I frequently tan here when I am in town. Meg, usually helps me out and has my bed/booth ready and clean. She is super friendly and knowledgeable and always makes sure I leave feeling and looking great! The salon is really cute and always clean. I love tanning here and think its the best place to tan in Logan!

Went to the Salon for the first time on Monday. I called first and told them I wanted a spray tan, When I got there Ellie the receptionist had set it all up and was ready for me. She explained to me how everything worked. This was my first time and I will be coming back. I might even sign up for the monthly membership. Super cute and clean salon..

I love Silver Lining for a few reasons. First is the staff. They are always so sweet and friendly to everyone. They make you feel like family every time. Their tanning beds are always clean and always have up to date bulbs. Their staff is knowledgeable about products and genuinely care about what you are putting on your skin.I fully recommend them for any service!

Terrible communication and service. Not being upfront about people’s “contracts” is bad and sketchy business. Tried to cancel my contract due to money issues- i’ve done everything I can to cancel for months, each month money I NEED is taken out of my account. Now i’m told I have to keep paying till August. Customer service is rude and doesn’t care. This business only wants you for your money, don’t get any memberships here.

I had an early morning appointment at the salon. My stylist and I were both wearing masks. As she began to work on my hair, I noticed one employee after another not wearing masks. Two stylists were working with clients without wearing masks, making it impossible to maintain social distance. As I prepared to leave without finishing my full treatment because of the blatant disregard for the mask mandate and protecting the safety of others, I saw even more people not wearing masks. At least five employees and one client were not wearing masks during the less than 30 minutes I was in the salon. I won’t return until it takes health and safety seriously.

Went in to tan, no one at the front desk. I waited for the receptionist to come out, probably 5 minutes or so, when she finally did, she would not allow me to tan in the 10 minute bed because she was supposed to close in 3 minutes. If she was at the desk, where she was supposed to be, we wouldn’t have this problem. Very petty and totally unprofessional.

Called to reschedule an appointment way in advance, receptionist Ellie kept demanding that I give her my credit card number. When asked to speak with manager was told manager would not speak to me. Was also told by “receptionist “ that she would not book my appointment with my hairdresser unless I gave her my credit card. Asked to leave a message for my hairdresser and receptionist refused to get a message to her. This is unprofessionalism at its finest. Because of this bad business my hairdresser just lost a client

Don’t get a membership with Silver linings. Even after you try everything to cancel it, they will still charge you. They try and use a “contract” against you but won’t give you a physical copy making that “contract” invalid to use as an excuse to keep charging you. Terrible customer service is unprofessional in a workplace.

Its been over 20 years since I had any professional nail services done. This time I did not get them done but I took my daughter. I was a bit hesitant because I really wanted my daughters first experience to be a great one.Well, it was. The young lady did an awesome job and made my daughters nails fit her preference. She did great considering it was 2 hours before closing time. I was actually really impressed. Ive been searching for a place to get my kids haircuts. This may be the place. Great job young lady!!!

This place is fine for tanning. They have clean beds but they don’t care at all about masks. They have “mesh masks” that they sell that are bedazzled. It’s quite amusing actually. The manager never seems to care about corona virus. As clients come in she never wears a mask. Makes me question a lot...

Do NOT go to this business. Not customer friendly.Purchased a 9 punch tanning pass. Went in for the 8th tan and the girl at the counter saw our pass but couldn’t get the computer to do whatever and she wouldn’t let us tan. No reason, just said, “my manager will get really mad if I don’t follow procedure.” Another time the bed didn’t turn on but the worker didn’t believe us.This feels like a “Give us your money but the customer does not matter” place. Don’t bother!!

I just left Silver Lining after getting my first spray tan and I can such a good experience working with one of their employees, Sara. She was so helpful in making sure we knew what to expect and how to use the tanning machine for the best tan. I felt super comfortable while I was there even though I felt nervous going into it before I met her. She’s super personable and happy and I loved that she was there to help me!

Worst customer service staff is very immature. After trying to cancel multiple times they still were charging me because it’s apparently in a signed contract that I would do that but when I asked to see my contract they couldn’t find it and they never gave me a copy in the firsts place and I don’t recall signing one.

Loved getting my hair done here! My stylist (Kalley Murphy) did an amazing job, it was definitely the best hair cut I have ever received. The salon is beautiful, clean, and takes precautions for COVID-19 very seriously!

The services were exceptional. One of my fears of starting memberships now days is the cancellation process. When I tried to cancel silver lining I was told verbally that my wife and I’s were terminated. I then continued to get charged, when we called we were told that we had to email in to complete the cancellation process. The receptionist gave us the wrong email and continued to charge us. We finally got the right email and they required my wife and I to email in separately to cancel. Here we are now 6 months later.......Just recently got charged again (November 4, 2020). I am going to begin filing a claim.

