I scheduled a massage for my birthday on a whim iv had one in park city when I was pregnant 8 years ago and it was a total bust! I was so unbelievably happy with the deep tissue massage I had received by Samantha Perkins. I bragged about it for days and then about 2 weeks later I went in and got my friends a gift card for the same service. I loved the atmosphere and the furniture and just how at peace I was. I was so giddy when I stepped through the doors.I will return for further services I was so impressed.

K Salon is beautiful and filled with so many talented artists. I may be biased because I worked here for 3 years, but even after leaving I still give a 5 star rating.I have received lash, nail, pedicure, hair and waxing services at K and have never been disappointed.When working and receiving services I was always impressed with the positive, relaxing, professional, drama free environment they provided. I still refer clients to K for services when we don’t have openings at my salon, as well as stylists for work when seeking commission based Salon employment. All in all I HIGHLY recommend K Salon & Spa.

Long story short, Kristen ranks on my top 5 list of favorite people. She always does an amazing job with my nails and is an absolute artist. When I bring her ideas or pictures, she goes above and beyond. Even after I moved to Salt Lake, I didn’t even think about switching salons. Kristen is well worth the drive. She’s also got a great sense of humor and my whole visit is always so enjoyable.

Bethany was amazing! She listened to what I wanted. She was very professional in her communication. Her work was impeccable! Wish I lived in the area because I would be a regular client! I walked into the salon and she added me to her schedule! I’m so blessed to have stumbled upon her and I’m happy to be the recipient of her excellent skills!

I went to this salon recently to get my nails done. This salon doesn’t properly remove gel polish and doesn’t have the proper tools to do so. They removed my gel polish and very strong gel builder underneath by just filing it away with a regular nail file.. I’ve been to a few salons to get my nails done and never has anyone ever removed my gel that way. It was very painful. You are supposed to use the machine nail file to properly remove gel polish from the nails. Without doing so any other methods are very painful. The Technician said to me “this gel builder you have on is very strong and we don’t have the proper tools to remove it” um like what why not?? Okay then tip for this salon, please please buy the proper tools to remove gel polish. I’m also use to paying a Hefty amount of money when I get my nails done because of the high quality it is. This salon is cheap and it definitely showed in my nails. My nails eventually got bubbles on them. That’s never happened before. My nails didn’t look good at all and didn’t look high quality. I wasn’t happy with my nails at all and couldn’t wait to get to a different salon and get them re done. I’m never going back to this salon.

So yeah Im sitting in my car right now in absolute pure bliss after having a 60 min massage with the angel named Josie. Yes I would take a bullet for her and yes I will be calling the owner first thing Monday and letting her know shes not getting paid enough. Josies pressure and technique was flawless, filled with respect and love for my body. I have severe intimacy issues and after going through one of the most stressful times of my life, she made everything alright again. I hugged her before I left, I really hope she reads this because at the time, I wasnt able to fully express how much it meant to me 💖

First and last massage I will get from here. The massage was decent but it was terribly loud. I could hear full conversation going on, doors slamming, and things being dropped. It’s hard to have a relaxing massage in this atmosphere. Also my massage time was incorrect and ended 10-15 min before it should have. Would not recommend or visit again.Edit: I received a call from the owner first thing the next morning. She was very professional, understanding and apologetic. She definitely cares about your experience and made it right. I feel confident the problems I experienced will be addressed and anyone going for a massage in the future will have a positive experience.

I always always always get my hair done my Meredith! Shes done my hair so many times and always knows exactly what I want and I always leave feeling so happy about the results and so good about myself! Shes done so many great things for me! From simple trims to baylayage to lightening up all of my hair to taking me back to a dark color to doing my hair and makeup for my wedding, literally everything! I cant trust anyone else to do as well as she does so if youre looking for a good stylist in the area (or not in the area cause I live over 2 hours away and still make the drive cause hair I love is worth it), definitely go to her! You can tell how much she cares about you and making you happy with the results! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We recently moved from California, where I had the same hair stylist for the last 20 years. I was nervous to start with someone new. I expressed this to the lady making the appointment at K Salon, and she recommended Stephanie. Im so glad I called this salon, because Stephanie did even a better job than anyone Ive ever been to! She is professional, listens well, wonderful to converse with (three hours just flew by), she works quickly and with amazing skill. I had my hair highlighted and cut shorter above the shoulders. The color is gorgeous and the cut is low-maintenance but cute and exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Meredith made my experience a dream! I leave the salon feeling beautiful inside and out! She is the kindest person and made conversation so easy. Went to K Salon for the first time and the girl that did my hair was very cute and nice but after just one week the coloring in my hair had completely come out. I reached out to the girl who had colored my hair to see what we could do (even sent pictures). The girl who colored it admitted that the color had washed out but just suggested I come back for a “discounted” color. Not happy, I paid over 100 dollars and was not about to go back to pay more for what should have done right the first time. Not impressed.My hair was colored by Meredith Ashcraft not only could she not get my hair to its natural color she could NOT even match the hair dye to my roots. SO unimpressed with not only the stylist who I would never recommend but also shame on K Salon who I called four times before I actually was able to speak to a manager or Meredith even messaging me back. I was looking for a refund for the service again I never received only to learn the salon does not offer a 100% guarantee like they promise but that they will only offer you credit to use at the salon where all the issues started. I will be sure to tell family and friends of the POOR experience I had and that I would NOT recommend.

