I went here 5 years ago. They were warm. Made me feel very comfortable and I was uncomfortable with my issue then. All Women. I am going back!

The staff is absolutely unprofessional. Incapable of effectively communicating with patients and lacking listening and comprehension skills. The receptionist was unable to process a basic medical eligibility search. She claimed I did not have Medical insurance coverage when I in fact do. My daughter who is a social worker had to process my medical eligibility to prove that I had coverage. Even then, the spanish speaking receptionist refused to schedule an appt for me or listen to me when letting her know I had a copy of my valid medical eligibility on hand. She kept repeating herself telling me to contact MediCal directly. -D.R.

Ive been coming here for a few years now and my experience every single time has been pleasant. The staffs were attentive and gave me a proper check up. I was then directed to a room where the doctor would later see me. The doctor prescribed me some medicine and I was good to go! Overall, I would say that the quality of the service was great :)

The doctor at this location made me feel listened and care for--something rare in healthcare these days. The doctor was very knowledgeable took the time to listen to me instead of dismissing my concerns. We definitely need more people like her in healthcare. 10/10 will be coming back!

Unprofessional establishment that will not admit you unless you pay first, Cash only. No sense of urgency, regardless if your pregnant or have a health condition. It’s sad how they treat people. Don’t leave a voicemail, they don’t return calls unless you’re lucky enough to have someone speak to you with any civility. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏽

Have never met a more angry staff ever! Wow! The lady at the front is so angry and very confrontational. Most businesses are courteous and polite, but not the staff here. I’ve been here once and will never go back. I’d rather wait to see another doctor somewhere else than to have to see this angry woman again. Wow! Two thumbs down.

I was a patient here for 4 months. I kept coming in for pelvic issues (I kept thinking I had a urinary tract infection). The pain didnt go away after I finished antibiotics.I became allergic to the antibiotics I was prescribed (delayed allergic reaction that got worse with each dose). Doctor said it was a side-effect when I asked... but no, when I went to urgent care and was prescribed it again, my face swelled up and I was definitely allergic. My neck was swelled up and my lymph nodes were large due to anaphylactic shock but the doctor didnt take it seriously. It couldve been fatal had my next reaction been a lot worse than a swollen face.The staff also didnt take me seriously. The people at the desk kept acting like it was bad that I kept wanting an appointment. My concerns were legitimate. They even laughed when I needed to go to the restroom after one of the staff took a long time due to my pelvic issues. I was miserable. They did not send me to do any examinations and did not seem very concerned. They were very rude and I hated calling them. They have poor people skills and poor phone skills. They kept delaying and even canceled my appointment (after I waited a whole month) last minute when I had called off work.I was repeatedly treated like I was exaggerating. I was so infuriated and upset that I changed doctors that day they canceled my last appointment. My supposed appointment was 11:45 am. Doctor left at 11:30. Still made it seem bad I arrived at 11:50 when the doctor was already gone. Didnt leave me a voicemail (which I was told we dont leave voicemails). They really wasted my time.I told them why I was upset and they pointed the finger back at me making it seem like whatever I said was my fault. The doctor even said hed refer me to a gynecologist (I wouldve changed doctors earlier but I was relying on this) and turns out he never did. In one of the staffs words, Its like you say you have pimples on your face, but you dont. They even gave me wrong information in terms of seeing my new doctor, which my insurance and new doctor said otherwise so I knew they didnt know what they were talking about. Also just because Im young and wasnt visibly injured didnt mean I wasnt having health issues!In short, the staff at this clinic are misinformed, defensive, rude, and negligent.A month later I went to my new doctor (who specializes in internal medicine) and a week later with my new doctor, I had an ultrasound done. There were 2 large cysts found, one in my uterus and one in my ovary and those were causing me pelvic pain and had similar feelings of a uti. I was told I need surgery to remove one of the cysts, go figure. I couldve gotten this help sooner had this clinic taken me seriously. My new doctor was really professional and didnt waste my time!This clinic on the other hand does not have the resources or connections to give proper medical care. What I went through was utterly ridiculous. Im warning you now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Your health is important and you will not get help from this place. Also this Doctor Anh Dao Vu Le, I never saw this lady even though she was supposed to be my doctor. All I saw were 2 male doctors but they didnt seem to take their job seriously, they just toss out medicine or whatnot and call it a day. I was always upset and frustrated and Id be blamed for it. The whole clinic is poorly run from my 4 months of trying to get help from them, do not risk your health with them. Honestly your life could be at risk with them like mine was.

The women at the front desk who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. She answers the phone in such an angry manner. She is condescending and unpleasant.
