My parents moved into The Bridge the end of October 2019 and both passed away in February 2020. They were not at The Bridge long but in the short 4 months that they were there, it became home. The staff was so helpful from getting us settled to walking beside us during the end of their journeys. They treated my parents with love and respect and cried along side us as they passed. We cannot thank Shirley, the front desk staff, Heidi and Lindsey, all of the wonderful aides, and the dinning room staff enough for the attention to detail, the helpfulness, the care, and the compassion shown to my parents and our family. We highly recommend that you consider The Bridge if someone you love is in need of a special place to call home.

Transitioning a loved one into assisted living is not an easy step. The entire management team and staff welcomed our Mother, as well as our entire family with open arms. She recently passed away leaving behind many friends and acquaintances and in the time she was at the Bridge she was genuinely cared for by all. Our family cannot thank them enough, we truly honor these wonderful caregivers for their love, genuine sincerity, kindness and respect for our loved one and will be forever grateful.

My family made the decision to move our parents into assisted living and was a hard decision to make. The Bridge is amazing, the staff is the best!! We feel extremely fortunate to have been able move them into the absolute best place!! We are very impressed with every aspect of The Bridge and very highly recommend this place to anyone that has a concern about having to move their family members into assisted living.

As with most of us, moving my parents to an assisted living facility was one of the hardest things I have ever done; however, the Bridge personnel actually made the experience enjoyable. Shirley started with answering all of our questions without making us feel like it was a sales talk and made sure that my parents (confused and hard of hearing) were part of the decision making. The fact that my father chose the Bridge over all the other facilities we visited probably says more than anything I could say here. Everyone- and I mean everyone - made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.Over the two years that my parents lived there, the facility provided excellent care, going well beyond what was expected to make sure that both of my parents were happy, secure, had the medical attention they needed and were involved. They also made sure that the rest of the family was involved and informed.Another facility may have been able to provide the care my parents needed, but the Bridge provided family. When my parents passed away (a month apart) everyone was there for our family providing support and sympathy. I had always been blown away at the personal touches the staff provided so I shouldnt have been surprised as they shared our grief with us. I still stop by to see my extended Bridge family because they became a part of our lives, not just people doing their job. I cannot say enough about them. They were truly wonderful and I miss them.

I visited The Bridge at Longmont when looking at other communities for my mother. Nancy, Shirley, and the other employees where so very nice and informative. Mom is not currently ready to move into a community but the employees call periodically to ask how my mother is doing. Something that really impressed me a lot is that every time that I have visited the home, I have always seen many residents walking around or playing cards or bingo. They were all smiling and happy. When I spoke to several of them, they all said that they loved living at The Bridge.

We highly recommend The Bridge for your loved ones. Our mom called The Bridge home for 5 years. The Bridge is beautifully decorated, well-maintained with good food and activities. The staff has been caring, helpful and attentive from the time she moved in until the time she moved out.Nurses – Nikki and Lindsey managed meds and doctor visits with expertise and dedication. They always made time to communicate with doctors and family.Shirley and Lisa are excellent administrators, concerned for and responsive to the residents and their families.David is a super maintenance guy…always willing and able to fix things. All of the front desk staff get messages to the right staff members, field a zillion of our questions, and always greet us warmly. To all of the staff, thank you. We were always reassured that our mom was in the best hands.

The Bridge assisted living facility in Longmont provided a safe and caring environment for my mother. She lived there for almost 8 years and made many friends both with the staff as well as other residents. It was a difficult decision to move her into assisted living but we found the calm, comfortable environment and professional attention the residence receive a comfort to both her as well as us.

We were blessed to have our Mom at The Bridge since June 2017. They have the most caring and loving staff, from the Executive Director to every care worker. Everyone we came in contact with was respectful, compassionate and a joy to work with. It is a beautiful facility. Special thanks to Shirley, Peggy, Nikki, Lindsay, Sunny, Devilyn and all those too numerous to mention. I cannot give them a high enough rating!

My Mom has been at the Bridge for over 5 years now. When looking at assisted living places we found 3 we were interested in. Like Goldilocks, we wanted to find the a place that was just right. We did a pros and cons list to see what was important and I am pleased to say we chose wisely. The General Manager and Business Office provide excellent leadership for the staff. The Bridge staff give 200% of themselves in their care, wellness and support for all residents. The staff works together helping each other across the departments to ensure all residents receive the excellent care they so rightly deserve. The nursing staff works well with the doctors and the familys to make sure the residents needs are addressed and taken care of. The food is wonderful and the activities are fun. They keep everyone as busy as they would like to be. EVERYONE SMILES. Its a happy place. I smile every time I walk in the door to visit my Mom and am so thankful my Mom is happy and living in such a wonderful place.

My mother is very happy at the Bridge. She had to move to Assisted Living after her stroke and although she had to leave her home of 30+ years, it didnt take her long to feel comfortable in her new home. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They call if they have a concern about how my mother is doing and are always very responsive when I have a concern myself. I have been very happy with our choice of The Bridge at Longmont for my mothers care.
