Amazing, just amazing!From first contact to when I left the office all, I mean, ALL was just perfect. All the people that I saw and interacted with were polite, engaging and seemed to be happy to work there. They listened attentively to everything I said and not only diagnosed my problem but gave me many options and explained patiently all the options. Who could ask for more?I am totally pleased and will recommend them to everyone that needs good dentist or teeth related procedures.

Best experience I have ever had. As soon as I stepped in I was greeted. They remembered my name after the first time I mentioned it. The dental assistant was so cautions with my tooth ache and made sure I was comfortable. Then I met Dr.Lewis who reviewed my immediate concern (root canal). Then mentioned other issues which where not causing pain yet. He walked me through the process and went over milestones. Overall I was really impressed in the experience I received. Not only did they go out of their way to educate while providing excellent customer service. They have a beautiful office with amazing technology.Best experience I have ever had!!!

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Lewis and his staff. From start to finish, Dr. Lewis was kind, empathetic, and professional. He worked hand-in-hand with my orthodontist through the three year process and went the extra mile to partner and communicate with her. Dr. Lewis is extremely thorough, and even when my appointments went over the expected time, he always made sure my needs were addressed and questions were answered. All of the staff were kind, responsive, and professional at all times. For the first time in 46 years, my front four teeth match each other, and they all look natural! I finally have a smile that makes me feel like I want to, well…smile. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Highly recommend!

I tried out four different dentists before I found Doctor Lewis, who is better than I could have imagined. He is extremely knowledgeable and skillful, but best of all he is extraordinarily empathetic. His dental assistant and his staff in general are also exceptionally kind and helpful. This was my first visit. Dr. Lewis was thorough and detailed with conversation and fixing my issue with my tooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Lewis. He made me feel very comfortable in his office as well as the entire staff.

From the moment I walked in to Dr Johanns Office I knew I was in good hands. The Staff was friendly , the lobby was very clean and nice. It wasn’t easy to get an appointment with him but I managed to get an early one. He was very good at explaining what my steps would be to further my issues. Ive only been to Rocky Mountain Dental Specialists twice - once for my preliminary exam and today for a gum graft. Both times, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Dr. Cole and felt as though she was the perfect mix of competent, knowledgeable, friendly with just the right amount of bore me with the details in explaining the steps and what she was doing as the procedure went along. I would highly recommend both her and the facility to anyone needing their services.

I was very nervous and scared to have more gum surgery. My first one, done in another state, was very painful and traumatic for me. I was expecting the same thing here but it was not bad at all! Theres only one place Ill go for things like that and its RMDS. Dr. Qadi is the best! I would definitely refer anyone to her.

Nobody likes to hear you need to see a peridontist BUT I had a great experience! Dr. Qadi did a thorough exam - at no time did I feel rushed and I was well informed of my options. Even though the outcome was not what I wanted, Dr. Qadi and her chairside assistant made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

I had a very good experience here I would’ve given him five stars except I was there for such a long time but that may be because they were paying attention to details which is good.Gonna upgrade to 5 stars after my surgery. All upper teeth removed, deep cleaning of bottom and a temp denture. Feel very good so far that this is the right place.

The referral that was submitted by my dentist was not observed or recorded in my schedule, therefore my examination was started and continued for the wrong reason and purpose. After an hour and 40 minutes I questioned what was taking place. They then confirmed that the purpose was a limited evaluation, they reviewed the referral and admitted they had started the wrong procedures. A rush was made to correct the mistake and after 2 1/2 hours I was able to leave with evaluation that had been requested.

Had the best experience. All office staff are super nice. My procedure couldnt have gone more smoothly! And they had the most comfortable dentist chair Ive ever been in!

I went in to get prepped for implants, which unfortunately means getting teeth extracted. I was nervous about the whole procedure, but everybody there was so professional and so nice and very comforting. The next day was pretty much pain free, which reflects on how professional the doctors and techs performed. I am in the process of a lengthy implant procedure and had lots of anxiety around it. The staff & Drs at Rocky Mtn Dental Specialists are very good, highly professional, excellent skilled Drs (Horrocks & Lewis) that set my mind at ease. So far, it has been a very positive experience. They listened to my concerns, provided options and even worked on a billing strategy together. They are not the cheapest option but I would not trust my smile and results to anyone else. I would recommend them for delicate procedures, they are the best in the business.

Dr. Cole and her staff were warm, professional, sensitive and so available to answer any questions. I experienced such a quality of active listening and responding to my needs. I have been using natural medicine my whole life andI felt an appreciation and sensitivity to my situation. Dr. Lewis is great at assessing and explaining the information and how any issues can impact things. He also doesnt rush you to unnecessary treatment but takes care to make sure he is recommending only treatments that will truly help correct any problems. Dr. Ryan Lewis is a great dental specialists, yet he moved multiple times all having me under the impression he was accepting my dental insurance...not the case I paid full price bc he never signed up with my insurance, I REGRET agreeing to be his patient when he decided to leave the office I was referred to him to begin with where my insurance was accepted, no I think Dr. Ryan Lewis is a skilled dental specialist yet a money grabbing dishonest one, Id never spend another dime for his services an the staff is self absorbed empty headed dummies