This will officially be our go-to for all future pedicures! Best pedi Ive ever gotten, including a foot/leg massage and every extra you can imagine. We were together in a room with 3 chairs and each had our own esthetician giving us the royal treatment. Such a wonderful, relaxing evening for all of us. Cant wait to go back!

I went to get my hair fixed by Maddy and it was absolutely WONDERFUL. she did an amazing job and I left with a beautiful blonde balayage and feeling very confident. I recommend her to everyone!!

I have never been so embarrassed to walk out of a salon! I always leave a tip, this time I just paid the $35 and left. My tip to this girl is to use your products to help your customers, dont let them leave unless you feel good about how they are leaving.

I went and got my hair cut here and I showed the stylist a picture of the cut I wanted. I told her I wanted it a little longer than what was in the picture and she cut it way shorter. When I got home I realized that a chunk of my hair in the back wasn’t even cut.

Great customer service. The nail techs are all super nice and on always impressed with my service.

Got a prenatal massage from McKayla. The entire salon was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. McKayla was an excellent therapist and I would highly recommend her. She focused on those areas I said were sore and consistently asked if the pressure was good. I like hard pressure and she did an amazing job. She was very personable but only chatted as much as I wanted. The whole experience was very relaxing and satisfying.

I really enjoy my visits here. The staff is very helpful and attentive. They offer many services and all are top notch.

My wife went in for blonding and came out looking like she just left an Avril Lavigne concert - crying included. Luckily the second stylist, Jessica, was adept enough to make her hair presentable. The salon was very good at fixing the problem, just be careful of who is styling your hair. The pictures tell the story.

Have never been able to speak to a live person when I have called. Always get voice message. Did not receive a phone call back after 1st attempt. Couple months later thought I would try again. Again asked to leave a message and call was returned late into the day AFTER the initial call. Tried again a couple weeks later. Again voice mail. After reading some of the reviews that were not 100% favorable Im a little off put that there is not just an apology and a please let us make it right. I do not feel I want to try again.

I have had several services at K Salon and been extremely happy with every one! Their spa is the only one in the valley that is private and secluded and has a real spa feel to it. Their pedicure room is amazing! I got the most amazing facial there too! Jordan does shellac on my nails and she is seriously the best in the valley! They stay on for weeks and never chip! I love this Salon!

I just went and got a pedicure and loved it! The technician did a great job and it was a very pleasant experience. But, it took an extra 20 minutes longer than I was told it would take which made me miss my appointment after. All of this would have been fine except for the price. You can go to any mall salon and get the same thing for a fraction of the price and a lot faster service. I would not go back to this salon for a pedicure but I will keep it in mind for other services.

Elise does phenomenal work and she has the patience of a saint. She has cut and colored my hair every which way and it always comes out beautiful. She does great fades and stylish haircuts on my very rambunctious 7 year old. I cant say enough good things about her and this salon. I dont know anything about the spa side of things, but will update my review when I get a chance to treat myself. As far as the salon goes, the prices are good, its always clean, and everyone is happy and accommodating.

I went in for a wax and was a little upset about the results I got and the price I paid. After speaking with the manager, they gave me a complimentary wax service and were so kind and understanding when I let them know how upset I was. I have loved all of the other services I have received here including eyelash extensions, massages and waxes. If you are looking for a place that is clean, relaxing, and will make you look and feel like 100 bucks- I would definitely suggest K salon and Spa!

