Kim and Natalie are ultra-conscious of patient comfort and always have helpful tips that go way beyond the basics for long-term mouth health. Front desk staff is always attentive, friendly and efficient. Love this team!

I’ve been a patient at crossroads dental for nearly five years. I am consistently impressed with the thoroughness that is given at each appointment. I’m provided a ton of education and despite only seeing Dr. Farmer and her staff twice a year, they still ask me about relevant things to my life and my families lives. My husband is also a patient here and we just love it. Our daughter is at a pediatric dentist right now but as soon as she’s a little older, we will bring her over too. I can’t recommend crossroads dental more.

I’m pleased with the service that the doctor provided, but cant say that I’m impressed with the friendliness of front desk clerk. I enter the office and my presence was not acknowledged. I walk around the wall to find her sitting behind her desk, I say hello and she returns my greeting with her back towards me as she’s fetching for a new patient package in the file cabinet behind her. She turns around, puts the new patent form on a clipboard, hands the clipboard over to me and instructs me to complete it. She does all these without even looks at me or maintains any eye contact at all. Just don’t feel welcome by this clerk! I’m on the fence about returning because of her! 🙃

I was looking for a dentist who would respect my desires and I found one in Dr. Farmer. Her assistant, Danielle is also wonderful. I have yet to meet the hygienist, but I suspect that will reinforce my opinion of this outstanding office.

This office has big problems in misleading you about treatment fees. They gave me a low fee estimation first and once I finished my crown work there, I was surprised to find that I need to pay much more out of my pocket. Totally not honest and highly NOT recommended.

I was EXTREMELY happy with my visit today! My hygienist, Kim, really stole the show. She did an excellent job with my x-rays and cleaning! I love Dr. Farmer too! She talks about your options but doesn’t push. And Sandy at the front desk is the frosting on the cake! All professionals and all good at their jobs, appearing to be happy in their work. This is hard to find! Trust me. This is at least the 5th dentist office I’ve been to since I moved to Colorado. After today I am now a happy camper!

I love having my cleanings here. Thankfully I haven’t had any work done since I changed over. You can get a little paraffin treatment while getting your cleaning done. Simple but it is all about the simple pleasures!

Dr. Farmer and everyone else in the office were very friendly and helpful. She was completely understanding when I arrived late because my GPS led me astray. I called the office, and Dawn gave me directions. Dr. Farmer provided a lot of information about my teeth and general dental health that most dentists Ive been to just dont mention. Staff has always been very nice. Cleanings have always been pleasant. They had to redo a bad filling from my last dentist and so far it definitely has held up much better.

I started going to Dr. Farmer after moving away from the dentist Ive seen for twenty years (and two years between cleanings.) I havent had a ton of dental work done outside of cleanings and braces so I was extremely nervous going in to get a filling redone. Dr. Farmer and her staff were quick, professional, and extremely thorough in their explanations of what they were doing during the procedure and what to expect after it.They are definitely a modern office and have tools that highlight a lot of preventative work that can be done. Ive never felt pressured to do anything in my treatment plan and the office seems very understanding about the nerves and finances that come with certain procedures.The cherry on top was staff remembering me by name even after my first visit. Highly recommended!

Dr. Farmer and her team are amazing! I was able to make an appointment on-line/via emails while I was on vacation. They got me in quickly to fix a loose crown. I am not the best dental patient but they were totally understanding and made me as comfortable as possible and worked as quickly as they could. Would recommend Dr. Farmer to anyone!!!

She did several crowns and other work for me, all of which was of superior quality. I moved out of town, and just recently moved back.