I appreciated their willingness to take the time to explain the procedure that would be performed on my son with patience and in-depth knowledge. I felt like everyone treated both me and my son with respect. I was also very impressed with the friendliness of the front desk staff. They were delightful and very easy to work with when I called with my Mom questions. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

My regular dentist referred me to the periodontists at Rocky Mountain Dental Specialists [RMDS]. Very nice, clean and modern office space. I received a very thorough preliminary exam by Dr Sara Qadi. She explained what my options were and what she would do if she was the patient. As the problem was somewhat complicated she even went to another Dr. In the office to consult and see if they would advise anything different! So I waited and got a second exam by Dr Christine Cole with a different expertise that being a laser treatment. [I was only charged for the basic exam.] I was given a home treatment plan and an appointment for laser+skin graft procedure. It turned out instead of 8 weeks out they had a cancellation for the very next morning. The assistants of whom I saw 3 of them between the 2 day appointment were competent and friendly and fun. The actual procedure was painless and I was informed what they were going to do and how they were proceeding. That evening I received a check up phone call to make sure I was doing okay. Very professional and still very personable the care was excellent!They would have received 5 stars if they would have taken Medicare Advantage. But insurance and dental seem to be way behind versus medical.

The new facility is beautiful and very efficient. Covid protocol was followed to the letter, and I felt very confident about my time spent there. The team is warm, friendly and very professional. Both Audrey and Dr. Cole listened to my issue and reassured me that my concern will be well treated.

I first went to Dr Cole at Boulder Periodontics when I needed a bone impact after two failed implants with another dentist in Boulder. Dr Cole and her team were fantastic--informative, compassionate and highly skilled. Dr Cole and her assistant Audrey were again very informative and skilled. I was particularly impressed in these Covid times that the room had negative air handling, similar to those in surgical ORs, thus reducing the risk of infection. I have had a decent amount of surgery and dental work in the past. I am new to the Boulder area and was referred to Dr. Horrocks by my dentist from back home. I could not be more happy with the service Dr. Horrocks and the hygienist Judy provided. They are compassionate and very good at what they do.

I underwent a frenectomy with Dr. Qadi. I was extremely nervous going in, but when I got there, everyone from the front desk staff to dental assistants did everything they could to help reassure me the procedure would be smooth and painless. They were right and I have honestly never had a more painless dental experience. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Qadi.

This is a large modern facility with friendly, personal and professional service from both the staff as well as the practitioners.

My first impression was that the office is Beautiful and clearly state of the art! The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful, I knew right away I was in good hands which put me at ease and helped with my dental anxiety. There has always been someone there to pick up to phone and if not they would promptly return my calls, that seems hard to find these days. They are very punctual and respectful of your time. There has not once been an appointment where I was left sitting in the waiting room 30 or more minutes after my scheduled appointment time. So no waiting around wondering when they are going to bring you back which also adds to my dental anxiety. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than 5 minutes before I’m brought back to see the doctor then the doctor comes in promptly as well. Who has time to sit around in a doctors office waiting to be taken care of when we all have busy lives and better things to do with our time. That never happens here.When I met Dr. Johann and his assistants Angie and Liz. I was given the most thorough exam ever by a dentist. There was just so much attention to detail and I was educated about my mouth and TMJ issues and desire to improve the appearance of my smile. I left after my first visit feeing very excited. He had all the answers I needed and a plan that made me feel confident the he will do exactly what is necessary to give me the teeth I’ve always wished I had, and a gorgeous smile while simultaneously correcting my TMJ pain and headaches. The aesthetics and function of my mouth are in the right hands. Even the temporary crowns they placed on my teeth are gorgeous compared to the way my teeth looked before. I already feel that I can smile without covering my mouth and being self-conscious.I have how realized my insecurities about my appearance were primarily caused by my teeth.... I wish I was introduced to Dr. Johann and his crew years ago. Better late than never, right?Wts, I would recommend Dr. Johann to all of my friends and family. They are in good hands.

For someone who doesnt even have a filling at 42 years of age, it was ironic to look up a prosthodontist, but I was desparate because my bite after doing braces was so bad that my quality of life was diminished. After more than 10 session with my own ortho to fix the bite and issues still existing, I called Dr. Johann. I found him to be very knowledgable and thorough. He is very methodical in his approach which I really appreciated. He was so patient with me. After being through the ringer, I was very gun shy to have my virgin teeth shaved down even more. But he took the time to meet with me and explain everything in detail (multiple times at no charge). Called me personally every time I had a question. He always took the time to answer all my question and I never felt rushed. Finally what the ortho failed to do, he accomplished in 2 session. I cant thank him enough for giving me my quality of life back. I can eat again. I have a lot less jaw pain. I wish I could give him 10 stars.

The nurse, Dominic, and doctor, Horrocks, were both very comfortable to deal with. Dr Horrocks was easy to talk with and clarified all my questions. I feel comfortable heading toward my oral surgery date.

I now have all my cleanings done at Rocky because they are thorough and have gotten rid of the plague buildup left by other dental hygenists. Even though it is more expensive, proper cleaning prevents gum disease which is more costly once it develops.
