Comfort Dental is by FAR the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Every dentist I’ve been to both here and even in New York City don’t even hold a candle to the amazing experience I had here. Their name definitely matches their attitude AND the way they work which is totally comforting. More importantly, after nearly ruining all my teeth from 15 years of bulimia, they repaired everything and I my teeth look better than they did before I ever damaged them. Better than my original natural teeth. I was never able to book work as an actor in New York City for the jobs that required showing your teeth, which was devastating as a professional singer singer and an aspiring actor. However, after they worked on my teeth (Dr. Richard and his assistant Megan), I immediately landed my first lead role in a new epic TV series, simply because I was able to confidently show my new beautiful teeth on camera for the first time in my life. I can confidently smile and laugh and react naturally without self-consciously hiding my teeth behind my hands. I think it’s the first time in 25 years that I actually feel comfortable smiling and laughing and enjoying myself without feeling totally self-conscious. I thank Comfort Dental for the work they did and I attribute their work to landing me this role that’s going to boost my career. I can easily say that this has changed my entire quality-of-life. Both how I feel and how I want to take care of myself from here on out. thank you so much comfort dental and I implore everyone to invest here, which isn’t much compared to most other dentists by the way. Dr. Aaron is so kind and non-judgmental. His dental assistant was also great. Dr. Aaron didnt make me feel bad for not taking the best care of my teeth the past few years and assured me we have a plan to move forward and get me back to a healthy routine. The lady on the phone (who also ask somebody else in the background) said she didnt know the price and would know till we went in and got our teeth examined. I ask whats the most she said it depends she cannot give me that number. How can somebody go in and know how much money to bring? Taking our business elsewhere

I have traveled over 12,000 miles just to see Dr. Stephen Sidwell. The entire office staff and assistants are incredible at what they do. Everyone always treats you well and makes you feel special. The cost savings was over 5,000 dollars compared to other dentists in Florida. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs dental treatment even if you are travelling far. I have recommended this office to anyone and everyone.

I have been to at least 7 different private dentist offices in my life and have never received the care that I got from Dr. Aaron and the students/hygienists that work there.They were all so kind and gentle. No pain. I have been going to this one off and on for years. My latest visit was of necessity sadly, but Dr Brad was fantastic.He was actually the one who answered the phone call and even went above and beyond to get me in same day within the hour. He treated me nicely and made sure that all aspects of care was managed at the highest level of care. The staff did wonderful work as well. There was a lot of rework and they did great. I really appreciate it.Thank you again Dr Brad for getting me in as soon as you did.

Im so pleased with the care and concern that Ive received from Dr. Aaron. Going to a dentist and knowing that there are a few existing problems with my teeth can be a little intimidating...especially when Ive had a few not so great, experiences in the past and from much more expensive dental offices. But with Dr. Aaron, Ive literally experienced no pain at all and that includes even when novocaine was administered. Afterward, Dr. Aaron told me that I might expect a little tenderness in the evening. However, I was so pleased when I didnt even experience that.Please try Dr. Aaron and his dental services out...YOU WILL BE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!

Terrible at time management. They had me sitting in the chair for excess amounts of time both visits I had here. It took them 2 hours to do a general cleaning and X-rays at my first visit and then they had me sitting for 25 minutes past my scheduled time and no one came in to check on me. I, personally, had to follow up with the dentist to give feedback on my experience and he tried to accuse me of lying about someone checking on me. No one came back to give me any updates while I just sat there wasting my life. Wouldn’t recommend anyone going here unless you have all the time in the world and don’t appreciate good customer/patient service.

During Covid19 I had an emergency. I am very thankful Comfort Dental was able to get me with in reason amount of time. My face was so swollen and had a couple teeth infected. I moved to Colorado from California and have always been nervous about the dentist since I was a kid but the second I met Dr. Aaron my worries were over. He is so sweet and caring he speaks to you with such a genuineness that I haven’t experienced in awhile. You feel so relaxed and taken care of that someone cares about their job and craft of life! I have never been a big fan of the dentist but I have to say that Dr. Bradley Cox and his assistant Christy are amazing!! I came in with a broken tooth and had to get a bridge put in. They both put me at ease and my visit was not nearly as bad as I had anticipated. I highly recommend them for any of your dental needs.

Total disregard for the neiborhood where theyre located. They tolerate homeless people living in cars behind their building for months. Have spoken with them personally about this twice. If its not where they live they couldnt care less.

Dr. Stephen and his assistant that helped during my extractions were AMAZING. I made it very clear that I was scared(I put off this extraction for 14 years 😬) and they made me feel completely comfortable and at ease the entire time.

He is gentle, caring, and thorough making sure that I am pain free and happy with the results after any procedures. I have been going to comfort dental for about a year now and they have been amazing. I work primarily with Dr. Aaron and he has been wonderful to work with! I just had my crowns done and I couldnt be happier. About 2 weeks ago I had my temporary crowns put in, and 2 days after they broke out. I was upset, but they got me in the next day, which was a Sunday. Kristi came in on her day off and did an amazing job on my replacement temporary crowns. Today I went back in and was so happy to see she was going to do my permanent crowns as well! She is a very personable person and easy to talk to, she is also amazing at what she does! She made sure that I was 100% happy before I left, and that everything fit perfectly and there were no concerns. I would recommend both Dr. Aaron and Kristi, thanks for taking care of me and always doing it with a smile!

