Dr Courtney is a gem! She listened to my laundry list of issues I had with my back, got the X-rays done, she constructed a plan for rehabilitation, and boom on the road to recovery. Getting your spine back on track is not an over night thing! You have to stay consistent and have the right Chiropractor to help you reach that goal and Dr Courtney IS THE ONE!

Dr. Walker and all the staff I’ve interacted with are caring professionals who exhibit up-to-date knowledge in their treatment, and empathy for each individual patient’s situation. They never try to upsell long-term contracts, and while certain products may be suggested for treatment, there is never any pressure to purchase something a patient is uncomfortable with.

Dr. Walker & his team (thanks Julia) have taken such great care of me. I have spinal stenosis and have had many surgeries. Recently, I pulled a muscle from sitting incorrectly at my desk (remote work) and had sciatic nerve pain down my leg. They’ve used laser and other treatments to calm it and it is retreating as we speak. Most importantly, I don’t feel pressured to come in for excessive visits and feel my care is in my own hands! I recommend Longmont Joint & Spine.

I suffer from chronic back issues that have been remedied by Dr. Taryn. I experience flare ups that lead to excruciating pain and immobility that she without exception relieves. I’ve seen numerous doctors that have resulted in failure. I’ve been referred to several neurologists in the past that prescribed narcotic pain medications and or recommended surgery. Without her knowledge and expertise I without a doubt would be in constant pain. She is an amazing chiropractor, I would and do recommend Dr. Taryn!!

Dr. Walker is outstanding. He definitely seems to follow the dont fix it if it aint broken mantra. The cold laser therapy really helped when my erector muscles were on fire and I could not comfortably be a human being. He also gave me a great price on supplements from Standard Process.The staff is always friendly and helpful and he is not so busy that you have to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment. Dont question, just choose him and be happy.

Hands down Dr. Walker is the best chiropractor I have been to! I have been treated by 5 other chiropractors in the area and he is the only one who doesnt just treat you as a number. The whole staff are friendly and you feel as if they are genuinely interested in getting to know you. What I love most is that he doesnt force the adjustment and he takes time to stretch you. I always feel so much better leaving than when going in!

Just had my first visit this morning. Dr. Walker was great as was the rest of the staff. He made me feel comfortable as it was my first time to a chiropractor, he went over with me everything that he was checking for and explained thoroughly. He Listened to my concerns and was able to relieve me of some pain I’ve had for over a month in my upper back/shoulder blade. Gone! He is Very gentle and easy going. He worked on all of my painful areas as well as other areas that I didnt even know were attributing to my pain. Dr. Walker is the most knowledgeable chiropractor in town. Hes always willing to take the extra time to diagnose issues, adjust your back, and give you some stretches to keep your muscles loose and healthy. I have been seeing Dr. Walker since he started practicing in Longmont. He is knowlegable and has taught me ways to take care of myself, so I do not have injuries as often and mostly see him for maintenamce. Dr. Walker has a great bedside manner and is enjoyable to talk to. He listens and works on what you need at each visit. He does not just go through a routine and send you on your way. My husband and I have had such great experiences at Longmont Joint and Spine! My husband actually has thanked me several times for encouraging him to see Michael! Michael focuses on relieving your problem areas by only doing the appointments you really need. In the past, I have gone to other chiropractors who say they need to see me 3 times a week for six weeks or more and many times all those extra appointments with other chiropractors don’t end up fixing anything. Michael is a whiz at identifying my issues, explaining them well to me and helping me after just a few appointments. Also important is that Michael is very honest. Although many of my appointments are rather routine, last year I had a problem that could have led to needing surgery. Instead of piling on lots of chiro appointments, Michael ordered appropriate testing and referred me to specialists. Ultimately I was able to get a diagnosis and get treatments to totally fix my problem thanks to Michael’s recommendations (I didn’t need surgery!). This was all after primary care MD’s just ignored my pain both physically and emotionally for many, many months. I very highly recommend Michael Walker!

I have experienced chiropractors who over adjust and adjust an area without a subluxation leaving me with painful results. I have also experienced improper diagnosiss. Leaving me doubtful of my career as a massage therapist and exercise program for my wellness future. Not with Dr. Walker. Dr. Walker assesses efficiently and effectively leaving me pain free and with confidence in my structural strength. He also diagnosed my knee properly, after nine months of struggling with other practitioners, my has healed without surgery. He has prolonged my life as a massage therapist and as a fitness guru! I am forever grateful!

We had a great experience taking my 10 year old here. Dr Walker was so friendly and caring. He spent time getting to know my son and his issues with his knees. The Dr used cold laser which my son really liked. He sent us a video with exercises to strengthen his affected mechanics(now if I could only get my son to do them faithfully.🤦). He gently adjusted my son taking into account his Juvenile Arthritis and bonded with him over the STL Cardinals which helped ease any anxiety. We never felt rushed. The office is new, spacious and very comfortable. Bonus is he did not push a high dollar package, promise a cure, or pressure us. The cherry on top was he is in network with our insurance. We will be going back soon. 👍

Ive been seeing Dr. Walker for 5+ years and couldnt be happier! - he is highly capable and has always been able to resolve my back and neck discomforts (lower back pain/misalignment due to leg-length difference, neck soreness/misalignment from computer work, and occasional rib heads out of place). Dr. Walker is very personable, asking questions and listening carefully in order to understand whats going on and to identify root issues. I appreciate Dr. Walkers style and the way he takes his time to address my individual problem areas rather than just going through a standard adjustment routine. In addition to treating my acute issues, he has provided me with tools over the years to help me maintain spinal alignment (foam roller, stretching exercises, etc.). I went in and met for the first time TJ. I had been suffering from a chronically pulled muscle for months. TJ came up with a plan and what I had been suffering from for 6 months, I got relief in just 4 sessions. Ironically it was another well known and established Chiropractor that referred me to TJ for his expertise in sports medicine and injury.

After three years of dealing with a work injury (and workmen’s comp), I have ongoing issues. My physical therapist referred me to Dr. Walker for help with those problem areas. Through adjustments, electric muscle stimulation, and Cool Laser, Dr. Walker had made my daily life much better. Until January 2, when at a stoplight, I was rear-ended. This car accident has added to the problem areas Dr. Walker has been treating. The next day Dr. Walker did a complete evaluation of my condition and adjusted my treatment plan. I came to Longmont Joint and Spine after a rear end auto collision. The staff is amazing, friendly and they listen to the patient. I went in for neck and back pain from the whiplash sustained in my accident. I felt better after the 1st session but we had more work to do.