The pedicure was a luxurious experience! Not just a step above, but a leap above any other pedicure I have had. I will never go anywhere in Cache Valley but here again.

I went in for a facial wax and the workers are really nice, but the actual waxing experience was less than pleasant. They gave me a sugar wax and throughout the whole experience, the worker kept saying things like, its been forever since Ive done one of these. or Man, Im struggling today! or my favorite, I should probably warm this wax up more, but, oh well. Seriously? This is my face. I appreciate your honesty, but please , please take a few minutes to warm up the wax more so you can get it done right! I felt like my face was getting ripped off because she had to go over the same spot multiple times to get off the hair since it wasnt warm enough. Honestly, I should have said something right then (in a nice way of course). But I dont plan on coming back.

Ive always been more than satisfied with my spa treatments here! Waxing and sugaring is always done very well and are very professional, kind, and personal! Ive also had massages and facials done here and well and have been completely satisfied every time.**EDIT TO ADD** Both Kristen and Scout are amazing ladies. Brazilians can be awkward at some places (Ive had less than good experiences at other places) but never once have I felt uncomfortable or shamed. The atmosphere is amazing, I couldnt ask for more!

I see Stephenie Duncan for anything related to my hair and she is the greatest! I called her with an emergency and she got me in within twenty minutes to remove wax from my hair!!! I tell her to do whatever she wants with my hair because I trust her so much and love it every time!I have also seen Jessie West for waxing services and professional makeup application and she is so personable and professional.Wonderful women!

Three stars is the perfect rating as I feel both the food and the service are mediocre at best. The restaurant is clean usually, so I have to give them that. Both times Ive gotten hash browns there they came undercooked. Raw potato shavings is not the best compliment to breakfast. That being said, there are worse places you could spend a meal.

Great place to get your first Brazilian wax! I was very nervous but they made it comfortable and answered all the questions I had about it and gave you good advice for after care and future appointments.

Im a regular at this salon and have never once had an experience that was anything short of fantastic. The owner (Kim) is hands-on and excellent in her role. My regular stylist (Jaci) is friendly and very, very good at what she does. So grateful to have a salon of this caliber that has standout service as well.

I had Maternity massage and a pedicure. The massage was okay but the therapist ended 15 minutes early and forgot some major parts of the body like shoulders and arms. The lady who did the pedicure was adorable but this silly salon has a terrible set up to work with. They have relatively tall footbaths and low uncomfortable arm chairs I was holding my feet up the whole time and the side of the bath was cutting into my legs sometimes cutting off circulation. If they simply improved the chairs the experience might have been worth it.

Amazing haircut by Derek who listened to exactly what I wanted (even though it was a little complicated) and delivered on it better than any hair stylist Ive visited. Not to mention I was able to schedule a day-of appointment. Highly recommended! My experience could not have been more positive.

I went and had my hair colored here a few months ago, I was happy with the color but the process has damaged my hair! I have been dying my hair for over 3 years and never had this happen until now! I have used oils and everything i can think of and been told to use to make it healthy again but nothing is working. I cant wash my hair without my hair being in a tangled mess and falling out! I let it go for a little while thinking things would change but nothing has! My hair is a mess now! :(

I love this salon and their spa! I got a massage from their masseuse Jaimee and was in heaven the entire time, she did great. Not to mention the whole place is super clean and the atmosphere is very comfortable. My favorite stylist had to leave but I luckily feel very comfortable going back to any one of their stylists. They are all very professional and know their stuff!

Alexa Jones is amazing! My little girl, who is a three-year-old, always requests to see Alexa. Shes so understanding and fun, which makes my job as a mom sooo much easier. Alexa always spoils and pampers me as well :) Shes my recommend every time!

Had a great experience at K Salon and Spa this weekend. They provided chocolate covered strawberries and snacks for our group. Their entire staff went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent experience. From Eric who made sure we always had snacks and drinks to Jessie and the other estheticians that gave fabulous procedures and asked after our comfort and needs throughout our spa day. It could not have been a better experience. I would recommend this spa to anyone; especially if you have a group, they were very accommodating.

Although my hair stylist was nice, it felt like she really wasnt listening to what I wanted for my hair. I went in with hair down to my rear. I asked for it to be to the middle of my back with nice soft layers, frame my face, and add some side bangs. I ended up with my hair almost all the way up to my shoulders completely blunt cut, one blunt layer, no framing, and no bangs at all. I feel like a 6 year old little girl with a goofy hair cut that my mother gave me. Unfortunately I will not be returning. :(

I got a full face wax here and loved it. The environment is so peaceful and relaxing. My waxist did a great job and even took the time to use hard wa, which is more tedious and takes longer but is better for my skin etc. The waxing was phenomenal and my skin feels amazing. Definitely impressed and will be going back.

