I recently moved to CO & needed to find a new eye doctor. This was one of the few places in the area that could get me in within a few days of when I called. Dr. Trudell was amazing & very thorough with my concerns & eye health. All of the other staff was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and experienced doctor. Was able to obtain a same day appointment which was AMAZING!! They also have a very nice selection of frames to choose from, I think there frames are even better than the bigger stores. Best part is they accept my insurance, we have a very good plan and pay out the nose for it, but its hard to find providers and Main Street accepts our insurance, so I will go to them every time from now on! Highly Recommend : )

Always a great experience with this office. Professional staff, current technology of test equipment, Dr.s that are not afraid to spend a little extra time with you if you need it. Just a good all around practice. You will not be sorry you came here.

Dr. Trudell has been our family eye doctor for I think 15 years at least. We recently started seeing Dr. Koning, too, who is a great addition to the team. Both doctors take the time to explain what they are doing and why and really allow you to participate in decisions about your eye health and care. They are both also very personable and easy to talk to. I routinely send people to them knowing they will receive excellent care. The staff is also just lovely, kind and upbeat. Never had to wait long to be seen as they dont seem to overbook themselves which is also very nice.

Everyone in the office was so friendly and easy to deal with. Dr. Roger is awesome. He took so much time to explain to my daughter what he was doing and what everything meant. I plan to switch my whole family to him. The exam was thorough and efficient.

Always feel welcomed and well taken care of by the staff and the providers here. My entire family of 6 use Main Street Vision Care and will continue to do so! In addition to the professional vision care, I purchased my glasses from them and couldnt be more pleased. You MAY be able to find cheaper, but for me the quality and proper fitting of the glasses was worth any small extra cost.

Dr. Trudell is very knowledgeable, pragmatic and able to share information in an understandable way. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient.

Unfortunately they sold out to a bigger company and the quality of service went down significantly. The doctors do not have a say in their practice which ultimately leaves it run by a company who is geared only towards making money as opposed to caring for their employees/patients. Most of the staff has been affected by this change. There is an employee there who is completely incompetent and refused to let me speak to any other office worker besides her. Which was once a great place is now terrible. Buyer beware, time to take your business elsewhere.

As always, Dr. Trudell was great in doing my routine examination for updating my glasses, and addressing my vision concern. I like the modern equipment his office used for the exam. His staff also was wonderful, adjusting my glasses.

I moved to Longmont from western Wyoming in 1995. In early96 I knew the glasses I had purchased before I moved werent working for me and started looking for someone in Longmont to go to. I asked three separate people I knew who they went to and they all have me the same name. None of these people knew the others Id asked. I been going to Dr. Trudell ever since.

Main Street Vision Care, has been our family choice for both diagnoses and eyeglasses for over twenty years. We return because of a number of reasons. The staff, technicians and doctor. A pleasant staff of professionals, many of whom have been there the entire time we’ve been patients. Technicians who take time to listen and offer suggestions when it might help the patient as well as know what they are doing. Dr. Trudell knows his field and can discuss issues at depth when asked. He keeps up with technology advances and always is friendly, would say smiling but COVID-19 makes that difficult. Recommend highly.

I am confused why my wife and I were not told today that we were getting 200$ procedures in place of dilation. It should be absolutely unquestionably clear that you are getting a procedure that costs $50 while it is happening. We both got photos of our eyes and refraction procedures without being told that there was an associated cost. I think this is manipulative to the patient.

Very knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Dr. Koning made sure that I understood why everything was happening and explained procedures thoroughly.They have a large selection of frames to choose from, from many different brands.

Dont go here they are way overpriced and charged me for glaucoma testing that they said my insurance would pay for. I went in twice for the testing and still dont know if I have glaucoma. The Doctor said he didnt wanna diagnose me yet he wanted to wait and run more tests in 3 months. I never went back and now owe a huge bill. I feel like they were struggling during the pandemic and took advantage of me. Plus there is no way to pay your bill online its really inconvenient. They are living in the dark ages.

Made an appointment weeks in advance. Had the confirmation and everything. I show up and all of a sudden I’m no where to be found on the schedule. Didn’t even bother to talk to anyone else and find out why my appointment was removed after confirmation. I was really looking forward to this place after reading the reviews and get hit with this? No thank you.

Dr Trudell is a knowledgeable, caring Doctor who treated me with kindness and was able to do the diabetic eye exam quickly and explained the pictures in layman’s terms. I would highly recommend him!

Im from out of State visiting my inlaws. I woke up seeing black spots out of my left eye. I called and they got me in within a couple of hours. They took awesome care of me. Dr. Trudell and his staff are awesome. He explained to me that what I was seeing is called floaters and they will go away on their own.

I went to Main Street Vision July 11, 2019 and everything was great the Dr was super nice and friendly and I was very pleased with the service and the new frames I chose. Well it is August 7th my glasses that were ordered havent arrived I called last week and fave Kathy my phone number and was told she would contact me as soon as she found out what had happened. I never received that call and I am still wearing glasses that have no updated prescription. I was very excited to finally go into a good vision care center but it seems like I made the wrong choice.

My first visit at Main Street Vision Care was impeccable. Receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and had no problems looking up my VSP insurance. The office is warm, welcoming with a large selection of frames. The equipment is all the latest technology, the assistant doing the preliminary testing was informative and efficient. Dr. Koning was friendly and genuinely sociable, he was of course knowledgeable and upfront about my vision needs, and gave me options to get light prescription glasses, but informed me that I still didnt really need them 7 years after lasik. I really couldnt ask for a better visit!
