It was awful. The fact that you can’t call the facility directly, and you are being redirected to Pueblo Co. call center is inexcusable. After three calls and two hour wait, then finally talking to someone, who said they couldn’t answer my questions because they were just a “call center” is a joke . I finally got in my car and drove over there where I was met by folks who could have cared less about my problem. I asked a girl if she had received a prescription from my Doctor for a oxy meter and she immediately said no. I was standing by her and her computer and I asked her to please check and sure enough it was about 10 emails down on her mail list. I think she was embarrassed, and told me to go sit out in this very unkept room, which is where they used to sell merchandise from. The area was filthy. She finally came out after 10 to 15 minute wait with the pulse oximeter.I asked if they would call me or email me with the results the next day when I returned the device. They said they would be happy to. Of course it didn’t happen. When I went in again the girl who printed the report was the only one I would have as an employee. I am wondering if the manager ever sets foot into that store.

I had some past bad experiences, but this time, the recent contact has been amazing, and has absolutely made up for my previous experience. The service techs on the phone were polite and very helpful. The two supervisors I spoke with were very helpful, apologetic, and took care of the issues. The person who came out to the house was polite and helpful, taking the time to explain everything about the new, replacement equipment and how to use it. He also took the time to listen to learn what was wrong with the previous equipment so hed know what wasnt working. He knew immediately what was wrong with it. He was training someone else, and seemed patient with him and answered his questions. The trainee also spoke politely to me as well. Compared to how the company treated me before, if they continue as they have been the past couple weeks or so, I absolutely give 5+ stars.

These guys were on top of the matter before I even left the emergency room! It was after midnight and the lady on the phone made the payment and order process a breeze! The delivery driver that night was there when he said he would be and made contact with me during his drive. Great customer service, they knew what they were doing and they did it well. Made themselves available for any questions or concerns I may have...just an efficient process. After a rough night in the ER this is how smooth things should be for people in need of these supplies!!! Great experience!!!!

Its impossible to get through to a human being. The phone number bounces to a call center. The call center says the only way to resolve a billing dispute is to talk with, wait for it..., the branch office. Incredibly frustrating and non-responsive, all while they keep billing your credit card instead of insurance. Wouldnt recommend this to anyone unless you have no other choice for a life-saving service.

We were incredibly fortunate to have a portable oxygen container provided by Major Medical. It was around 2 lbs and the size of a large coffee mug, we could put the container in a small backpack and run errands without a constraint. In fact, we ran into another mom at the store who was shocked that we could carry our baby’s oxygen in a backpack. Her son had been on oxygen for 6 months with a 3 foot tall oxygen tank the entire time.We couldn’t believe this product wasn’t the norm for babies on oxygen! These products truly made a difference in our situation.

Called up to make an appointment to try on CPAP masks and asked if the one I was interested in was in stock. Was assured everything would be ready to go. Drove up from Boulder, waited 20 minutes. Got called back, masks werent able to be tried on and the one I wanted to buy was not in stock. What an absolute nightmare. Not sure what’s going on with these guys but they have absolutely no idea what’s going on. My order for a CPAP machine got “lost” and was never submitted to insurance. The insurance should’ve been done and submitted by end of December of 2019 since I already met my deductible for the year and the $830 machine should’ve been free. Now that the order was lost and we’re in a new year I have to pay $830 out of pocket. Even knowing I had to pay at this point, I went in for the machine anyways. Took 40 minutes just to pay for the machine! Some of the staff is friendly but as a business they are terrible.

Unfortunately it appears Major Medical has been bought out by a competitor. As a result, I’m no longer treated as a patient and I’m liable to now be charged for supplies. The unfortunate part is that they also decided after several years that a prescription WAS now required for such supplies before they could even sell me anything.Based on their blunt feedback, I reached out to online companies as well as Salter Labs and confirmed NO prescription would be required. I ordered from two online companies with the first delivery received tonight (3 days). Everything was genuine and approximately a quarter (26-27%) of MM pricing delivered to my door.Don’t get me wrong, Major Medical still serves a purpose, but it now appears to be contributing to ever increasing health care costs and unfortunately profit driven. It certainly appears that I’m not alone based on the recent feedback received.

