Dental Horizons always take excellent care of their patients.Sam took my checkup X-rays without hurting me and my tiny mouth, which I really appreciated. Shivaun did a thorough hygiene visit, asked questions and listened to my preferences with tips of her own. She kept up friendly, calm chatter through the visit.I really love Dr. Kelson as a dentist! He is compassionate, a good listener and funny. It’s nice to be given options when treatment is need and to know how much it will cost before doing any work.Keep up the great work!!

Ive only had an initial visit, but it was a great one. The atmosphere was very calming and bright which is good because I have some dentist phobia. I felt Covid-safe the entirety of my visit. Staff, both clerical and clinical, were warm and welcoming. The technician/hygienist (not sure of title) was gentle and professional. I really liked the doctor. He was gentle and explained things.Im glad I liked them, because I do need some long-avoided work done in my mouth. Now Ill feel confident going back.And Ill let you know if it continues to be as great!

I broke a crown late Monday afternoon, called the dentist and was able to get in the next day at 8:30 am. Got a temp crown and was on my way home by 10:30. I appreciated how quick I was able to get in without an appointment to get this taken of. The entire staff was great to work with.

Everyone at Dental Horizons is warm, friendly and professional. Dr. Kelson and his staff are very competent in doing their best to provide the best care for my teeth and mouth. There are no surprise costs. Everything is reviewed with me before treatment is begun.

I have had such a positive experience at Dental Horizons and I am so impressed with Dr. Kelson and his staff. My kids and I just recently relocated back to Colorado and needed to establish dental care in Longmont. After researching several dentist in the Longmont area, I decided on Dr. Kelson. I was NOT disappointed and so impressed. The initial visit was incredibly thorough - probably the most thorough dental visit I have ever had. For context, I have moved and had to establish care in over 10 different cities in my adult life. My initial visit included a thorough periodontal exam, full-set of x-rays, and a discussion about any concerns or issues I may have with my teeth or gums. I also had a very thorough cleaning and the hygienist spent time talking to me about what she saw - reminding me to be more gentle when I brush and floss. I also had a front tooth filling fixed - I chipped my tooth when I was 10 years old - and the filling was in desperate need of being replaced. I am so pleased with the results of my new smile. Dr. Kelson also cleaned up another filling that was irritating my gum and causing a pocket. All this happened in the first 2 weeks of establishing care. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Dental Horizons.

This dental office is amazing! I wish I could give 10 stars! I have never had anesthetic placed without even feeling it like I did during my dental appointment. Dr Kelson and his assistant Megan took excellent care of me. I was really numb and was able to listen to my book while they fixed my tooth. I was even able to take a nap during the treatment; I was that comfortable... Lol. So if youre looking for a wonderful dentist who will give you a comfortable experience and educate you all at the same time Dr.Kelson and his team at Dental Horizons is who you need to see. My son and I went in for our routine cleaning. This was my sons first dental visit. He was so nervous about going to the dentist and kept saying he didnt want to go. Everyone was kind, interactive, positive, and showed experience working with kids. By the time we were done and in the car my son was saying that we should do this every week.

The staff really came together to support me thru what started out as simply a filling; for some reason, I became fearful and needed to reschedule, and consider using prior medicating; which was awesome Although unplanned, they walked me thru a Plan B, saving both my tooth and face. I feel very well cared for , and that the office can rise to the challenge thru their caring.

Dental Horizons was very well organized with the new process; a short wait in the car while they readied, temperature check and questionnaire at check in, and they were super vigilant about all of the masking and other safeguards during the visit. I just finished my first appointment at dental horizons and could not be happier. The team was wonderful from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left. I even got a call from the dentist himself yesterday to see if I had any specific concerns that I wanted to discuss in advance! Todays exam was the most thorough exam I think Ive ever had. Their equipment is state of the art and the office is very well equipped and clean. Along the way they explained everything they did and were very thoughtful about making recommendations and making sure that I was comfortable. They even have what they refer to as a comfort menu where they offer blankets, warm neck pillows, earbuds, etc. to help make your visit as comfortable as possible physically as well as emotionally. My first impression is that this practice deserves an A+.

I had my first appointment with Dental Horizons yesterday and it was fantastic. Very organized - got me in right on time - and friendly and thorough service. The first time i went was amazing. But this time, I was randomly told I had a tongue tie (which I probably would’ve known 18 years ago) and it just “needed” to be fixed even though I didn’t have any of the problems that this lady was naming came with a tongue tie. She stated random things like indigestion and random things that I insisted I didn’t have and still didn’t let up on some tongue tie surgery. She insisted in a few to many ways and it was almost like a sales pitch from the dentist.... Not something I look for in healthcare AT ALL. The actual dentist Dr. Kelson at this place is awesome. Thorough, and thoughtful but the hygienist was a different story.... Also quite painful...

