I just completed Phase 1 of my treatment plan for restoring my upper and lower front teeth. I couldnt be happier with the results. My wife and I chose Dr. McKay Butler as our family dentist when he came to the Twin Peaks practice about 3 years ago. Now that he is the sole owner, we support this practice in every way! The staff are super friendly and helpful and growing every day. Kyms explanation of my options for a restoration treatment plan was informative, complete, and encouraging. Dr. Butler provides attentive, professional dental consultation and expert execution. Now, I cant wait to complete Phase 2 next month!

I have been going to Twin Peaks for almost 10 years and have been through 3 dentists. I have been pleased with all my work, with minor exceptions. The best tooth cleaning I have ever had anywhere. The current dentist is VERY good and just did several fillings, 2 new caps and other minor work. No complaints at all. I actually live in Texas but save my dental visits for when I visit my son in Colorado. I am super happy with Twin Peaks and will continue to go there.

I was happy to find a dental office that could see me, a visitor to CO, with an emergency situation. Doctor and Staff were helpful and communicative when I had questions.Office Mgr. gave me her after hours contact as my situation was rather tenuous. She responded promptly.I was most appreciative of having a special Rx upon leaving the office after my extraction and Bone Graft, which became fearfully painful. Honestly, due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, my procedure left me with the most intense, frightening pain I’ve ever experienced. I wish I had that Tylenol3in me before leaving the office.Having an office and staff available with almost no notice was the biggest plus about Twin Peaks. They have a sister office in Lafayette as well.

Had my first visit with Aimee and Dr. Butler today. A very thorough appointment, comprehensive treatment plan and very friendly team.

I needed a new dentist as mine had moved, and this was the first place that popped up under my health insurance. I sure am glad it did too! The office is beautiful, clean and opulently appointed. The whole staff is friendly and engaging and all the work they have done for me has been highly professional. I am so happy to have found these folks.10/10, worth busting my tooth

We go there for our routine dental cleanings, and dont plan on going anywhere else. The hygienist is friendly and does a great job. While scheduled appointments tend to change a couple weeks before, they are great about notifying you and working to adjust the appt if needed.

In Feb 2021, after having a preventative filling conducted on an upper jaw molar, the filling margins were not correct, and the tooth was making hard contact with the opposite molar on the lower jaw. This caused a sprained tooth which I was told is caused by opposing force during biting that essentially sprains the ligaments between the tooth and jawbone, causing significant sensitivity and pain. I was given steroids to calm the area down and tooth margins redone. After 5 months, the tooth still makes hard contact and causes continual sensitivity. The business made upper and lower bite molds to study my bite and referred me to an orthodontist. This equation does not seem overly complicated. The tooth margins were correct before the filling, and now they still hit hard. It seems there is more of an interest in selling other services rather than correcting the issue created by the filling that is obviously still high.

Aimee, my hygienist, makes sure that I feel welcome and comfortable. She is careful and caring when doing my cleaning. I recommend this office to all my friends.

Great small business. Wish they had more locations. Lots of interesting technology they use and they fully explain the details of imagery or procedures. They also have amazingly caring and knowledgeable staff. I think it was a Peyton that helped me with my imaging and she was ON IT.

I have always been very satisfied with the dental care received by the professionals at Twin Peaks Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Butler, Jennifer and all of the dedicated staff do a great job of caring for my dental needs.

Recently I was in excruciating pain, and of course it was on a Friday, and my regular dentist I see was closed. They so sweetly squeezed me in to help me out and I’m forever grateful for the help and compassion. I would definitely recommend this practice.

As Always, Dr. Butler and the entire Dental Office staff are just fantastic. I hate going to the dentist, but every time I am there, by the end of the visit I am calm and no longer trying to jump out of the chair. Peyton and the others work almost effortlessly ensuring that every patient is heard, taken care of with the most tender methods possible. In my 50 years, this is by far the best group of dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff that I have had the pleasure going to. That cohesion is obviously fostered by Dr. Butler and the results show.

We had a huge snowstorm on a Sunday and, of course, I had a crown break and fall out that day. All dentist offices were closed the next day but I left messages at several. The only office that called me back that day was Twin Peaks Family & Cosmetic Dentistry! The receptionist was checking calls from home. She made me an appointment for early the next day even though I was a new patient!The office had excellent Covid precautions, Dr. Butler and his staff were wonderful, and I got a temporary crown that day and a permanent crown a few day later. I have since gotten my teeth cleaned there and was very impressed with the skill and knowledge of Jennifer. I highly recommend Twin Peaks Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.

I love Twin Peaks Dentistry. I and both of my kids go here and have a great experience every time! My kids are 5 and 3 and very curious. Everyone is always very patient and nice - explaining what the tools are for, what they are doing, and letting them ride up and down in the chair a few times. Im so thankful for the help and support I receive as I try to manage both kids through their appointments.