This place is absolutely horrible to deal with. Sheila only responds when she feels like she’s been backed against a wall. I shouldn’t be put in a position to have to argue with someone to get action regarding my HEALTH!!! Extremely unprofessional. Calls are never returned, and they act like WE are supposed to know THEIR policies regarding getting supplies when I was NEVER informed of their policies. I will be speaking with my Dr. Monday and I am definitely letting her know how this place does business. Hopefully, she will discourage future patients from going here.

Kevin has been very consistent and reliable with my oxygen deliveries. It is such a relief to not be worried about it. He is always willing to bring them in for me and if Im not at home, he leaves them for me on the front porch. He has helped me in other ways as well, bringing my garbage cans up to the house, cleaning my filters and bringing in packages left for me. Hes always very pleasant and helpful. He has made my experience with oxygen delivery very pleasant. I hear a lot of horror stories from people about the service they get from their oxygen companies. Ive been with AeroCare for a few years and have never had any issues with them but now that they have merged with Major Medical and no longer receiving my supplies from AeroCare its become a nightmare. I called to order tanks and it went to voicemail and turns out they never got my message then another time I ordered 8 tanks and I had 5 to return so when they delivered they only left 5. I called last week and left an.order with their answering service and received nothing so 5th day of waiting I called to check and was advised they show nothing ordered. Needless to say Im not happy with Major Medical

If I could give this company a 0 star ratting I would. I went in with a prescription for a shower chair as I have been falling and having a hard time showering myself. I keep getting the run around from them and they kept telling me they would call me back Wich they never did. 2 days ago I called again and was told again that they were waiting for prior authorization and it would be 7 to 10 days. Upset I told them I have already been waiting 3 weeks for this much needed chair. I decided to have my prescription moved to Banner medical suplies and in just over 24 hour I have the chair that I need. I will not go to major medical for anything in the future.

Dated practices. The company insists on doing things either on the phone or in person. They claim theyll mail you equipment as needed in the future, but good luck getting anything from them.Update 1: They dont answer the phone ever, despite this being their only means of communication. They also have now made unnecessary charges on HSA card, causing my HSA provider to wonder WTF theyre doing.

Kevin K. was a nothing short of exceptional ! He arrived in my hospital room and explain in detail how to use the Oxygen machine I would be using during the next few weeks. Shortly after arriving home he then delivered my home unit within an hour of my phone call and had me set up in under 30 mins. He then took the time to go into detail on how to use the machines and how swap out any tubes from each of the units. All questions I had were clearly answered and this was by far the best experience I have ever had with a medical supply company. Thanks again Kevin!! :)

I had been very happy with these folks until this week. The oxygen concentrator I purchased from them had been alarming for some time and the night before I took it to them, it stopped working altogether. I left it there and did not hear from them. I called several times and no one returned my call. Finally today I reached them and they indicated that there was nothing wrong with it, although they had not called me. Nor could they tell me why they had not called. I dont know. When I reiterated that the problem was intermittent and I was not surprised that it ran in the shop, they offered no alternative. I explained that I am dependent of the nocturnal oxygen and they said well, do you want a new one, or to have this one rebuilt, rather rudely, I thought.Too bad. This was a competent source of supplies and they offered good service.

It was recommended that I get a CPAP machine as I have snored like a freight train for most of my life and apparently have an obstructed airway. So I did and was not to thrilled with it. The mask was blowing air up into my eyes, and escaping around the outer perimeter which woke me up periodically throughout the night. The sleep institute recommend that I contact Major Medical and make an appointment for a new mask, so I did. I given an appointment with Michelle Beyer who was AWESOME! She was friendly, generally concerned and listened to what I had to say. She had me try on several masks until we found one that felt good. What I thought was going to be a waste of time has actually worked out and now Im wearing the machine more and more at night. Michelle emailed me a few days later to ask how everything was. Again, what I thought was going to be a disappointing experience turned out to be very pleasant and offered with GREAT customer service.

Kevin is really good! We needed an oxygen supply to enable to check out of the hospital in Boulder. I was very anxious to get home after 6 days, and he showed up with a big smile and the supply tank right away. Instead of having to wait, it was the other checkout requirements that took the time. He was also right at our home here in Longmont very shortly after our own arrival. He got us set up in very short order, explained how to operate the equipment, and explained the safety aspects to not only me, but to all my members of the family.
