Everyone at “The Joint” is super nice and knowledgeable. They fixed all my aches and pains fast!

The staff was amazing so nice got me in the same day and very thorough. I will make them my go to chiropractor from now on.

This was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor. He explained everything before he adjusted me which made me feel very comfortable!! This made my experience very pleasant.

I used to go there to see Dr.Brandon. he is great! However had to stop going. Membership was. Little much for me. But I love this place.

Every week they help put back together my worn out body and I feel great afterwards. I am so happy to have found the Joint Longmont.

Dont go here, if you do, at least do not pay for treatments in a package or bundle. They stole all my credit because it had expired after making it difficult to walk in and see anyone, not being open for a month, and after calling them up to find out my credits had all expired they apologize for how I feel about it. Wow, thats what abusers do when they know they are wrong. Ill never do business with The Joint again in my lifetime.

I was beyond impressed with the office. We are from out of town. My son hurt his ankle really badly. I know Chiropractors know way more about bones, tendons etc. than a regular doctor.Even though they knew we were not going to be a repeat customer, they treated us like royalty! They were sooooo helpful and their diagnosis was excellent. The best part is that they did it all for practically no cost.I wish that we lived nearby. They are amazing!!Professional, knowledgable, skilled and so caring.

Justin Smestad in Longmont is great. Hes been working on my sciatica with great success. I highly recommend him. I thought it was a low back/vertebrae issue and he diagnosed the piriformis as the problem.

Poor customer service skills and thiefs. I asked to have my services canclled in april during covid,and not oly did they lie to me saying I was canclled but when brought to attention that I was still being charged, they refuse to refund me and blame me saying I didnt fill out a form I was never given. Even with proof of email back in April, they still wont refund me.

I drove in from Texas and my back went out. I couldn’t hardly walk. Brandon was amazing!! Within just a few visits I was back to feeling normal! This place is very affordable and extremely convenient! I had no insurance and no appointment. I was able to be seen right away and only $29 for my first visit. I then signed up for the monthly plan which is only $65 per month which gives me 4 visits per month. A copay would cost more than this! I love The Joint!! 😍

Just went in for an adjustment and had a great experience I had to share. Dr. Brandon is so friendly and professional. He really listened and took the time to discuss my needs for my visit. The front was busy and he still was able to do a great job and take the one on one time with me, never making me feel as though he was rushed. The lady who checked me in was also friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this spot for an adjustment!

Ive been going here for several years and just cancelled my membership. You get what you pay for. On paper, its a great deal, but in reality, you WILL walk in to hour wait times, or be turned away completely. They only have one doctor at this location and it becomes easily overrun. The doctors are all competent, but the company has gotten too big too fast. The last straw was when I had billing questions, and the Longmont folks werent answering my questions correctly and I then tried to contact the main customer service , and three times doing that (phone, contact form and email) - all three were ignored. I did have a lot better luck and service at the Boulder location though, at least they have 2-3 docs working, so if youre gonna do it, think about sticking with Boulder. I am now going to a place that accepts appointments. A little more expensive but time is money, and I am not wasting time like I was here, unfortunately.UPDATE - I appreciate your reply - however, it took me doing a review to get a response. The clinic was not able to answer my billing questions so where else am I supposed to go if they cant resolve it? You guys charged me for my return month when I did my freeze, and since then I have cancelled, and I still have not received a refund for that return month - I dont know when that is supposed to happen, and I cant get the question answered. I cancelled on Aug 19, and still no return of that return month charge you guys do. When I did speak to the front desk person a few months ago, she really seemed to have little idea of how this whole process goes. There seems to be little support by your company if the local clinic is not solving an issue or answering questions.Please advise.