This is the best dentist office I have ever gone to. The dental hygienist Lisa gave me by far the best cleaning I have ever had. And the doctor was very generous when I had to have some extra work done not covered by my insurance. Such a great experience! Highly recommend them.

Super friendly, punctual, thorough and easy to get to. I have seen Kimmie twice now and am very happy with the education she gives on good oral health care. Also appreciate the wait and see (if safe, which for me is the case) instead of pushing a procedure that may not actually be needed. Honesty like that goes a long way in my opinion.

Hands down one of the best dental establishments I have ever been to. Along with the award winning customer service and knowledgeable and professional staff, I was greeted with a wealth of information about how my oral care is affecting me as well as things I can do to improve it. I found that there were things about my mouth that I may need to get looked out for my future health decades from now that none of my previous dentists ever told me. I am so happy I had the honor and the privilege to be able to come to this amazing dental establishment and get their expert care. I will continue to come to this establishment for the foreseeable future.

At first I thought it was really sweet that this office gave away a raffle item each month/quarter. You get raffle tickets if you check in on FB or give a google review (so of course for the incentive youd make a good review). Now after having a negative experience here it feels like bribery to ensure that ones google reviews are all positive. My boyfriend was treated here and they stabbed one of his veins in his mouth with the numbing agent which then made him have an episode. He asked for them to call his emergency contact, they did not. I found it overall very unprofessional. My boyfriend ended up calling me when he was able and I rushed over from work. Instead of letting me see my boyfriend I was immediately escorted into their conference room because the doctor wanted to tell me what happened. The dental hygienist told me what happened, but it was really just so they could control the narrative before I could hear both sides and from my boyfriend. Overall... manipulative.

Very warm and welcoming place. Erica’s initial tour of the office was awesome, it gave me a great sense for the office and how they operate. Lexie cleaned my teeth and she was super nice and did a great job! Dr. Kelson was very kind and sincere when discussing treatment with me. They both answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

This dentist is very pushy about getting all sorts of treatment that previous dentists didnt recommend. 6 months after my last appointment and I am still getting bills for things. When I called and asked why I was still being billed they said it was because of a computer glitch. We are now with a different dentist in Niwot and are very happy. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.All the good reviews you see are from customers trying to win a “raffle. I wouldnt believe the good reviews.Reply to Owner: I wouldve been more interested in talking to your Director of Operations when I was on the phone with you last week asking about my surprise bill, but you guys werent interested in helping me then, so we have moved to a new dentist.

Have been going here for years and have loved the way they take care of our whole family. Great experience for adults as well as children. The team here is awexome. The hygienist and dentist are very good at identifying problems and solutions, as one would expect. What impresses me is how they identify what parts of the treatment would be out-of-pocket expenses and inform you about the cost with insurance before performing it. Theyre a very rare dentist organization that get both treatment and billing right.

Had my first appointment today. Judi got me in faster than I could blink!! Sunny gave me a tour. Kelsey and Lexi were a great tag team for cleaning, charting and x-rays. I recently went in to Dental Horizons for my periodic cleaning and saw Lexie. She was great! She talked me through all that was going on during my cleaning and also brought me up to speed on some issues that I was having with grinding my teeth in my sleep. As a result of identifying this issue, she recommended that I consider having a night guard made. I scheduled my appointment to take the impressions for my night guard and just had that done. I’m excited to get my new device in and see how I can improve my Bad habit as well as making my mouth much more comfortable.What an awesome team!

All the great reviews are true. Dr. Kelson and his staff bend over backwards to make you feel welcome, and they truly listen to your concerns. I am a big wimp when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr. Kelson heard me, and he went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed to feel comfortable and safe. The hygienists obviously take their cues from Dr. Kelson, as they too listened carefully and were attentive to my every concern. I cant recommend this office highly enough. Dental Horizon staff is friendly and honest. They told me facts about my mouth and how a condition i have could effects me is x,y,z ways in the future. They also said the knowledge on it is fairly new but they are continuing to study it. Which was good to know they arent just making this stuff up and not admitting it could potentially be different information in the future. Despite my weird condition they were very gentle and generous with the cleaning and exam process. 5 stars because they deserve it!

The facility is small (good thing imo), easy parking, clean, and everyone is very nice and understanding. They do a lot to ensure you are as comfortable as can be. I will be coming back