I just got my hair cut and colored by Julie recently and absolutely loved it! I am typically very hard to please when it comes to my hair. The salon is also very clean and super cute :)

Just a heads up. Be aware. A VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS. Short summary: they wont honor the gifts cards from their own salon because they have updated their cards. I have spoken with the very rude manager and sent the owner a letter informing her of my treatment upon check out. She never responded so she must agree. SO WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT EVER GET A GIFT CARD FROM THIS PLACE FOR CHANCES ARE, THEY WONT BE HONORED AND THE SERVICES WILL BE PAID FOR TWICE. The star is for the excellent services within the salon which I received. However, the rude manager and the uncaring owner, took the stars down to one. It could have been a five star treatment with me being a return customer.

The pedicures here are worth every penny. They have lovely foot baths and make the pedicures really relaxing.

I was super excited to try this salon out but I had 3 sessions with my stylist, each time I told her what I wanted but it never came out right so I gave up. I called about 3 weeks ago and explained that my hair is orange and pretty messed up and just asked the stylist call me back and help me figure out a way to fix it and I never got a call back. I went to another salon and the stylist there fixed it the first time. So Im out $200 from K Salon. I will never be returning.

There is no other salon as personable, accommodating, friendly, and trustworthy. Let me tell you, I live in New Hampshire now but STILL only get my hair done at K Salon and Spa!The salon itself is bright, clean, modern, and stylish - and the spa is cool, serene, and quiet. The service is unparalleled - I’m always offered a warm welcome, cold drinks, and excellent treatment.Jaci, who now does my hair is absolutely amazing. She always knows exactly what I want and there isn’t a person (besides Kim), who I trust to cut/color/style my hair. I could literally take a nap at this place and wake up to everything I could have wanted. My mom still gets her hair done by Kim as well and always calls me afterwards to tell me about it, we pretty love them!Essentially K Salon and Spa is the best place to go not only in Logan or even in Utah but in all the states!Be kind to yourself and make your appointment, you deserve it. Trust me.

K Salon has apologized and offered your money back and I know they are excepting al gift cards. Especially ones that are one year old. How far is one person willing to go to take a business down? So sad. There has not been anyone go into the salon that has tried using a gift card recently and had it been declined let alone vulgar language. K Salon is so awesome and I highly recommend it there!

Been there twice for pedis. Both times with a group. There are both helpful and harmful technicians working there, meaning some of my group had a good experience and some not so much. I didnt have a good technician either time. First time I ended up with bruised cuticles. Second time it looked like a grade schooler had painted my toes. I wont go back.

Oh that was so wonderful! I just cashed in my Mothers Day gift card from my husband and had a facial, pedi, and massage today and Im beyond satisfied with K salon and Spa! Ive had a couple massages, pedis, facials done elsewhere and Ive always walked out not feeling totally satisfied or that I got my moneys worth but that wasnt the case here. I walked out feeling so relaxed, satisfied, and taken care of. The staff were super friendly and the esthetician and massage therapist were well trained and friendly as well. They listened to what I wanted and delivered. I will definitely be back! Thank you for the best Mothers Day present Ive had in a long time! 😄

I bought my wife a gift card from this lying pile of trash they call a business and a year later when she went to use to $150 card they would not accept it. Its looking like were not the only ones these low lifes have screwed over AND STOLEN money from as I can see from other reviews. They were very arrogant and rude when my wife said they had to accept it because I had already paid the cash and even went as far as using vulgar language towards her. Its clear to me the lady getting services is a lying friend that doesnt know the FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS about gift cards. DO NOT LET THESE LYING BIGGOTS STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!! Stay clear of this shady, thefting, disgusting so called business. Looks like Ill be contact Jann with a similar experience to meet with me and my lawyer regarding this worthless business and their lack of following the law. Dont do business with this trash hole!!!!!!!!!!! Ive added photos of the federal and state laws to their Google pictures for all the other innocent people they have screwed over. Lets start a petition to get them shut down and out of our wonderful valley. My lawyer is interested in setting up a case with others they have STOLEN from. My real review is ZERO STARS!!!!!!!
