Staying with two infant babies in the waiting room of ER almost 2 hours after that they moved us to another waiting room for another 2 hours. When we asked how many people at the front of us they said FIVE PEOPLE!!!!!. Front desk talking with like you are unexpected guest in there house.PEOPLE if need ER highly recommend you USE other hospital. I meet with you unfriendly service second time.

I’ve been coming to this hospital ever since my son was born seven years ago. I’ve never received bad care or met anyone that doesn’t show care and sympathy for my son. Sitting in emergency room now. Clean facility, caring staff, good doctors and good service.

Nurses at the maternity and delivery Department need an update on there patient care and customer service skills. I was so upsetting to see how cold and no patient care or sympathy given by not one of them.This hospital rates from a scale of 1-10 a zero!!

Terrible, vine a la sala de ER tengo 5 horas esperando y no me atienden. No soporto el dolor 😪...❌🚫Actualizo .. llevo 7 horas y 30 minutos y aún no me atienden. Es más fácil morir en la sala de espera a que te atiendan...🚫❌ Última actualización... Al final pase 19 horas en el hospital, para nada, tuve que salir por mi propia voluntad, no me ayudaron, no me dieron resultados de ningún de los exámenes que me hicieron... Al final sigo con mi majestad 👎😑... Ah! Me atendieron 13 horas después de llegar a la sala de ER ... 6 horas más en camilla y ningún resultado y al preguntarles qué medicina podía tomar, dijeron que no podían decirme porque no había médico y que como yo había pedido irme ya no podían ayudarme. 👎😑

Emergency room only 0 stars. Espere como 4-5 horas para que vieran a mi hija de 4 meses y no tuvieron tiempo por qué había una emergencia en el pediatra. Increíble ver tantas personas (pacientes) disgustados , enfadados e impotentes. Al final desidimos hacer discharge y pusieron trabas que no deberíamos irnos del lugar por qué la bebé tenía infección según el doctor que solamente vio la fotografía de la área afectada de la bebé...decidí venir a otro hospital que en menos de 2 horas estaba listo para ir a la casa..