Dr. Brandon has really changed my view on this place. I thought I had met him sometime maybe a familiar face, after he had started my adjustment I knew I had not had him before he had the touch that you wont forget. I could barely get out of bed and now I am back to normal just on an adjustment. Definitely hope he stays a while. I really enjoy this location and have had both great and poor care there. It is hard to beat the price which inspires frequency and regularity of treatment. This makes a difference in maintaining alignment, however, BE CAREFUL...I recommend interviewing your chiropractor and or watching him/her adjust another person before allowing them to work on you. Remember it is your body, so if you feel you need gentle care, say so. These chiropractors will listen to you.

I was apprehensive to leave a review for awhile because every time I went in I saw a new face at the counter and in the back. Everyone I have met has been pleasant enough, but the lack of consistency was concerning. The past couple of weeks when I go in there is a wonderful lady at the front desk, Stephanie and the new Doctor, Dr. Brandon was excellent. Im a tough adjustment and he was able to get me from head to toe. My new dynamic duo!

Stephanie is absolutely wonderful. She got me in and through the paperwork then back to the doctor very quickly and on a Saturday too, typically their busiest day!Dr. Brandon Sager is without a doubt a top notch chiropractor and Ive seen plenty over the years. He went over my MRI report and we discussed the locations and types of pain I was experiencing. He then performed a physical exam that precisely located the sources of my pain. His adjustments brought some instant relief and after a couple of days I began to truly appreciate his work as the relief became even more pronounced.Today was my second visit and Ill keep coming back.You could do a lot worse than here but it would take you a while to find any better.

First visit and beyond disappointed. Initial exam was a simple push on my shoulders no scans or other physical test. Only basic table and was told my sciatic adjustment done wouldnt be done by the other chiropractors in the office due to their style. Then receptionist forgot to give me first time paperwork then at the end tried to get me to sign up for the monthly plan by adding 3 more adjustments for the month. Unprofessional

Dr. Pointdexter is Amazing! He listens to every compliant you have and does the best to educate you in the history of why it hurts and what you can do to lessen and help the pain. he has a very comfortable adjustment method and all around is caring Doctor! I Highly recommend him especially to those who are new to chiropractic care!

The new doc who moved here from Peurto Rico is fantastic! Thank goodness he was hired after Dr Justin was promoted. The new doc knows what he is doing and can help. I hope they keep him on as the place seems to lose good docs more than often than not. I tried multiple places in CO and best care here.

Super convenient. I really like how you do not have to schedule an appointment and you can just walk in. Normally I am in and out in a matter of minutes. This place is also super affordable. I am on their wellness plan and I get 4 adjustments a month for $49. Cant beat that. Plus everyone is really friendly. I have recommended this place several times to my friends and they love it just as much as I do.

As soon as I walked into the Joint I was so impressed with the staff and how gracious they were. The doctor took me right back and asked me a few questions and new exactly what he needed to do. For the price of what I am paying you cant ask for better service or feeling as good as you can. I am so excited I found this place!! I work at home and my shoulders are killing me, I feel amazing!

He acknowledged that the Longmont office has a longer wait time and that they are working on making it better. He was easy to communicate with and got my problem resolved. I hope that no one else has to climb the authority ladder to anything done but if thy do I hope they can get to talk to Ugine as he was very helpful.Old review:Bad customer service and too long of wait times, no refunds when requested, no managers/owners to speak with. Receptionist will tell you average wait time is 15 minutes but all the times we have tried to use the services we paid for its been an hour plus wait alone. Requested a refund since they cant get us in and the solution is go to a different branch to be seen. This good place to get ripped off and never be able to use anything you pay for.

Great place! Very fast and affordable! Even cheaper than using my insurance somewhere else. I did the plan for $69 and go once a week. I got my husband and my mom to go as well after my first visit there!