I just called to get a friend a giftcard, and Daille was EVERYTHING!! So awesome so helpful!! I can tell this place cares about their customers!!!

I got an amazing spray tan but the receptionist was so catty to me and my friend. During our visit, she kept leaving us laughing then coming back. Don’t know what she was on....but when we left and said goodbye and thank you to her, she completely ignored us. No one seemed nice or friendly.

I thought I was going to love Silver Linings Spa but on multiple occasions I have been disappointed with their costumer service concerning their tanning beds. One time I waited 45 minutes to tan in their simplest bed. On another occasion I called to ask a question only to be cut off quickly and for the phone to be hung up on me seconds later. I don’t care what the quality of the salon is like compared to the quality of costumer service I have received here.

I have officially found my new fav salon! Julie did an awesome job on my and my sons hair! The place is beautifully decorated and everyone was very professional and welcoming. We will be back. Thanks again for treating us so well!

I called many salons in the valley to see where I wanted to go. Silver Lining was the only place that didnt sound or treat you like you were an inconvenience. They are extremely nice and welcoming. The only salon Ive been in where literally everybody is so friendly. I would highly suggest going here. Not only is their customer service amazing but it is the most stunning salon in the valley.

This place is AWESOME. So cute and clean. I go to tan and wax and everyone is super helpful and nice. There aren’t a lot of places like this in Logan so I super appreciate how much effort they put into making an awesome salon!

I LOVE Silver Lining!! Ive been going to budget salons since becoming a mom and I had the opportunity to go here in January as a Christmas gift from my hubby. I seriously cant imagine going anywhere else! Julie is the sweetest and SO good at what she does. I had a basic idea of what I wanted, and she consulted with me about what colors & shades would look best with my current hair color (I did balayage for the first time) and made my feel comfortable and confident with her expertise. Ive never had such an amazing experience before at any other salon, even the nicer ones I went to when I was dating my hubby. Julie is fabulous and so patient and friendly. Highly recommended!!

Love this place, clean and the staff is so kind. I did this review a month ago. I had to edit it. I have been going to Chanae once a month for quite a while she has such a beautiful soul and my stress just floats away. My review however is, The girls in there always say hello by my name even if I dont have an appointment they remember me. I think they are great, they always ask how I am and are so kind and friendly. Love it

I love this salon! They have everything! Plus, it’s a beautiful atmosphere and layout. The front desk girls are always so nice and helpful. I go to Jen for nails, Hillery for my hair, and Jessie for waxing. They are all so good! Definitely recommend this place if you want to go in and pamper yourself!

I love tanning here! Their beds are SO nice. I call ahead and their cute receptionist, Sydney, always gets me in right away. She always has a smile on her face and I love when I see that she is working. She is so friendly and has the cutest style! And she always remembers my name when I walk in! I had a 6+ month tanning membership and I loved it and was only $26 a month. I would highly recommend going tanning here

Such a clean place with an incredible ambiance. Really good deals for tans and the employees are incredibly patient and accommodating. I LOVE the red light therapy. I have seen a difference with my skin and it just feels good to do that during the winter blues.

All of the front end girls are truly amazing! They are always Happy to Greet You when You walk in. I love going to Silver Lining to tan! Bulbs are replaced ahead of schedule, which is nice, so I can keep my tan up. Thanks for being so amazing! Oh, tanning prices are amazing!! You wont break the bank coming here!!

Great service, lots of experience.The lady who helped me worked magic on my hair, but also seems like she hates her job.Its expensive, so be prepared to drop lots of money, but youll really pay for quality here.

Love this place!! They are courteous and professional. After waiting a while to get into a tanning bed, I asked if I could pay for an upgrade into another bed that was open. They not only gave me the upgrade for free but I later realized they comped the whole thing. Thank you silver lining!

There is just one thing I would say for this salon Go to this place if you have a lot of spare time. I decided to try this salon for the first time. My hair person has left the valley so was looking for a new salon. My appointment was at 7 pm. I showed up 5 minutes early. I was attended to quickly and taken inside. I kept on waiting for an hour and my stylist was not free even after that time. she kept on saying just give me 10 more minutes. I totally understand that someone can have the schedule messed up but if you are running behind schedule let the client know so that they dont wait and wait forever. After more than an hour of waiting I just told the woman that I am going to take off . I took off without even getting my hair cut and color( which I was really excited for). I am not going back to this place ever again.

I have come into Silver Lining Salon a few times to receive spray tans and every time I am very pleased with how well my tans turn out and with the customer service. One of the receptionists, Alicia, is always working when I come in and she never fails to greet me with a smile and pure kindness. She does a fantastic job showing me how to use the spray tan equipment correctly, especially since it can be confusing, and makes me feel comfortable in the salon. It is very apparent that she truly enjoys helping customers and making them feel at home because she is nothing short of welcoming when a customer walks in.

