I’ve always been a procrastinator, and fearful when it comes to going to the Doctors office. I had a full physical, it was the best experience ever. The front office to the Doctor were amazing. Helpful, caring, understanding and patient. I highly recommend St Nazarene Medical Clinic.

Telemedicine appointment went well. Was able to communicate what my issues were and what I was experiencing. All questions were answered thoroughly. Course of action was determined to remedy ailment. Also, received a follow-up call which I truly appreciated with further instruction and recommendation.

Today was my 1st appointment with Dr. Fussell, she is kind and professional. There’s plenty of parking and office is clean. Dr. Fussell took care of the reason for my appointment plus lab work and other things she observed while asking me questions. I didn’t feel rushed and she took everything I said seriously by actually checking or requesting a test for further observation. I definitely recommend 💝

All the staff are very caring and patient when I ask questions. Medical staff listen intently without rushing me, and return calls within a day or less. Quick to send out orders for tests etc. Friendly helpful staff!

Dr Fussell is always pleasant & professional. She actually looks at & listens to her parents. My 95 y/o Mother is also her patient & she is kind & caring to her. Her nurse Jasmine is also very nice & helpful.

I love this doctor. He is not in a hurry to leave you and seecsomeone else. When I was there, there was a flooding. He took off his coat and took care of it. He can do anything. I trust him very much.

I hate it here. Been going to this clinic since I was 12, now Im 18. i have severe boils under my armpits, and everytime I go to him, he always prescribe me to antibiotics, and the antibiotics never work. I ask him if I can be put on to birth control because I want to be protected, but he refuses. And they take too long to call you in. This one day there was this white lady who came in, and me and my mom been waiting for almost 2 hours and he never checked us. He only cares about his money, I feel bad for the medical assistants because they seem scared of him.... I do not recommend this clinic at all.

The doctor is extremely rude. The staff seems to be afraid of him. The doctor only cares about getting money. I wasnt even the patient and I felt uncomfortable. We came and dropped off papers on Wednesday and was told to return on Friday to pick it up. When we show up Friday, the doctor rudely says Im not gonna stop what Im doing right now for paperwork that should have already been completed. Extremely unsatisfied.

I have been with this clinic for a little over 15 yrs. With my kids.Today I took my daughter at 1pm to see the doctor because she is sick. 5min to 3pm I received an emergency call and I needed to write some information down. Had no paper so I walked to the desk and one was there to ask for a piece of paper so I grabbed a small flyer and started to write the info down while on the phone and the Dr. came up to me snatched the paper and loudly said that he pays 7 dollars for each small flyer and snatched it from my hand taking the info I had written down on it and walked off. Of course I left with no meds or even saw a Dr for my daughter because of course I got upset and embarrassed walked out. That is unacceptable!! I wish I had $7 dollars to pay him back since he was so angry over it. I will be changing my children to a new Doctor.

Love It Here Now The. Staff In The Front Can be Rude Sometimes But I Pay Them no Mind The Doctor I Love Him He Understands What I need He Handles My Treatments very Well and hes very funny nice and good with kids

Dr. Joseph Iwuajoku is dismissive, disrespectful, and not someone who is even assigned to be my primary care physician, yet every time I go to this clinic, I am seen by him. According to him, he does not understand lamen terms. The staff is also dismissive, unprofessional, and rude.This clinic either willfully refuses to submit my referral requests for my needed medical care, or is grossly negligent in submitting such requests. The staff has refused to submit my referrals to my insurance provider on THREE different referrals, and then lied to me when I called, AFTER, getting off the phone with my insurance provider, as well as the medical facility where my referral was supposed to be sent. I was told by the physician at the clinic that I may have a lifelong disease, but that I need to be referred to specialist. I was also told by the physician that I would need to see a specialist for a broken bone. This was nearly TWO weeks ago, however, the staff only sent in one request on Monday, an entire week after I was told it would be sent in. The only reason they submitted the refferal on Monday was because I had to go in for another test and I asked about the status of my referral. According to the staff, there was some kind of confusion because I was not in the system, yet I was in the system the month prior, for another referral.I only went go to this clinic because I needed to choose a PCP for my insurance. Knowing what I know now, I would not have chose this clinic.

They take forever to do authorization an the doctor sucks he doesnt know what he talking about he shouldnt get all defensive an wants to argue an thinks he hes right about everything the clients come first