I walked into The joint chiropractic barely able to walk and in so much pain. After my first visit I was already feeling 50%better. I now go weekly and feel amazing. Such friendly staff as well. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I live in Loveland, he makes the 40 minute drive every week to see Dr Brandon. He swears up and down how amazing his back feels after his visits. Ive never been to a chiropractor and today I had my first visit. Ive had CONSTANT none stop hip pain for over 11 years that causes my back, knees, spine, and shoulders to hurt. After our visit, my hip pain was completely gone, something I havent felt in over 11 years. I cant thank or recommend Dr. Brandon and the other incredible Drs at The Joint enough. I highly recommend this to everyone. Thank you agian!

Not very personalized experiences. Also, I hate that the wait times are ridiculous. I’ve currently been waiting for 50 minutes to be seen. Not a fan of this place all around. I cancelled my membership to go to a chiropractor who a) accepts insurance, b) will give me a personalized experience and treatment, and c) schedule appointments so I’m not wasting my time sitting here for a freaking hour.

Ive always had back issues, and got referred to check out The Joint. At first I was hesitant about getting an adjustment.. But Dr. Deb really made me feel comfortable! It was quick and easy and once my spine was realigned I felt like a whole new person! I will be back for more adjustments thats for sure!!

The new doctor Dr. Jared, is so great, hes super thorough. Hes also funny and nice. He lightens the mood a lot when hes there.

They were good... a long time ago. In the meantime: no consistent staffing, less experienced administrative staff. Pricing is not competitive at all anymore. There are much better choices in Longmont.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Dr. Christianson is the worst Chiropractor ever. He second we walked in he was already trying to get us to sign up for their monthly wellness plan even before he had evaluated my girlfriend of I. My girlfriend was in neck pain which she told him yet he still jerks her around with no regard to her pain. Cracking her upper back/neck using his body weight to do so. Needless to say her pain is significantly worse and she left there in tears. I was next to see this terrible “doctor” telling him I have neck pain and a headache. He says I have “brittle back bones” and that I need to come back each week to “strengthen them”. He they attempts to adjust my neck causing a huge knot in my upper back. I tell him what he’s done and he tries to correct it by lifting me off the ground with my hands on my head while he shakes me to get my back to pop. This guy is the worst chiropractor EVER! Do not go there ever!! I left there with the same headache but now my back has a huge knot making it hurt to even turn my head.

I’ve been going to Longmont’s The Joint for a couple years now. I go once a week for ‘maintenance’ and I feel it keeps me going and allows me to stay active without any debilitating back problems. The staff is always very professional and knowledgeable and I ALWAYS feel better when leaving than when I go in. THANKS!

I suffer from migraines and have since I was a teen. I used to them once to twice a month. After I started getting adjustments at The Joint they have lessened. I havent had a migraine in months and its all thanks to the convenience and affordability of The Joint. :D Thanks so much!

I went in two days in a row because I got adjusted, went to work and messed up my back again. So I went in the next day and I believe her name is Dr. Michelle. She only works there on Wednesdays and she works at the Thornton location as well. She is my hero! She adjusted spots that no other chiropractor has been able to adjust right. I walked out of there feeling like a brand new woman. Shes great at what she does! Ill be coming in a lot more on Wednesdays now!

I have such a hard time with this location. They are always revolving Dr.s. Up until now I really havent had much issues with anyone but the current one I loathe. I dont want to go back but I like the convenience. Trying to figure what days he is not there so I dont feel so uncomfortable.I understand that this business is all about selling memberships but when tell them I cant and why his whole personality changes and then he stops the adjustments. Cuts me off and says have a nice day (my name) .. I think thats your name right?Be careful when you go here!

This place wont let me cancel my account and refused to give me the number to corporate so I had to find the number on my own...Im going to have to dispute the payments in my bank now.

