I really like Atria of Longmont they have good hard working staff and they keep their residents safe, in a clean facility with great food. Ive worked there several times and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a safe, clean, environment for their loved ones.

My mother-in-law has lived in Atria for a number of years. She recently has transitioned to Assisted Living from Independent Living. She loves the Atria staff, especially the manager Scott. He has done so much for her during this transition. I thought their COVID care was spot on even though she missed her friends. In fact, for Christmas, they set up a Zoom call with all of her family that she thoroughly enjoyed. I would recommend Atria for your loved one.

My mother has lived here for the last four years and loves it. Great social environment and management is willing to work with you in your transition from independent living to assisted living and beyond. This Atria location was one of the top in the state in managing Covid with only a few cases and no deaths. I highly recommend.

Cant wait to move my mom. Lack of staff, care and food quality. Poor COVID response and a 3rd price increase in 3 years with nothing to show for the increase. Please, think about another option for your loved ones.

My mom has lived at Ateria for 4 years. She was totally capable of living by herself but lacked the social interaction. Since moving her into Independent Living at Ateria she has really blossomed. She enjoys dining with her friends, the exercise program, crafting, the Thursday evening happy hour, and movie night where she helps set up and makes the popcorn. She has made many new friends with the residents and staff. She recently moved into Assisted Living and the Director, Scott Woods couldnt have been more helpful and caring. I would highly recommend Atria Longmont.

I have found Atria Longmont to be a very resident friendly facility. It is staffed by capable pleasant individuals who go out of their way to be sure our needs are met or exceeded. They went above and beyond in the Covid outbreak to be sure we were protected at all times with measures designed to keep us and others safe. Atria is extremely well maintained at all times. I could not ask for a better place to spend my final years.

Understanding where Mom needed to go and what she needed to have provided was overwhelming, when I visited Atria Longmont a ton of weight was lifted off my shoulders. The whole team seemed to be involved with the process and my questions where listened to and answered. The place is not perfect with Covid and a pandemic going on, but you can tell they work hard on behalf of my mother and the others here. I am thankful for everything they have done and I am especially thankful for Dale, Catherine and the Nurses for helping my family through the process.

Although we did not move my dad into the Artia of Longmont, I needed to leave a review to say thank you to Katie who has worked with me since the beginning of last year in trying to find an appropriate AL for my dad, even zooming the rooms when covid didnt allow in person visits. Thank you Katie! When my time comes for Assisted Living Id be happy to move in!

My mother-in-law moved out Jan 1st, 2020 after living there for 2.5 years. We walked a staff member through her apartment to confirm it was empty and in good shape, and turned in the keys. Atria still ACH deducted a January rent from her and when we pointed out the error they took nearly 2 months to straighten it out - partially. They also deducted $330 saying they pro-rated her rent for several days of January. They have ignored multiple attempts to get the situation rectified and we feel they clearly dont care. There are much better options in Longmont - look elsewhere.

A close friend of mines father stayed at the Atria. The care he received was horrible. They neglected him terribly, which lead to his demise. Afterward, they pointed fingers and placed blame elsewhere. The family never even received a condolence card. If you are looking for good care for a loved one, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Three years ago we were forced to find assisted living for my mother and step-father. After looking into many facilities in the area, we found that none could compare to Atria! Even though it was difficult for them to leave their home, the staff at Atria made the transition as smooth as possible. They offer many different activities; have organized outings; provide transportation around the Longmont area; and have a wonderful dining facility (restaurant style – including cloth napkins!) where delicious meals are prepared by Chef Fred. Every resident at Atria has their own “apartment” that can be furnished to their liking and provide privacy as well. As my mother and stepfather’s health declined over the years, we moved them to the Memory Care unit (Life Guidance) at Atria. What a warm, wonderful caring staff! They treat their residents with the utmost respect and are truly invested in their daily needs. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER at Atria is to be commended for the job they do. I would absolutely recommend Atria to anyone looking for exceptional care for a loved one. -- Doug Bell

THIS place is a corporate farm. They treat staff like slaves. Everything at atria is simply a number . Sick we live in a country ruled by corporate power greed and pure inocent people treated like live stock cattle to protect the message profit collected and horded. Management and everything down the line just a tool for corporate destruction of valuable human life. God have mercy on my soul . just to be clear atria doesnt deserve 1 star . thats automatic the same way atria automatically takes away from life on earth.

