I go to Hannah W. and love my hair every time. She has great technique and is so consistent in her hair cuts, I never worry when I get my hair done by her. She knows what I want and communicates with me through the whole process. She has helped keep my hair healthy and fresh while I grow it out! 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing pricing! Service was excellent. No complaints. Hannah did a fantastic job! I enjoyed the great atmosphere! It had good availability! Good place to take kids. Location is good! Right by AutoZone on the south side of Logan. They have a huge variety of services at incredible prices. Hands down you get the most for you buck here out of any salon that I have ever been to.

I want to start out this review by saying that its very important to understand that this review is based on the customer service I received and not any services provided.My experience started December 24th, 2020 at 10:33 a.m. . Thats right, the day before Christmas. Apparently, the regular receptionist was not in. I had already checked to make sure that they were open, and it was apparent they were open as there were customers leaving as I walked in. I walked up to the register, and a lady who appeared to be in a very bad mood came up and asked how she could help me. I told her I would like to buy a gift certificate, and then she asked me how much. Before I could answer the amount I intended to spend, she asked me “how are you going to pay for this?”. I informed her that I would like to pay with a credit card or my ATM. Thats when she explained that she wasnt the normal cashier. I volunteered to drive to an ATM down the road to get the money for which she said “that would be very helpful”. I drove up the road took out my money, came back and this time a different lady came to the register. I explained to her nicely and calmly that I would like to buy a gift certificate. This lady did not know how to process the order. I was not mad at her or rude. She simply walked to an adjacent office and explained to the lady inside that there was an order for a gift certificate, I could hear the lady say “is it that same guy?” The way she asked that question led me to believe that I somehow I had offended her. I was wearing a regular t-shirt and jogging pants, I had just showered within a half-hour, so I really cant think of anything that I said or did that would so offend her. I answered back nicely “yes, its that same guy”. I know that how I just typed that might have sounded like I was being sarcastic, but I was not. I actually said it in a friendly tone. The lady came out obviously not pleased once again, I explained that I would like to buy a gift certificate and that I have the cash this time. She asked me “how much”. I told her $100. She said “fine” and took out a gift certificate wrote it out for $100. Right after I gave her the money it dawned on me to ask myself this question “why am I giving this person my money when theyve treated me so poorly?” There are businesses struggling, there are people without jobs, and I just gave this lady who treated me so poorly $100. That was $100 for new business. That was $100 of total faith because Ive never gone to your business before, but I simply went based on these Google reviews. Please know a lot of my Christmas day was ruined on the fact that I gave this person $100 for treating me so poorly. Once again I feel it very important to point out that this is not based on the services they provide. Its very possible that that $100 is well worth whatever service my wife chooses to use with her gift certificate. Its even possible that my wife might end up spending more money there because she may want to use more services. But there is a horrible taste in my mouth from the way that lady treated me. My wife will be going there sometime in January 2021. And afterward, Im going to write an honest review of the services. I really hope that the service my wife receives will be considerably better than what I received. This is not a complaint about spending $100. Remember, I had planned to do that. This is a complaint about being treated extremely poorly. I also find it important to point out that the person that did this was not some young college kid that didnt know any better. A young college kid that didnt know any better, I would actually cut a little slack too They literally dont know any better. The lady that did this to me was older than me. Im 54 years old. I know that I would never treat a customer, especially a new customer, especially during a pandemic when businesses are losing money, the way she treated me. I hope that lady had a very BAD Christmas and that she has a bad new Year. The way she treats customers should ensure my wishes come true.

My wife just went for her appointment they moved up in the day today and was treated very poorly by Patty Joe. In the end she got up and left because of the lack of respect she was shown by Patty Joe. These type of people are the reason the world is the way it is. I dont know if this treatment is company wide but the service given by this one person was very poor. Dont ask for Patty Joe.