My first appointment with Comfort Dental in Longmont, and I will say that I was treated gently and with respect. They answered all my questions without making me feel like they were pained to answer them. I am happy to have found a good place to have dental care! 5 stars from me.

They never return your calls. Been trying to schedule an apt since May 9th 2020 and still have not heard from anyone. I have left voicemails and as well emailed the office and no response.

I recently went in for my bi-annual cleaning (although admittedly I was well overdue), and was treated amazingly from start to finish. The assistant - Christie - noticed a filling that needed to be adjusted, and quickly fixed the issue. Now, the filling is flush to the rest of my tooth, completely unnoticeable from what it once was. Christie, alongside Dr. Richard, informed me of any and all concerns in a clear, consise, and professional manner. I highly recommend requesting this professional duo, and Comfort Dental as a whole!

I been working with Dr. Aaron for the last 3 years and he has done a excellent job with all my dental work and is very reasonable compared to most dentists. This office would be great but the receptionists are very rude and when brought to the attention of one of the Drs you are told that if you respect them they respect you. That’s laughable. I’ve been hung up on and left waiting while they laugh and talk about how people look and are dressed in Spanish. AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY ARE THE ONES WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROFESSIONAL!!! We as patients deserve to be treated with respect as we are the reason they have a job.

Hands down the best office and staff. I use to have debilitating panic attacks with dentists but the staff at this office was so kind and caring. They actually care and make sure youre 100% comfortable before doing anything. They make you feel like family and welcomed and take away any fears you have. Now I look forward to going to the dentist each time. 100% recommend to family and friends.

Extremely impressed with Dr. Jolly. I have been to many dentists over the years with poor results but was pleasantly surprised with my experience at comfort dental and especially Dr Jolly. He is very good at making you feel at ease, explaining the procedure and what to expect afterwords. Showed up 20 minutes early, my appointment was at 2pm and they didn’t get my son in tell 2:40pm. Receptionist sounded like a robot saying the exact same thing to everyone that walked in. The appointment was for a cleaning somehow they didn’t have him scheduled for that just x rays. Then he was in the seat for 15 minutes and my son comes out and says he has eight cavities and the doctor is nowhere to be found. Very unprofessional. I got second opinion and he had zero cavities.

Dr. Luong took care of 3 fillings I needed. It was a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and made me feel super comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Luong if you need a dentist.

Dr Richard and the entire staff, specifically Dental Assistants Ali and Christine, were so wonderful. I came in with a dental emergency on my from tooth and,although they were very booked, they saw me as a walk-in and treated me with patience, kindness and care. They even got me in the next day to further resolve my dental issue even through they were also booked that day. Dr Richard was clearly busy but he never made me feel like he didnt have time for me. He acted like I was a priority to him. Ali fixed my tooth overnight to be comfortable and aesthetically pleasing like a pro! And the next day Christine walked me through every step and made sure my temporary bridge was feeling and looking good. Could not have had a better experience!

Ive had great experiences with Dr.Jolly at Comfort Dental and recommend his facility. He is very honest and provides good care with experience. He makes you feel very comfortable with no anxiety as Ive experienced with other dentists.

This place is awesome. I deal with fibromyalgia, and dental appointments have always been pretty nerve wracking for me, even for a cleaning. Not only does the office accept my Medicaid, but the staff there was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Aaron sat down with me the first day I came in, and after an exam and x-ray he decided to plan my cleaning the same day as my dental work, so that my mouth was numbed out and I would not be uncomfortable. His assistant did a great job with my fillings, and even with my fibro the next couple of weeks that are normally sensitive after a filling were actually not too bad. I would definitely recommend them.

The receptionists are very rude and unwelcoming. Call to talk to someone and I get placed on hold for 30 minutes. Dr Jolly isn’t jolly. I went in because i Had pain in my jaw and he was just very impatient and annoyed, not friendly and the assistants were rude and unfriendly too. Unfortunately I already paid for a gold membership and I’ve just decided to switch dentists. A $200 basic teeth cleaning even with their insurance plan. And they weren’t even worried about how my wisdom teeth with growing into the roots of my other teeth. He said “if it doesn’t hurt we won’t worry about it”. A doctor who I saw previously said specifically that they needed removed ASAP. Even though I’ll be loosing money, I do not like the people in the office and I don’t like the doctor or the atmosphere. Also parking is very small. I will be cancelling my credit card so they cannot take any of my money again. I’d rather loose my teeth then come here again.

I had Dr. Jolly Johnson. He was very very nice, and took good care of me while I was in. He made sure I didnt feel any pain while I was getting my wisdom teeth pulled as well as cavities filled. The assistants were super nice too. Definitely recommend Comfort Dental!

I actually enjoyed my experience at Comfort Dental! How many people can say that about visiting a dentist? My dentist, Aaron Mortensen, was very professional and explained everything that needed to happen during the procedure. He and the tech checked in with me frequently about whether I was experiencing pain or not. They did a wonderful job at a reasonable price and I would go back there anytime.

