I wish I could give them 0!!! Worst experience of my life. I took my son in with sore throat and visible tonsil stones. They said nothing was wrong with him and didnt give him any medications when we were discharged. 1 day later we are worse that even before and tonsils are so swollen it is blocking his airway. Nit to mention they left us in the room for over an hour before I walked to the front desk to see what was going on. The desk staff then told me... oh we are discharging him. I was surprised bc the Dr never stopped by to read me any results or talk about treatment. This place needs to be closed down!!!!!!!

This is the worst place ever. Went in at 630pm with terrible chest pain. They jumped right on that and did ekg and heart was OK. They gave me pain med and stopped the pain. Then they wanted to do a cat scan and a chest xray for blood clots. They did that and said that I had pneumonia in the bottom of one lung and I needed to be admitted to the hospital. Well after laying there in misery from 830 to 2am and was never admitted and never seen the Dr on staff (guess he wasnt even there) I left and drove my self home. What a joke this place is. I will never be back to this one.

This was by far the worst ER experience weve ever had. We got in to the room quickly but my girlfriends arm was butchered by a student trying to get the IV in, the dosage of pain meds did nothing to the pain and she was left crying and screaming for nearly two hours, a few of the staff were really rude, and in the end they pumped her full of ativan and sent us out with out even trying to find out what might have been wrong. We were told to talk to her doctor tomorrow. So here we are 6 hours later with no answers and still in pain.

Low rating only because how the guy acts at the admission desk. Hes not hospitable at all. Acts like it bothers him that people come in. Doesnt act like he cares at all. Replace him and rating will change. Dont think we will be back until then or tell other people to go. Everyone else has always been great

I came to the ER after a dog bite to my arm. I’m an RN and I knew my Tetanus shot was up to date, but the bite was fairly severe and I felt one of the lacerations might need stitches. I was informed that dog bites are usually not stitched up anymore due to the risk of infection. I literally had my vitals taken and was spoken to by a nurse and then a doctor. I was in and out within 30 minutes with a prescription for antibiotics. There was no wound cleaning or anything else done. My insurance was billed for over $900. I felt this was very expensive considering that nothing was done except vitals taken an a prescription issued. In the end, my insurance paid around $500 with my copay being another $125. Ridiculously expensive.

If you want good care call ahead and make sure Doctor Eric Frederickson isnt on duty!!!! I have always loved this ER and the care received there especially since I have a chronic illness that causes me A LOT of pain and am instructed by my pain doctors to go to the ER if it gets out of control. This doctor literally hollered at myself and my husband and refused to help me. The rest of the staff was amazing as usual.

Never ever ever go to this place. I wish I could give this no stars. They will not take care of you. They are extremely rude from the front door to the discharge papers. My mom has been in and out of hospitals her whole life due to health problems and this was by FAR the worst experience we have EVER encountered. The DR on duty didn’t even come in to tell us her CT results or ANY for that matter. Avoided us at all costs. It is seriously a waste of time. Go somewhere else where they will actually take care of you or your loved one.

I was just in this facility about an hour or two ago. Where I was treated like a common criminal. My daughter is severely asthmatic. Upon bring her into the er I checked her o2 and it was 95. However, she has been know to dip low very rapidly. The man that checked her in (Jimmy) was very rude and seemed bothered. I told him her fever was 102.0 and that she was coughing he then handed me a piece of paper and told me to go out to the lobby. (Totally fine.)I then turned around to ask him to please check her o2 levels. He then proceeded to roll his eyes and acted totally bothered yet again. I told him he didnt have to be rude he was snatching equipment to check her o2 and I got my child up and told him not to worry about it that he didnt need to be a jerk! And if he was going to be in the health care profession that he needs to be more kinder, not rude or a jerk!Everytime I have brought my daughter in 75% of the time she was admitted.I then take my child into the lobby where I was asked by a cop if I could come with him! (Again totally fine!)He told me that I was name calling the nurse. And that it wasnt his job to check her oxygen. I explained that any other I time came in it was ALWAYS checked no questions even asked. I told the police man that he could even look at her records and she just got out of the hospital for her Asthma a month or so ago.The cop told me that I was being unprofessional and childish, I explained to him that wasnt my intention and that I am looking out for my child and that man was ALWAYS RUDE! He then told me that I should have more respect for the nurses and I do 100% hands down! I love everyone in the health field. He told me I wouldnt speak to the nurses or doctors in the back that way and I stated not at all they are kind and love their jobs. He doesnt.I proceeded to walk off only for him to state behind my back he wasnt going to argue. I then replied I wasnt as well. My sister was there and told us to come to Longview Regional as I was leaving a nurse came to the lobby looking for me but I really wasnt going to waste my time. Please look at the video and see how this man carries himself. He was a taller dude and scared my daughter with how rude he was. She really thought she did something for him to treat her that way. But, yet nurses take an oath.I brought my daughter here to Longview regional with her o2 at 93 and she does have a lung infection. This hospital has really gone down hill. Dont place people in the front to be the face of the hospital if they really could care less.

Had the flu. Felt really bad on the weekend.Needed a prescription for Tamiflu.Got treated, got the prescription. All went well until the bill came. They charged my insurance $3,000 just for the visit. Not for any tests, or doctor fees. Just for walking into their ER.$3,000. That is insane. The doctor was not in my network. He charged $1000.Thats all on me, since he is out of network..Adequate care, no complaints there, but come on people.I dont mind you making a profit, just dont make it all on ME.