I tried out Revive to have my hair done for my 10 year vow renewal and was very impressed with the work as well as very reasonable prices. Since then I have taken my son and daughter for cuts, the staff was very friendly and asked questions before cutting in order to make us happy. We have had some pretty bad experiences in the past at other locations but the ladies at Revive were awesome and made my kids feel in control of their haircuts. This will be our new salon!

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE: This had to be the worst experience I have ever had getting my hair done. My hair turned out absolutely horrible. My layers look like a 3 year old took scissors to my hair and my highlights are absolutely horrid. I just wanted highlights and a trim. I got orange splotchy, blocky, multicolored highlights. During the process of getting my hair done, while my hair was processing, she had a second client come in to do the same thing! She toggled between us the whole time which was extremely annoying especially where this was my first time ever coming to her or this salon. I am so extremely sad and disappointed in my hair and literally cried after I was able to see the extent of my hair color/cut. I would not recommend this salon at all. I asked for someone with experience and who know what they were doing. I definitely didnt get that.

I have been going to Revive for years. Michele usually does my cut and color however I have also had Laura and Jill fill in when Michele was on maternity leave or vacation. They are always fabulous! I have also had Lori and Cindy work on my nails! They do an amazing job! The manicures and shellac nails are divine as are the pedicures. The staff is always kind and professional. The one time I had an eyebrow extension scheduled and ended up in the ER and was unable to make my appointment or call they were terribly sweet and understanding. I wholeheartedly recommend Revive!

Emily Harris is the best hairstylist I’ve ever been to. I’ve had my hair done in salt lake, Greenville SC, Atlanta GA, Seattle WA and a few different places in Logan and No ONE does as good of a job at such an *affordable price* as Emily does. Most recently she did a balayage and a trim and I absolutely love it. And honestly, I have to admit I’m not the easiest to please. I know what I want and I’m a bit picky about it.In the past I’ve had Emily do a long pixie cut and I’ve never found anyone that knows as well as Emily how to make a short cut look good on someone with lots of hair like I have. Short cuts aren’t flattering on me unless the hairstylist knows how to make thick hair lay nicely.If you are looking for a short cut and need someone that really knows what they’re doing or looking for someone that will really listen to and carry out what you are aiming for in color or cut, I strongly recommend going with Emily. 👌

I recently went to Revive for an advanced hair coloring (I had a blond balayage added to my natural very thick red hair). Amie was fabulous and I highly recommend her. She was kind and genuinely wanted to make sure that I loved her work! I have also had other stylists from Revive do my hair - they are all equally as great!

I was a few minutes late to my appointment and when I told them I was here they told me the hairstylist left to do errands because she didnt think I was coming. So that was unprofessional to do personal errands during work?Second, she didnt even wash my hair. She just asked what I wanted and started cutting, maybe because she was mad she couldnt do her errands and I showed up?Third, she made comments about my hair having greys and making it sound like it was disgusting even though she was older than me. It just made me feel uncomfortableFourth, she didnt even do a good job on my hair. It looks like a four year old cut it and now I have to spend more money else where to get it fixed. She asked if I wanted the layers choppy and I said no and she still did it.Fifth, everyone else was being offered beverages and she didnt offer me anything. So I didnt feel welcomed, appreciated or valued as a first time customer and she can guarantee Ill never come back.Waste of 23 dollars.

This was by far the worst experience getting my nails done Ive ever had. The lady who did my nails used gel instead of doing it the regular way, and took 3 hours to do the worst nails Ive ever seen, it was laughable. The nails on my thumbs extend no longer than my real nails, and my other nails are much longer and crooked. Many of the acrylics dont even cover my entire nail, leaving the sides showing my real nails. It has been just over a week and one of my nails just popped right off. Friendly staff but I couldve done the same job for free. Please if you want nails that look good go elsewhere. Your money will be better spent.

Brought in a picture and got exactly what I asked for from Pati Jo. She spent a lot more time on the details than any other stylist that has cut my hair. Would recommend her when you have a picture you want re-created. Ive had many other stylists in my life that were not able to copy pictures... Thanks Pati Jo!