Silver Lining Salon and Spa is the best salon!! I moved to Logan from Oklahoma a few months back and tried out a few different tanning salons before I came across Silver Lining. They are BY FAR the friendliest, most affordable tanning salon in the area with great beds! I love coming here, I won’t go anywhere else!!

My man Leon is the best barber I have ever had. I got a bad haircut, called my sister who is a stylist to complain😂 she has hook ups and sent me to him that same day. He gave me the best haircut hands down. I thought since my hair was done bad the first time it was just going to get fixed and look okay... nope, I was not expecting how good it looked, its just good. You gotta get one yourself from him. And hes a super chill dude.

Hillery is the ABSOLUTE BEST at microblading. I really did my research and I truly believe nobody is better. She takes her time to shape them perfectly, is very professional and the painful parts were so minimal it really wasn’t bad at all. Everyone should get it done and go to Hillery! I love love love her!

I got to go to Silver Lining a couple weeks ago and got the coolest haircut Ive ever had. Chris Wiley turned my hard part into a lightning bolt. It was sick. Normally going into barbershops or salons its awkward and you dont know where to sit or who to talk to but at Silver Lining they make you feel welcome and taken care of. They have a super solid team of employees that made the experience awesome. They have all brand new updated equipment. Their tanning beds were super cool. The massage chair was amazing. Hands down Silver Lining is the epitome of what a business should be.

I’ve never really considered microblading until I met Hillery and saw all her work! She did such a great job during the whole service, and always made sure I was comfortable. I’m super SUPER happy with my results!! I would never go back after going to her!

Best tanning salon in Logan there is literally no better place in the valley. I’ve been coming for over a year! I love their Cypress bed it’s red light and tanning which has helped a lot with my acne! The employees are all so friendly too!

In a few words.... BEST Hair cut Ive ever had! The first barber at Silver Linings Salon & Spa was Leon he did such a incredible job, I trust no one else. In my time going to Leon I have seen his versatility. Doesnt matter what kind of hair you have, all of Leons clients come out looking sharp!

I went today for a Pumpkin Enzyme Facial with Jessie and have to say I was pleasantly surprised! I was excited to try it, but nervous at the same time because I am very fair skinned and tend to either burn or turn bright red whenever I try something new. Jessie was very patient with me, took her time explaining what she was doing and what products she was using. I kept waiting for the inevitable burning to start, but it never did. Whatever stuff she used was gentle enough for my super sensitive skin. My favorite part though was the face and head massage...AMAZING! The pressure was just right and I may have fallen asleep at one point. My skin is so soft now and I can still smell the slight pumpkin scent. I highly recommend!

The Silver Lining Salon is BEAUTIFUL. I love coming here to the relaxing atmosphere and having my lashes filled. I have been getting my hair and lashes done with Hillery Nielsen for 6+ years and every single time she is able to listen to what I want, understand what I want and make it happen! Next on my list is getting a pedicure from their super cute nail area!

Im always super safe about my haircuts. Never adventurous. One bad experience long ago was enough to deter me. But Id now trust Wiley to do whatever he thinks is best. Super chill, funny guy. Easy to talk to. And, most of all, knows what hes doing with your hair. I trust my beard to almost no one. And Wiley is high on the short list.

Hillery Nielsen did my microblading, and my brows are the best they have ever been! They look so natural, and frame my face perfectly. I don’t need to spend 10 minutes every morning filling them in anymore!!

This salon is gorgeous, clean, hip and comfortable. Hillery Nielsen is the stylist/lash tech I visit here. My boys also get their hair cut from her. She is SO talented at coloring, cutting, and styling hair, and lash extensions. Ive also seen her microblading work and its beautiful! My kids and I get so many compliments on our hair, and I recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome mens or kids cut, beautiful lashes that stay, or a gorgeous hair color/cut.

Silver linings is by far my favorite place to tan. I go about 1-2 times a week and every time I am there the receptionist Aubrie is so welcoming and sweet. She does a great job at making sure you are put in the right bed for you!!

I have dry, coarse, unruly hair. Julie Nyman has been keeping it tame and healthy for over 10 years. I can asked Julie to change up my style or color and the result is always just what I had in mind. I can honestly say I have never left an appointment with Julie disappointed. I love the atmosphere at Silver Linings. The decor is awesome...I dont know how to best describe it....its like log cabin chic...youll have to go see for yourself.

This is a great place! It was my first time going and Kenzie was way nice to me she helped me find more of what I was looking for in tanning and treatments! Definitely going back here!
