name calling the nurse. And that it wasnt his job to check her oxygen. I explained that any other I time came in it was ALWAYS checked no questions even asked. I told the police man that he could even look at her records and she just got out of the hospital for her Asthma a month or so ago.The cop told me that I was being unprofessional and childish, I explained to him that wasnt my intention and that I am looking out for my child and that man was ALWAYS RUDE! He then told me that I should have more respect for the nurses and I do 100% hands down! I love everyone in the health field. He told me I wouldnt speak to the nurses or doctors in the back that way and I stated not at all they are kind and love their jobs. He doesnt.I proceeded to walk off only for him to state behind my back he wasnt going to argue. I then replied I wasnt as well. My sister was there and told us to come to Longview Regional as I was leaving a nurse came to the lobby looking for me but I really wasnt going to waste my time.Please look at the video and see how this man carries himself. He was a taller dude and scared my daughter with how rude he was. She really thought she did something for him to treat her that way. But, yet nurses take an oath.I brought my daughter here to Longview regional with her o2 at 93 and she does have a lung infection.This hospital has really gone down hill. Dont place people in the front to be the face of the hospital if they really could care less.

My daughter is sick had gave her childrens Tylenol Prior to coming she had a fever. They did not do a strep test but told me it was strep. My daughter said that she threw up last night and this morning. But called it strep they prescribed a z pack for her. Today 2/6/17 I took my daughter to her primary pediatrician he said that they missed treated the symptoms. She just had a flu Thank goodness I didnt get the z pack.

I have never been to a er where I didnt have to wait hours to get called back...I walked in the other night and went to sign in and the nurse took me back less then a min later...the staff there are just amazing and took really good care of me. They knew exactly what I was suffering from and got me admitted right away to the main hospital.

Great alternative to the main campus hospital, with all the same abilities. They do anything except surgery and overnight stays.

Took my boyfriend to this Er last night with a severe earache. They told him that this was not an emergency and that they would not treat him and saw not one doctor. I would not waste your time going to this Er. By the way the vibes in that place were weird..

Took my child here last night for nerve pain she could hardly walk . they did a pre evaluation with a RN she came in . She checked eyes , nose, made my child touch her toes and off that she determined that my child only had growing pains !!! are you kidding me!!!!!!???? so then we get pushed into the billing room where we were informed that I had to pay $300 before we could leave ! I asked for what , I was told that our insurance might not cover Unnecessary er visits . I said we didnt even go to a room or see a Dr why do I have to pay ? was told its a policy. I agured with him , then he calls the security officer over to stand behind me forcing me to pay before they will let me leave. So here we are today at a specialist for nerves because my child does have something wrong with a nerve in her body !!!! shame on you Good Shepherd for making a child suffer all because you are money hungry!!!! I will be calling to get my money back !!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE!! I went here at 8pm on Oct. 17th. And I was treated like white trash. I was trying to explain how everything started which was with an abcessed tooth with exposed nerve which I hadcan appt. With my DDS the next day. Told them I was not there for the Unbearable pain. I was there for Nsusea and my toward the top of my stomach felt tight and painful. Bad neck pain especially when I turned it. They did not even let me finish that I felt like I could not breathe, dizziness, cough and chills. So they did not even have the wholr story. They took me to a triage room where I assume a Nurse just started pulling my sweatshirt sleeve like she was trying to take it off. I finally asked her if she would like me to take it off while I assume another nurse told me an abcessed tooth was not an emergency which I told them 3 times I was not there for that but she insisted on very aggressively started pulling on my cheek to see the tooth and jerking around my neck which I already told them hurt to move. Told them I had been taking Aleve and Tylenol for the tooth and I thought maybe the upper stomach pain was caused by the fact I could not take my tums because I could not . She then told me to use baby Oragel on my abcess. Lol!! Told her no. Then told me to take ibuprophen and Tylenol and I needed to have it pulled ASAP. Told them 4 times I had the appt. To have it pulled the next day then told me take Prevavid would work immediately like Tums which is incorrect. Prevacid does not work on the acid you already have it just keeps more from building up. They never even knew the whole story why I was there because they kept cutting me off and spoke to me very condescending. I walked out almost passed out walking to my car I was so short of breath. Lost my stomach contents in their parking lot and went to Regional where I was found to have Bleeding Ulcers, Staph infection and Pleurisy. Had I went home and continued the anti inflammatories I could have died. DO NOT GO HERE. THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE. They could not get past the tooth which I was not even there for it was just how it started. The 1 thing they did not know either is I am a R.N. and they were giving medical advice and incorrect medical advice at that. I know they better not even think about sending me a bill when I never even got to state my problem. If I were the Admins. Of that ER I would sure retrain these nurses or something before they end up in a lawsuit because someone died due to their non existant assessment and incorrect advice. THERE IS NO REASON TO TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY THEY TREATED ME!

Bitched at us for using the emergency room the same way weve always used the emergency room. Only did a catscan, no bloodwork or anything. I guess they were grumpy because we interrupted their House MD marathon or whatever it was they were all doing on their phones. :) Also, after hearing that the patient hadnt taken anything because medication hadnt helped at all, came out with so you hurt enough to wait 5 hours for the ER but not enough to take anything yes well just keep trying while expecting a different result. Idiots, all of them. Sorry we made you guys get up and do your job. Must suck having to sometimes work for a living.

Several nurses are rude and they act like it was a bother to ask them for anything and when I was explaining to one nurse that my son had no insurance,she looked at me and said well maam you need to save up some money. She doesnt know me and she doesnt know my financial business. It frankly wasnt her business. Thats not the proper thing to say to some one who is stressed out and worried about the person who is in the er.

Dr. Malone is the best and her assistants from the front desk to the back is amazing!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY!!! Even tho your insurance is good at the facility, THE DOCTORS WHO WORK THERE DO NOT TAKE YOUR INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Went to the clinic back in January 7th and had insurance paid a deductible, they sent me a bill even after my insurance paid them on 1/15/15. So watch out people there trying to run a scam to get more money, saying insurance did not pay..

Came here for an emergency because it was closer to our house. Will never come back.... they are rude and have serious attitude problems. Won’t get into details but let’s say all their precautions are false and they are just rude!!!!!! Did not care at all about their patient!!

They suck ass. They sent my mom home again this is the second time she has been brought up there.

I’m here with my family and I wasn’t aloud to bring a pillow or blanket or food or charger and I wasn’t aloud back here bc there was already 2 people back here..I’m family not a killer