We visit our parents in Atria on a regular basis. They are thriving there. It took them a while to get accustomed to letting people help them, but now they are loving it. Atria and their staff do a wonderful job of filling the lives of their residents with safe, creative, and fun activities. This fun-filled calendar is due to the efforts of their wonderful activity director, Donna Stang. I cannot say enough about her dedication and obvious love for the residents. I am forever thankful that we have such a nice facility with an outstanding activity program in our city.

We needed to get my mother into assisted living, and Atria was by far the most welcoming and well-run facility we saw. My mom moved in last March and hasnt been happier since! She is in the AL side - kind of early to mid-range assistance. My mother no longer has to clean or cook, and has plenty of friends and activities to keep her pretty active and busy! Whenever we visit we meet more great people who my mom depends on, like Dale, Madonna, and Derrick.Atria isnt perfect, and their financial charges are higher than Id like for my mom. But theyre dedicated to keeping quality of life high for their residents, and especially those with memory issues, as my mother has. They follow a wonderful philosophy which is reflected in their dedication to thoughtful food by a known chef, daily exercise classes, and musical and other activities to keep the mind sharp and attitudes happy. I can rest easier knowing my mother has such a great staff taking care of her.

If you are looking for a home for a member of your family who needs more assistance than you can give them, this is the place. My mother is here. At 95, she has a home where she is treated like family by the staff. Its a warm and fuzzy place to be. Its amazing to see someone at her age dashing off to exorcize class or the ice cream parlor and getting excited.

The atmosphere at Atria Longmont is relaxed and friendly and the staff seems to really care about and get involved with the residents. The activities director, Donna Stang, is amazing, seems to know every single client and their families personally and keeps people involved with a great variety of activities. Also, Wanda, in the dining room , has wonderful personal relationships with the residents and families.

This is a note to praise one of our wait staff, Jonathon. First it is hard to single out just one person her at Atria Longmeadow. All the staff are good:, professional and conscientious. And to my of thinking about half of the staff would be truly outstanding if they worked elsewhere. Many of these folks have been here 10 or more years. But Jonathon stands out even above these. His patience, and generosity are unrivaled. We residents can be pretty demanding, and having grown up in the restaurant business, I am familiar with suffering the slings and arrows of unreasonable expectations and demands of customers. But I have never seen anyone as unflappable in these situations as Jonathon.I have also seen Jonathon respond to emergencies with his pleasant and calm demeanor. He is remarkable to his fellow sait staff as well. Jonathon jumps in to help -- to divert a clash between residents, to cover for a tardy colleague, to break through a bureaucratic delay, to help clear or set tables when other wait staff are stretched -all without making anything of his efforts.I am inspired every day be his kind equanimity.

If it were not for the wonderful Employees, Atria would not even be on the map in my book.. It is the employees all the way from the top office to the nursing staff to the food service to the drivers to the Social director. Your workers ARE Atria. My Aunt Loves it there and has thrived there since she moved in over 3 years ago.

Atria is such a wonderful place for my Mom to live. She makes comments all the time about how nice everyone is to her. I find that the staff goes out of their way to be helpful and that really means a lot. My Mom has difficulty remembering names, but Donna Stang is someone she never forgets. Donna really does stand out and goes above and beyond. Thank you Atria, for being there for my Mom.

Extremely poor . Care giving almost non existent, not interested in the happiness of residents or dealing with residents who may be anxious and need some extra care and attention. Very unwelcoming, poor in followup with questions or complaints. Assisted living with very little assistance.

(Written on the behalf of a Resident of The Atria Longmont)I want to tell you about the employee, Jane Murphy I want the world to see how much she means to me.On the days she is scheduled to help me she makes my bed, puts on my elastic hose and shoes, empties my wastebasket and brings drinking water to my bedroom. She puts clothes away after they have been washed. When my clothes come back wrinkled, she will take them back to the laundry and get the wrinkles out then put them away for me.When I am sick she checks on me several times a day to make sure I am alright. She always asks if my diabetes blood sugar tests are with in the correct range and if I need help getting to the dining room. When she comes to my bedroom to help me she is always smiling and usually singing a happy song. When she is through helping me, she gives me a big hug. I love that.

This review is provided on behalf of my Mother, Barbara Esterbrook who has lived at Atria for over a year. She is very happy in her environment and this is how she describes it: The STAFF at Atria Longmont are who make ‘my home’ such a warm and cheerful environment. There is always a smile and a personal salutation, including my name, when I meet anyone of the staff anywhere throughout the facility. They are all so willing to help in any way. That having been said, there is one individual who in my opinion stands out the most and that is our Engage Life Director, Donna Stang. She is so pleasant and high energy and goes out of her way to engage every resident and to promote the feeling of all belonging to the Atria ‘family.’