I recently had my first appointment here for a routine cleaning and exam. My hygienist Aimee was awesome! So friendly and thorough! My teeth have never felt cleaner, and she was so gentle! She explained everything she was doing and the concerns she had related to my dental health.They seem to have all the latest technology at this office - quite incredible what they can see and do nowadays with the new digital imaging tech! Turns out, I have a couple of issues that need addressing that my last dentist never mentioned. But, at least I know now!The dentist came in and fully explained what was going on, and went over all the options for treatment so that I can make an informed decision.Also, and I was VERY impresses by this: I had a root canal over 10 years ago and that tooth has always kinda bothered me ever since. Dr. Butler figured out exactly why it was bothersome - with the help of the digital imaging they have now of my mouth! My last dentist couldnt ever explain to me what was going on, but now I have an answer. It is something I could get fixed if I wanted to, or not if I dont, but at least I know what it is! Knowledge is everything!I will be recommending this office from now on, and the rest of my family will be seeing them as well. Thanks, Twin Peaks Family Dentistry!

Our 7 year old son had only been to another dentist once and did not even make it through the entire appointment and was crying. We were very skeptical to try another Dentist, but unfortunately our son needed to have his teeth cleaned.We went to see Dr. Butler and his team. They were so wonderful with my son. They told him and showed him everything they were going to use and how it worked. He loved it. He did so good with his teeth cleaning and then he had a cavity that we had to come back for and my son was nervous, but again....Dr. Butler and his team were so amazing. My son got laughing gas and sat still the whole time and did so good.We feel sooooo lucky to have found Dr. Butler. Our son has already asked when he gets to get his teeth cleaned again!Such a relief for a parent with a previous bad experience :)

We found Twin Peaks after struggling to get into our regular Boulder dental office over the last year. It ended up being a great decision to change practices. Dr. Butler, the hygienists and staff are all great. Importantly, my kids enjoy going in and arent scared despite needing some serious catch up work. They also use great tech including 3-D imaging that helped identify issues that other practices had not caught in the past. We are big fans of Dr Butler and team and wont be going elsewhere.

The dentist and staff (everyone from the front office to the dental care team) are friendly, polite, and helpful on whatever your dental journey may be. They are especially accommodating to families. I had to bring my three month old daughter to a recent appointment and they were so welcoming and supportive - a staff member even helped get her to sleep so I could have my procedure done. Our entire family goes here (my five year old included) and each visit is a positive experience. I cant say enough good things, and recommend them to anyone looking for a new or different dental office.

I cannot recommend enough Dr. Butler and his staff. I just went through an orthodontic invisiline treatment with them and they were great every step of the way. The hygienist Jennifer is very knowledgeable and even gave me exercises to help with my TMJD. The technician Peyton is skilled and patient and the front office staff accommodating and pleasant. I am really happy with the results and if you are considering invisiline at all I would definitely highly recommend this office to do the job.

The best dental experience Ive ever had. They were hands down so much more thorough than any other place Ive been to. Theyre also great about making sure to explain everything in detail. Came in with an infection during an initial checkup and they were able to get my root canal procedure started that day. The entire staff was super friendly as well. I definitely dont want to go anywhere else other than here for dental work from now on. Give them a shot and you wont be disappointed.

I went here for my retainer and had a great experience, and was happy to bring my daughter back for an Invisalign appointment. We walked in and stood in front of the receptionist for 10 minutes, and there was another client waiting too, while she texted on her cell phone. She never looked up, never recognized us, never welcomed us, nothing. Finally, I asked if there was someone else whom we should be asking for help and she yelled at me that I was late for the appointment. My reply was that I had written down this time, but if I wrote it down wrong, I was sorry and we could reschedule. She stormed off and came back with the office manager who threw us out! HORRIBLE people and a horrible way to to business to allow your frontline staff to text and not even say, Good morning, Ill be right with you. Apparently that is OK with these people.

Ive been a customer/patient at Twin Peaks Dental for many years. Prior to Dr. Butler my experiences were not too good. Since Dr. Butler acquired the practice I have grown to really appreciate the staff and services performed.Over the last few months Ive been having filing replacement and Crowns installed before I have to switch over to Medicare. The staff has been great. To watch Peyton or Lindsey work with Dr. Butler is amazing. They are such an efficient team. Ill be sticking with this practice for the future.