What a wonderful experience. I should start by saying that due to a trauma 6 years ago I have been very afraid of anyone working around or in my mouth. Dr. Jolly was Wonderful and his staff was very understanding too. we just talked for a while till he understood what i needed and bot did he deliver. Unfortunately since it had been so long since i had gone to a dentist I had 9 cavities. I was still terrified but each staff member put me at ease and helped me work through it. It too 3 appointments. A consult and x-rays, 6 cavities one day and 3 cavities the nest appointment. Dr jolly even called me on his way home the might of my first cavity appointment to make sure I was still doing alright. I have never had such personal care from a doctor...and I have been to a lot of doctors in the last 6 years. I would recommend him to anyone I know

Horrible! I went there to have cavities filled around 6 years ago and still to this day they hurt!the new dentist I have now says they drilled them WAY too deep and the only way to fix the problem is root canals! Never go here!

So, I have a bit of a phobia when it comes to the dentist. With that being said, Im a single mother of three beautiful young ladies that need a healthy relationship with their oral hygiene. It is that understanding that brought us to Comfort Dental, coupled with my own excrutiating pain, and we discovered Dr. Aaron Mortenson. He has an amazing bedside manner, explaining the ins and outs of our insurance, the pros and cons of each procedure and demonstrating genuine care for our positive experience. My youngest stated, Well, that was fun and relaxing. after two fillings. My middle stated, Mom, you dont have to worry anymore. This is OUR dentist now. And my eldest, after getting her first filling, said, That didnt hurt at all! Lets do this! Calm & gentle, with heartfelt eye contact and realistic conversations made Dr. Aaron and staff (Corrina) a fantastic find for our family and I couldnt be more grateful! Thanks Doc! 😁

I cant believe some of the posts Im reading...Dr.Jolly is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is high spirited, friendly and compassionate. I have been through hell and back with my mouth pain and he has done everything in his power to help my husband and I. Comfort Dental in Longmont was one of my best experiences ever! Everyone there was warm and friendly. I thought that all of the staff there were nice and efficient. Dr. Brad explained everything clearly to me and made me feel comfortable. The actual dental procedure was as gentle as possible. They numbed me really well, and believe me Ive been to places that did a terrible job (at all of the above, quite frankly)! And it was painless. I had the best experience that you can have going to the dentist...which, lets be honest, is nobodys favorite thing in life..! And surprisingly quick too!

While it was a difficult process throughout because of the tooth itself, Dr. Sidwell took great care of me and was able to finally get it out and get me pain free just in time for Thanksgiving! Our appointment was for noon, so when 12:40 came and went and no one even came to explain or acknowledge us waiting, instead the office staff came and shut the door on us, we decided to walk out. Im sure they take good care of most however that was our experience and we wont be using them again.

DO NOT GO HERE. Scheduled a teeth cleaning, went in and had to wait in the waiting room for almost an hour. After the nurse made my entire mouth bleed from doing a terrible job at doing xrays, she told me the doctor would be right in. After another half hour, the doctor came in, did a 2 minute exam and told me you have 5 cavities and need to have 2 teeth removed and a deep cleaning. All this when Ive had 0 cavities my entire life and no teeth problems. I asked him to do the cleaning and he told me they didnt have time and I would have to reschedule. I paid the ridiculous copay amount and left. The next day I went to another dentist and got a second opinion. And guess what? No cavities or any other issues. I will NEVER go back to this office again. Its clear they care about money and nothing else. I will tell anyone and everyone to run from this place as fast as possible. If I could give it -6 stars I would.

The staff at Comfort Dental in Longmont are awesome. Dr. Loung was super awesome. First dentist that actually took the time to explain all aspects of my procedure. He was able to put me at ease during my appointment. The assistants were fantastic as well. Thank you everyone I am absolutely please and satisfied with the service.

Dr. Aaron and his assistant Natallie were amazing. I was very nervous going in and they are incredibly nice and welcoming and do an excellent job on explaining there plan of attack and the execution was smooth, fast, and comfortable. Everyone I know dreads the shot and I didnt even notice when Dr Aaron did the numbing. Gentle an comfortable. So far this has been the best experience I have had with any dentist. I havent been to the dentist since high school. Reading reviews about the reception staff made me nervous. I tried to just blow it off cause Ill see for myself if they are as bad as everyone says. Good lord... I walked in and stood at the desk for close to ten minutes while one of them sat in back at the computer eating. She made eye contact with me several times and just continued to stuff her face while I stood there awkwardly.No one came to talk to me until the dentist came out and told them to help me out. Then suddenly there were three of them at the desk all at once. Wow... Hope the dentist is as good as everyone says he is cause now Im nervous.

Dr. Stephens and his assistant megan took great care of me and my daughter! They went above and beyond. We will definitely go back to see him and his assistant everytime!

I love dr Aaron and dr Brad. Both work so well with my anxiety and are so nice and courteous.check in with you and make sure youre comfortable . Ive had 10+ fillings, a root canal and 2 crowns. No issues or complaints 8