I transferred from Fort Collins. I tried here three times. I got a bigger guy who had a very arrogant Vibe about him! I have a spondylothesis so I require a little more attention. All three times he just put me on the bed and started cracking I walked away feeling worse than when I came in I told him about this each time and had to suffer for days over Thanksgiving out of state because I went in before break to get adjusted. Before I give a review I like to try something two to three times. There was a lady that worked only on Thursdays that did a great job but it makes it impossible if thats the only day to go. Otherwise I had to deal with the heavier-set guy with the Arrogant attitude. I am very upset with the service that I got and then when I tried to cancel they told me I had to pay for another month even though I had only been there 3 weeks? So I was stuck walking away and paying another $85 for something that didnt work in the first place and now I had to give them money for not knowing how to do their job correctly. I would stay away from this place if you cherish your health! There needs to be New Management and people that actually care about their job and helping others! I switched to chiro now on Main Street. $25 a time no hassle with bills. The guy is a great guy and solved my neck issues immediately!!!

Ive been adjusted at this location a few times now and am quite happy with Dr. Shimer.Im unhappy, however, with the gals who work at the front desk. None of them are really paying attention to the clients coming in for adjustments. On one occasion, the girl barely noticed me as she was playing with her phone. Another is usually too busy with paperwork. This is the only location I have experienced this, and besides Boulder, I visit The Joint in three other states. In all other locations, the girls have been very friendly and helpful.

I have been going to this clinic since they opened a few years ago. Dr. Shimer was my doctor for a couple years. When she left, the place fell apart, care was inconsistent, and some of the new doctors actually hurt me. However, they have Dr. Becky and she is fantastic. My husband hurt his back and after one treatment he was able to stand straight. So, they get 5 stars from me now. The Joint has a great concept, the drawback is whether the current chiropractor is good. Theres no doubt this site struggled after Dr. Shimer left, but I believe they are back on track with Dr. Becky.

Had a wonderful experience! I had never been to a chiropractor before so was a little nervous but the Dr was very friendly. Back pain was not completely relieved but I did feel much better. The price was extremely reasonable and I will be back. Haha back.

I am so very happy with Dr. Christian Kneckte at the Longmont, CO office. He is prompt and very thorough. He takes the time to get to know every patients individual needs and modifies the delivery of his adjustments to meet those needs.(softer hands/heavier hands, different adjustment positions Etc.) In addition, he is able to get me back in alignment and I never leave feeling like the adjustment didnt go well. I have long term and significant back and neck issues, and he is able to get me back to normal everytime. I am also a weekly patient of his.He has been an amazing addition to this location, and the fact that he is a constant and dependable presence at this location sets my mind at ease and is invaluable to this business.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went in with severe neck pain. Despite telling the “doctor” this multiple times, he kept brushing me off and talking about how I need to ice and heat my eyeballs and should see him once a week. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time and my pain is worse after leaving there. I left crying from both physical pain and for feeling like I was taken advantage of. The positive reviews on this place were for another doctor who is no longer there. Don’t be fooled into going here!

Since Dr. Christian came to this location I have never felt better. He has pinpoint accuracy on the areas I need most, and every time it sounds like someone jumping on bubble paper when I am being adjusted! He has turned around this location in the short time since being here, and has earned my and my wifes continued business. I believe in the vision and direction of this place so much that I invested in purchasing some of their stock! I am excited for the new location in Arvada to open as it is right next to my work.I have seen some of the prior reviews, some of which were negative, and I will say that when it comes to medical care you and your Dr. are partners on getting you better. If you need more explanation, ask for it.....If you have had chiropractic care before and liked adjustments done a certain way because that is comfortable for you, then say so. Dr. Christian will listen to you and give you the adjustment you need and want.

If your experiencing pain dont go to this place. Drove out from Boulder because the office in Boulder said they werent taking walk ins (for some reason), filled out a bunch of paperwork, met with Christian Knecht who briefly pushed on my back and told me my pain was too acute to work on. He was very uncompassionate and made comments on my appearance which made me feel uncomfortable. He basically ushered me to the front door and gave me a card for a different chiropractor. The whole experience was very unpleasant and Im still in pain. Again, DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.