What a wonderful experience! I called for a broken tooth (spoke with Payton who was so friendly and helpful) and they got me in that afternoon for a through examination, X-rays and consultation. The tech Jennifer was so friendly and reassuring, she walked me through everything! Dr. Butler was great! So friendly and professional, he answered all my questions and walked me through a plan of action for what I needed done. I was set up for an appointment within 48 hours for an extraction and bone graft placement (the fastest I’ve ever been able to get a follow up appointment!). The day of my extraction I was so nervous but once again the staff and Dr. Butler took care to make sure I felt comfortable during the whole process. Quick and painless, and again I was set up for a follow up appointment within the week! Lastly, shout out to Kelly the insurance and billing liaison! She walked me through my insurance coverage, what the costs we’re looking like for ALL my future work, and set me up with a payment plan to make it more affordable for me! This had to be one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. These people prioritize their patient comfort and patient needs in the best way possible! I am so excited to find a dental provider in my area that I feel comfortable with. I highly recommend this wonderful, professional team at Twin Peaks.

This dentist is fantastic, I had to get a molar removed and was in extreme pain. They calmed me down and got me in as soon as they could to take a look. They made me feel at ease the whole time and took care of me immediately. They gave me great information on how to move forward and take care of future issues!They are my first choice, every time.

Wow, really the best dentist I have seen. If you fear dentist visits, try this office. Least pain, education about options, dentist knowledgeable, takes time to answer questions, and I felt like the dentists priority was my teeths health. This is the only time I can remember a cleaning that I barely felt--usually cleanings feel like torture, but this office was so gentle. The dentist also impressed me with knowledge and giving options for care, as well as pros and cons of options, suggestions for prioritizing treatment, but no pressure. Totally recommend this dentist to anyone who dreads dental visits--this office has made me feel comfortable going to the dentist for the first time, definitely going back.

I’ve had several dentists and encounter many practices in my 55 years. I’ve never had such a comprehensive evaluation and work up on my first visit. Dr. Butler and his team are very thorough and go to great lengths to make sure you understand their findings and plan for any treatment. Kind, compassionate, and caring! These are just a few words I would use to describe Dr. McKay and his amazing staff. From the way you are greeted on the phone to the wonderful care provided by Jennifer and Amy, our hygenists to the person who assisted with my husbands tooth extraction. She even called the next day to see how Paul was doing. At every turn, this office and its staff has been so good to us. My husband has a rare brain disease which prevents him from communicating well and has trouble swallowing. They were so kind and thoughtful in how they worked with him always sure to treat him kindly and with dignity. The last time we were there the elevator did not work and we had to take the stairs. This is hard for my husband. As we neared our car, there was Dr. McKay who ran down to be sure we got down the stairs okay. This is above and beyond in such a great way, wow! Lastly, Dr. McKay has not only state of the art equipment and knowledge but such a calm and patient way that you can help but feel safe and relaxed. Our whole family goes there now and I only wished we had found this great place years ago. Thank you Dr. McKay and your wonderful staff!

We switched to Twin Peaks, hoping for a more personal experience. The staff was exceptional, from making the appointments to checking out to going over costs. The dental assistants, Jenn and Vickie, were so patient and personable. Dr. Butler was great and really took the time to go over things. Everyone was so patient and kind with our kids as well. We are so happy we found this practice!

We have enjoyed our Familys dental visits over the last 3 years here. This is the dental office our children first had recieved cleanings and dental care. Our children look forward to coming everytime and they are ages 6 and 3! Dr. Butler is great with kids and so are the hygenists and entire staff! We recently all have been in for cleanings and the measures they are taking during this pandemic make us feel at ease! We highly recommend this office!

If i could leave NO stars, that would be my choice. Upon acquiring new insurance coverage, I called Twin Peaks dental to see if they were in my network, and I was told they were. After having my teeth cleaned as well as both of my children, I receive a bill for $512. My insurance offers a free cleaning each year, so I was confused. Why would I go somewhere I would have to pay for a cleaning? When I called the office letting them know I was told they were in my network, the rude receptionist stated, I told you we accept all insurance...I didnt say we were in your network per se. WHAT? Freaking WHAT? While I realize I couldve checked this myself, I assumed most dental offices have some level of integrity and actually want to promote transparency and accountability. Guess not. I will NEVER go back to this shady practice.

Always freaked out at the prospect of going to the dentist, but these guys are AWESOME! They are very personable I am comfortable with the work Ive had done and Im so happy I found them. Jennifer did my deep cleaning and she was very patient with me and super knowledgeable so she walked me through everything. Of course Tiffany at the front desk rocks, she was able to work with me for payments and always smiling and friendly, I love walking in the front door. As long as Im in Colorado, this will be my dentist office.

Can I just say, I HATE (emphasis on hate) going to the dentist. I have not gone to the dentist in probably over five years. I finally had to make an appointment due to the fact my mouth was getting a bit sore and I definitely was wayy over due for a cleaning. Well, they were the first people I found via Google search and let me just say, I am SOO impressed. I felt so welcomed and not anxious or anything about the cleaning. I actually am so glad I came here because they asked me before hand what they can do to relieve my anxiety or stress before they started. They also got me a blanket because I was getting chilled. What an amazing team. An amazing dental group. I enjoyed Dr. Butler and his knowledge with what I wanted done. I felt that he really listened to what I wanted/needed to do. ALSO! I cannot forget about Kim. She was the hygienist who did my cleaning. She was so smart and REALLY got me into flossing. I know we all lie about flossing. But now I understand the importance of it and she set me up for success. I have a bottom permanent retainer and its hard to floss there so I usually dont. But ever since she told me the tools I can use to floss its been a breeze and I actually want to floss! The front desk staff are also very knowledgeable and super friendly. I really am so impressed and I have never looked forward to a dental visit until now. They are truly an amazing team of people!! Thank you for giving me such great care!!

First I have a really small mouth and cannot open as wide as the average person. Every time Dr. Toth work on teeth in the back he would become visibly frustrated. The last time I was getting two crowns put on back two teeth. I was trying but was having problems with gagging after he numbed my roof of my mouth. One crown came off and he had it had to be cemented again. He was checking my bite and adjusting. I was having issues and he just stopped and said you might have to come back. I have had six dentists work on my mouth over the years due to moving. None have had the issues he has had or gotten frustrated and given up. I will never go back to him and if I had children he wouldnt get near them. He is first doctor or dentist I have ever had become visible frustrated and give up.

I was referred here by family members. I love how Twin Peaks Dental does a whitening special for a charity to help out local children. What a great team!

Very bad experience with rude Kelly person.First appt asked me sit for 45 min and didn’t take me due to soar lips.my children missed their classes.Scheduled my appointment second time,I was only 5 min late and they asked me to sit 5 min and Kelly lady started arguing very badly about me being 10 min late.I just left and now finding new Doc.Every time I have visited them,they asked our family to sit and wait for 30 mins.

I went in on 6/9/16 with a tooth that was beginning to give me trouble and discovered I needed a root canal. Dr. Toth was able to fit me in right then and even called me personally to check on me that evening.I have NEVER written a review for anyone before today, but the entire staff of Twin Peaks Dental are wonderful and deserve to be recognized.

I chose Twin Peaks Dental because they offered more than general dentistry such as crowns, implants and invisalign. I was taking a chance, as I just found them on the internet. I feel so lucky, I have never had such a good dentist. I see Dr. Mckay Butler. I was impressed with my first visit. Jennifer, ( I hope I have her name right) did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and she even reviewed flossing and care. I learned a few new things, and my teeth looked awesome. Dr Butler listened to all my concerns and came up with a good plan for me. My next visit was fillings. I became really anxious in the office. The staff (even the office manager) was reassuring. Dr Butler did a great job. I have always had problems getting numb. I have felt every dental procedure in my past. By the time I realized I should warn the staff, I was totally numb. I did not feel a thing. This was the first time that it wasnt a problem. The filling material used looks so nice compared to my old ones. Its smooth and I cant tell the difference between the filling and my tooth. Dr Butler used this special suction device in your mouth, and you dont feel like your drowning while hes at work. The little things make all the difference...Dont hesitate to go to this office, or Dr. Butler. I cant imagine going to the dentist gets any better.

I am new to the Loveland area and havent had the best luck in the past with dental care. Dr. Toth & his staff provided me with excellent, professional care. I appreciated the staffs warm welcome and Dr. Toths delightful bedside manor. I will most definitely be following up at Twin Peaks for my dental care from this point forward!

Keyword is shady. Always have surprise bills they cant explain. Currently trying to tell me I owe them more money from 2014. Ridiculous and shady.

Go somewhere else. I have a long list of reasons, but the long and short of it is, I went in without any pain. I was told for the past 2 years by Dr. Toth I needed crowns on teeth with larger fillings. I finally caved and went with Dr. Toths recommendation to do all 3 at once. Now, I am in pain, swollen, and bruised. I was never followed up with after the procedure, and when I called, customer service was not a priority.

Dr. Toth was absolutely impossible to work with. He refused to prescribe an antibiotic for an infected tooth because I am allergic to penicillin and keflex. He said he didnt know what else to prescribe. If he is a prescribing physician he should be able to figure it out. Now I have to go to my regular physician so they can prescribe one because I cant get into an endodontist for 2 weeks. I will never go back to him again. I have no faith in his abilities as a dentist and I feel he is just in it for the money he can get for implants.

Awesome staff really helpful saved me from not having to do root canal which most dentist would immediately go to that procedure. Thank you guys!!!!!

Their old receptionist was on point!The new receptionist over-scheduled the same time slot leaving three patients waiting, only to be rushed through by an erratic Dr. Toth.Dr. Toth then proceeded to work on a relative of one of the dental assistants & was far more attentive than he was with my daughter.