If youve been to any other Chiropractor this will be unacceptable to you. I felt worse after every visit, they are sub-par speed chiropractic and dont put in the time to give good care. I purchased 20 visits and they refuse to refund my money for unused visits. Unfair, poor service

The staff is very friendly and gets to know their clients quickly. I feel welcomed when I enter and as I leave. I also really really enjoy the adjustments. Dr Shimer is my favorite, but the others are good too. Ive never had a long wait. I can usually just pop in and out in 10-15 minutes total, which is great. I wish they had a location in Lafayette - but I would probably still go to Longmont for Dr Shimer if she didnt change to the new office!

UPDATE: the owner has responded to my review which I greatly appreciate. The biggest complaint that I had was not addressed as the chiropractor who worked on me conducted assessments that were not related to what I asked for and based treatment plans sales recommendations from these assessments. The other issue that was not addressed was why were three patients in a row getting the same assessment and the same sales line for all three were used? Again I appreciate your response but you are not addressing the issue or the complaints that I have.The guy who is the Doctor now is awful. The prwvious Doctors have been great. He is a used car salesman. I told him what I wanted adjusted and he started to ask me to keep moving up the chair until half my back was off of it. He had me reaching above me and when I asked why I was doing this he said he was checking my neck muscles and upper back muscles. Oh yeah I am a personnel trainer. Surpise. I understand how to correct muscle imbalances. He told me my muscles were weak and I need to get a package to see him weekly. Seriously I am not.even done with my adjustment and he us already trying to upsell me. Besides not doing what I asked he used tbis same test and sales pitch on the obviously not in shape lady in front me. I hung out and waited to pay my bill and guess what, same exact sales pitch on the person he was now treating. This guy is one step away from a law suit. Dangerous, greedy and not professional......

Rebecca is my new hero. I have been suffering from increasingly terrible pain in my chest and middle back throughout my pregnancy. I saw a chiro in Loveland in December and it was not effective. I felt relief after my first visit with Rebecca at The Joint; so now I have purchased their wellness plan and intend to go weekly throughout my pregnancy and for a month or two postpartum to help my body stay aligned. Rebecca was knowledgeable about the musculoskeletal changes pregnancy works on the body and how to help prep for delivery. Highly recommended.

I give Dr. Shimer and the office staff five stars. I have been so happy with treatment given and the outcome of her adjustments.As for my one star rating that is directed towards owners/management. Do not count on any help if you do have a problem or are unhappy for any reason. You will receive a to bad response from them and not even the courtesy of contacting you directly.Sadly will probably not return because, while I appreciate Dr. Shimer, I am not willing to give my money to a company that doesnt care about their patients.

Came in Christmas Eve, in need, before they closed and was turned away, girl at front kept saying we close at 2 and it is a 10 minute wait. I have to ask 3 times does that mean you will not see ? And she kept repeating that, it is a 10 minute wait. very frustrating. Was turned away and I have had a membership for over 6 yeas.

Doctors wont listen when you tell them you dont want a certain area worked. Multiple times now Ive seen my mom bruised and in pain for days after one of the doctors wouldnt listen. Weve used chiropractors for years and this group is by far the worst. I would not recommend them to anyone.

After my old chiropracter closed in Longmont, I hadnt been getting chiropractic at all, but I hurt my shoulder this spring and my neck has been painful for a while. A friend of mine told me about Dr. Scheimer and she was coming from Boulder to Longmont to see her! So I tried her and she has helped my pain so much! She always takes the time she needs to work on me and I always feel so much better after Ive gone. My pain is greatly reduced and Im going to continue to go to keep working on getting back in balance. I would recommend The Joint and Dr. Scheimer!

VERY Disappointed. Came in for a intro apt and was pushed into a one month plan. Disliked the chiropractor, decided to move on, and am still having problems with getting out of my introductory plan. Much more interested in selling than in patient communication or care. STAY AWAY from the Joint.

Terrible. I have a pinched nerve in my hip. The chiropractor told me to see a medical doctor. It cost me $290 and 5 visits to learn this.
